The team that has been established are very professional and easy to get along with Ms. Worthington has gone out her way to create a positive environment for all team members. She has team night monthly when she treats the team to various things such as taking us out for dinners top golf was a favorite can’t wait to see what’s next. Awesome place to work.

Such a great place to work! Learned many skills on sales and management. There’s so many great opportunities to be reached because of their program! It’s such a great work environment and everyone has such a good attitude!

I had an interview scheduled with Upper Echelon. However, the roads in my area became icy, snowy, and dangerous the day of the interview. I tried calling the office several times to ask for a virtual interview instead, but my call went to voicemail every single time. I even sent an email with my request.... no response. An hour after my missed interview, I received an email from them stating that I missed my appointment, and it had a number to call to reschedule... Tried calling that number and it went to voicemail. To me, this company is unprofessional and unresponsive. I am not going to even try rescheduling my interview.

Do NOT waste you time applying to this company!!First Contact: I recieved a call, voicemail, and text, and email. Second Contact: I recieved a call, voicemail, text, and email. I returned the call, left a voicemail and sent an email. Third Contact: I recieved a call, no voicemail and an email saying this was her last attempt. I called this lady back right after the call. I sent 2 emails, called 3 more times, and left a text.If youre running a business why is your direct line the companies number? If this number is the main number to your business why is the voicemail box full? If you were interested in a potential candidate why would you call before 8 am when you business hours are 10am to 6pm? And if these are truely infact your hours then why doesnt anyone return phone calls? Or respond to emails?Too me this was very unprofessional and during these times when people are struggling to find work you want to yo-yo a potential job in front of people and waste their time! If this is the interviewing process I could only imagine the disarray of working for this company.

I think this company is amazing! I work for the Springfield location, and never have I ever had a job as amazing as this one! We have so many opportunities to grow within the company in hardly any time at all! We build each other up and make our days positive by bringing infectious positive energy every day! I think anyone who passes this opportunity up should think twice!

Have contacted Deane Worthington for my final pay check and she has not been able to pay me yet.It has been over 3 months and I was told payroll forgot to put it in the mail. I still have to answer from manager. Parking for work is limited.
