Our experience was horrible. We pulled up and were next in line. The worker asked us to move back while he was letting a car from another lane go ahead of us. We kindly obliged. When it came to our turn to go next, he refused to let us go next. The manager stood there and didnt care and allowed it then walked off. Horrible service!!!!! Will never go back again.

The gentlemen at the Valvoline on Dirksen do an amazing job. They are fast and friendly and always professional. They talk to me about my car without mansplaining, and then get the door for me too. I value their thoughts on services for my car and appreciate that no matter how busy they are, the work is always done quickly and with a great attitude. I definitely recommend this Valvoline for your automobile needs!

These guys are always professional, courteous, and quick. Its a wait in your car location now which means you pull in, they change your oil, and then youre out the door. Can ask for a faster service than that. Keep rocking it guys!

The APL is a good case to meet a best friend

I asked to get an oil change and tire rotation but was told I could stay in the vehicle. Thought that was odd since, normally, they lift your car to rotate the tires. I asked if they checked the fluids and the guy said Yes. Once the oil change was complete, I was told I was free to go. Rather than sitting in the heat for a little while longer, I just said Ok and decided I could get the tires rotated another time. I also noticed they left 3-4 fluids NOT checked. The guys were very friendly and got me in and out, so that was a plus. They charge a lot more than the place it used to be (Brahler Tire and Lube) and dont offer near the services Brahler did, but they are convenient to my job and their hours are better. May or may not be back.

They are awesome and back their words, if something you buy dont work right they will replace it for free. That makes me feel better about going there with my business. The people are friendly employee. The mangers back the. Products, in my case it was my battery. They even came to my house to help out on it not working and found out that the battery I bought wasnt good. I would recommend it to anyone and I will keep going there myself

The guys that work at this store are great. Every single person I have dealt with has been wonderful. My issue is with their shady billing policies at corporate. In 2020 you would think it would be possible to put exactly what you are charging a customer on the invoice. I went back to complain today. My invoice says 6 quarts of oil, plus one oil filter for a set price. It shows the coupon I presented for $5 off. Then there is an extra oil charge for a penny less than the coupon I presented. When I asked about the extra oil charge I was told, all prices are quoted at 5 quarts and that is standard in the lube industry. Ok, cool. I get it. So, why does my invoice say 6 quarts? If you add an extra quart to 6 quarts then that is 7. Fairly obvious. Hopefully the lube industry can recognize common sense and simple billing without being shifty or confusing. The truck takes 6 quarts. Simple stuff.

They put a faulty oil filter on my car. After 4 miles of driving all the oil in my car was gone. However, they did send a guy out immediately to fix it.

Quick service which is nice. But over charge for certain things. A cabin filter is $50 there! You can go down to auto zone and get it for $10 and do it yourself in 5 seconds if it needs replaced.

Can I give 10 stars??? They have helped me twice and Ive never gotten an oil change there. They charged me nothing and saved my day. They are sustained service extraordinaire!!!

This is not a Valvoline instant Oil Change location they are misleading they only sell Valvoline oil they are a different store they dont even match or come close to the Valvoline prices. the employees are very nice although they try to upsell you to the higher oil and try to use Scare Tactics about your warranty being voided if you dont use the highest and oil they sell
