Absolutely LOVE M Nails!!! I go every 3 to 4 weeks and always get dip powder. When I started going I had to always get tips cuz im a nail biter. In the year Ive been going Ive manage to grow my natural nails out so much that I actually have to have them clipped. Michelle always does such an amazing job!!! Her salon is very comfortable and visually appealing. Everyone there is always so nice and respectful. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I totally would!!!!!

Michelle is so sweet and pays close attention to detail. I have had dip powder done twice, once being for my wedding. Beautiful work! Clean, peaceful environment. Service is impeccable and Michelle makes you feel like you just made a friend. I would HIGHLY recommend M nails!

I have been to many nail salons andnever went back, my first time at this one I was absolutely in love! They are very professional, Michelle always makes sure her customers are taking care of as well as going above in beyond! My nails always look awesome . Im not one to normally get my nails done often, but I have been since I went here. I always get the dip i love the dip!!!! I highly recommend this salon!-cheryl

People are friendly. They dont do polygel or hard gel. I like my nails and the art is cute.

Lately Ive been doing Chrome Dip Nails 💅 and Ive been going to Michelle at M Nails and I feel like Ive finally found my Nail Salon. Its clean and they are following all the CDC guidelines to keep us safe.Michelle does a fantastic job on my Nails 💅 she is always giving me suggestions on a color or technique and I Love that. Stop by next time you need a Acrylic, Dip or Pedicure you wont be disappointed. You will be Thanking yourself.Making people better is there Moto.

I went in for dip nails. Coco is the one who did mine. At a glance they look fine. But they are very very thick. I asked her to make them thinner. She then used the electric file thing under my nails thinning my nail instead of the dip. She ended up filing all my nail off underneath were it was then just the dip. Also still thick. I was charged 45 dollars which is 10 more then Id normally pay at my original place. I was told they had to be that thick so they wouldnt break. Well here we are a week later with 4 cracked nails. My dip nails always last me a month. Very unsatisfied and they knew that and offered no solution. I never got hateful or rude while I was there either.

This was the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Everyone was kind and friendly, and also helped to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The prices are great, the salon itself is bright and clean, and all of the employees were wonderful to work with. Ill definitely be returning!

Highly recommended to everyone! Very Clean. They do an amazing job every time. They do an amazing job with my 4 year old daughter and even have pedi chairs her size! I love Michelle Nails on battlefield. They Are always smiling and very welcoming. Best service I’ve experienced hands down!

They did an excellent job, and were very nice. The massage chairs were also a very nice touch, especially since they didnt turn off after a few minutes.My only and biggest complaint that merits a loss of a star is that I requested just the basic pedicure, and instead was (hopefully) given & charged for the next more expensive one.

Im from STL and now I live in Springfield. I have been looking for a nail home forever now. So my BFF introduced me to M Nails and now me and my girlfriends have a nail home here at M Nails. Highly recommended. I get the gel acrylic nails too. Coco and Michelle are the best and Lee is best with the pedis!!!
