The carwash itself is great and well priced with helpful staff. The only issue is the layout of the parking lot makes it difficult to get a vacuum spot and then back out if theres a line of cars waiting for the wash. They should have thought out the layout much more.

Easy pay stations. Prepaid card dispensed immediately with great values and you never have to step out of your car. Unless you wanna vacuum, which is free, with a car wash.

This place was awesome! Instead of waiting in line at holiday or one of the smaller places come here I got in an out in literally 10 to 15 minutes. Service is also great! Tip these guys they’re worth it

Weird that its so highly rated. Left plenty of dirt on my vehicle, and the combination of blowers and hand-drying by employees was only so-so. Really surprising when youve paid $20 for the wash!Its too short, doesnt do much scrubbing, and uses way too little water. Wont be returning.

Its a nice tunnel car wash. Prices range from $10 to $20, with even some of the cheaper options having plenty of extras. As an added bonus, there is someone giving a pre power rinse and a towel dry at the end. Minus one star cause there is still dirt on my tire and Im particular about that.

Non better. Computers were down. Cars were stacked behind me. People getting cranky. The staff handle it like pros. Ive been going there forever. Like I said none better.

Absolutely terrible service from top to bottom. I been paying $37:54 (unlimited car wash )for about couple months now. The package deal that i got included drying and washing salt off my car. Last visit, they didn’t spray rear view mirror & dry in end side mirrors. So I took it back through and no one was willing to help me . After few minutes, manager came out and he was rude and made bunch of excuses then charged me extra $18 on my credit that he has on file. Terrible car wash, not worth your time or money.STOP False advertisement : Unlimited means unlimited .First of all, you never explained to me and Im not satisfied with my experience at Eddiez auto wash. Im just disappointed the fact you still think you right and not even trying to make things right is loss your business. just suggestion instead of you arguing me as your customer and not taking very serious customer feedback prove the point. you need to take into consideration the reviews and make the right action to improve the quality of services. False advertisement will not take you far. Im sorry you not clear with your stuff

Wash, customer service, and the employees are stellar.Also, the vacuums work really well.My only complaint is the entrance to the establishment. They are close to a DQ and traffic light, so be careful during peak hours.

I had the platinum wash at Eddiez Auto Wash and it just took a minute for this wash which includes lot of stuff such as surface protectant, Hot wax and shine, tire shine and lot of other stuff. My car just looked like normal wash with all of the above extra services, I went to home and checked my tires for shine and I can see that the tires surface is not evenly shining and have few patches of shine as shown in picture. Staff at this site is very friendly and helpful, thats why three stars but I am not satisfied with the automated wash.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Decent wash for the price and I like having the monthly pass so I dont have to think about it. The tire shine thing though clearly isnt compatible with larger tires. It always misses 1/3rd of the tire.

Best place to get your car washed in the Twin City area! Not only do they do everything they can to get your car clean, the customer service is the highest I have ever witnessed in this job! Props to the staff for being friendly, professional and courteous in thecar wash business. That in my opinion is a diamond in the rough for a thankless job.I do allot of driving so I definitely had a lot of dead bugs and bug juice on the front of my car. I never brought it up, but they noticed and sprayed some really good stuff that tackled it and then used a hand brush on it While my car was moving down the track. First time my front has been 100% clean.Although I didn’t use the FREE vacuum service, they looked brand new. Who offers Free anything anymore? So that would be another feature that sets this car wash above the rest.I get to this side of town not so often in my travels or I would definitely be getting a pass. I always tip when I do one of these car washes because I can see that it is a tough and I repeat Thankless job. This wash gets an extra tip for customer service! Can’t wait to be in their area again.

Eddiez is the best carwash Ive been to in the Twin Cities! Vacuums are included in the wash price, payment is automated, and theres never much of a wait with the quick turnaround time. Prices are a bit more expensive but they offer monthly wash programs and wash packs that lower the price. The high quality is clearly apparent even a week after. Co-workers have commented asking if I did anything special to my car or shined the tires. Nope, just went to Eddiez!

Great car they were more than happy to re-wash (my probably over dirty truck) because of some spots that remained after my first wash. Looks awesome no thanks.

After my horrible experience with Eddie’z Auto Wash, I didn’t want to leave a review especially with how they respond to negative feedback. But I will because I was highly upset with my experience. After taking my car there for a wash, we stopped at the vacuum site to clean the inside of our car. Not even 5 mins into vacuuming, an associate walks out telling us we need to hurry up because he has a line of cars waiting. Yet looking over at the other occupied spots, there was one SUV who looked like they were there beyond their “10 minute limit” You can tell because all of their car rugs are laying on the ground and everything is taken out of their car in order for them to vacuum efficiently. I am beyond disappointed because this same associate came back outside once again and said, “I’m getting yelled at in there because of customers waiting so you have to wrap it up!” It’s not our fault that you guys couldn’t keep up with the demand of people wanting to wash and vacuum their cars. Never coming back to this place.

I washed my car and spent 13.00. The next day it was extremely dirty. I went to talk to the manager and he said that We are not Dans car wash . Rude and very unprofessional. I guess I am going to go to Dans.

No wait high quality car wash with free vacuums! There is an option for buy 4 get 6 or a monthly $20 membership for unlimited washes. Love love love. There is also a vacuum plus shampoo that I spotted on my way out today. Might take advantage of that in the future to clean up the interior!

Eddies car Wash did an okay job on the car. After it dried I could see some streaks especially on the back but.... you know the irritating part was all the freeloaders jumping off the street and grabbing the vacuums. I had to sit there almost 10 minutes watching freeloaders in dirty cars vacuum out their dirtier insides. It was an exercise in patience.

$10 for the cheapest most basic wash. The wash didn’t really fully clean my car but at least it “looks” clean from far away. Any wash also gets you unlimited vacuuming which was why I really chose this place. The workers seemed kind and you can rent/purchase towels inside. Overall, it was a good experience and I would do it again.

Great automatic car wash.

Hasn’t been open multiple times. Today included. I drove there and it was closed even though it says it’s open online and it’s not a holiday. Also there are spots and streaks all over my car the last two times I went there.

Wonderful place. You get to vacuum your car yourself which I love because the other full service car washes do a horrible job.There are two people who hand dry your car briefly afterwards. Very reasonably priced.

I have had my license for 6 months now and i have never gone anywhere else to get my car washed. The people who work there are super friendly and i love that the vacuums are free with a wash and that they dry your car with micro-fiber towels, if you car is not dry you can ask for towels to dry your car. They also sell stuff inside to make your car look even better, plus at only 10$ for a wash you cant really go wrong.

I had a great experience! Went on a Sunday around 1 pm and it wasn’t crowded. Asked for some wet towels to clean the inside of my car and got them. Staff was nice and helpful. Will come again!

I have an unlimited wash package and love it! Saves a lot of money over time and I can wash my car everyday if I wanted to! Keeps my car looking great and I like that they actually have real people drying my car to get rid of any excess water in addition to the dryers. Its pretty fast and easy to get in and out too.

Great when you cant get out of your car. Reasonable prices, and they move quickly through the line. I had an issue paying, and someone came out quickly and was very kind in helping.

I had been a 2 year customer of this place. I cancel my membership during the summer as I can wash my own car then. When I cancelled I was told I was good through a certain date by the employee. Naturally I waited till the last day for my last wash. When I arrived and I was in the car wash I was told I was a day to late. I explained how I was told I was good till that day and I could have easily came the day prior and they said either you can have the cars behind you back up so you can back out of the wash or pay for a wash. How embarrassing of a situation can they create by giving the wrong date and then making me back out of a wash. I emailed Eddiez and asked for a call from management and did not even get a reply or anything after explain this situation to them. Just as unprofessional as the employee who gave the wrong date to not even call or reply. Maybe that is how they get you for a extra wash is false information. Either way my money will be better spent elsewhere going forward.Update management did come back and make things right. I appreciate them going the extra mile in the end.

This place was so honest with their findings while working on my vehicle. Their prices were fair and they didnt over charge me. Im so glad I found them and will not hesitate to refer my friends to them.

The futuristic journey through space was fun and they did a great job with the cleaning. Except for the wheels...which didn’t get cleaned completely but I wouldn’t expect a new set of rim for $20. Then again, the 1 less star is because of the price, which to me is a little expensive. Wish they had some coupons or promos for certain days/times of the day. I didn’t find any chip on the paint as well, yet, but I’ll inspect once more in daylight. PS: I’ve had bad experience with other automatic touch car washes and have had paint chip. Overall, a great experience and would be back again, except that the number of times I go to clean my car in a year will be going down for the price. But again, great experience. I’ll be back.

Excellent wash. For the price, they put in a lot of effort to make sure your car comes out clean. Its partially automated and partially human interaction. I loved it. The vacuums are great and its free with a wash definitely just found my go to carwash.

One of the best washes in the Twin Cities. Just the right price for a high end exterior wash. After the wash, I spent about 15 mins vacuuming and cleaning the interior (which I like to do anyway) and was clean for the week!

Good customer service is still alive at Eddiez! Honestly, I dont usually expect much in terms of customer service at places like this, but I actually drive out of my way to visit this car wash now because of their wonderful service, friendly employees and quality wash and dry. They provide great washes all year long and have memberships and gift cards that make it easy to get in and out. My family bought me a gift card for my birthday - great gift!

Great Place especially with the monthly pass option. They have all new equipment and people that dry your vehicle . Lines are never really that bad, even in summer .

Very, very disappointed today. I filled my tank with gas and purchased a car wash. I pulled up to the doors to get a car wash and honked several times. I pulled around and tried to go into the station. The door was locked. I looked everywhere for the hours and only saw on the front they are open UNTIL 8 every day. I called today and was told the OPEN sign was not lit so they were not open... How could you sell me a car wash and not be open?? I was told the wash is good for 7 days. I dont live in the area and will have to make special arrangements to go back during OPEN hours now in the next 7 days.

Great wash! I have a F350 that no other wash seems to get clean or even get all the soap off. At Eddiez it comes out looking like it was detailed. Plus Behn has great customer service, and is handsome too!

As a car enthusiast, Ive got a handful of cars. So I need a good wash (with the undercar spray) for a reasonable price. And Eddies is the place! Theyve got a great wash with many different options to choose from, also very competent staff that run the place like a top. Even when theyre busier then hells half acer, theyll get your vehicle squeaky clean in no time!...And remember to tip the guys at the end who HAND dry your car as it comes out!

Best car wash! Free vacuums and sometimes they give you wipes to wipe down the inside of your car while you go through the wash. They also hand dry your car! Always a great experience!

I had so many bugs on the front of my car that I couldnt even read my license plate! Eddiez staff sprayed the bug remover on at least 3 times and then with the soap spray before I entered the tunnel wash. Wow! Its like I have a new car. Thanks, Eddiez! Worth the drive from wherever you are to get your car clean. Ill be back when Im here again from South Dakota and full of bugs!!

Not the best wash Ive had. The wash could not get off some pollen type stuff I have on my hood, roof and side doors. They even had guys wiping off your car at the end of the wash with microfiber towels, and they still didnt get it off. Simple hot water and soap got it off at home afterwards. Paid $13 to wash my own car.

It was my first wash after buying a new Mazda, drove to the south east corner of Iowa and back, and they got all the bugs off in one wash, pretty sweet, and all green / safe products so theyre not harsh on your paint. nice!

Went there for the first time today. Free vacuum use with a car wash, so no searching for quarters. Went through the wash once and the attendant noticed my roof wasnt super clean at the end (admittedly, I rarely get car washes and park under a tree). They recommended I go around again (for free) and made sure the roof got some tender love and care. Afterwards, my car was in perfect condition. Thanks again for the attention to detail!

Just moved into the area and signed up for the unlimited pass. quick in and out! car is clean, dry and very shiny. even though I get free car washes from the Honda dealership I can really tell the difference.

I have had a contract there for many years. I receive the ultimate wash, middle level cost option, an unlimited amount of times per month, for a monthly fee. I may vacuum my cars interior, at no additional cost.

Brought my car there after speaking on the phone with one of their staff. He said their car wash doesnt cause scratches but it did. Scratched my back driverside door down to the primer and damaged the alignment on the way out when my car ran off the rollers. Thanks its gonna be alot of money to fix

Id like to give it a 3.5, but I felt like being nice.Pros: A good wash - you know that thing us Minnesotans need in order to not be reduced to a pile of rust mid-winter.Cons: Pretty spendy. No in/out window cleaning (other places offer this service). Lines can be long.In response to the comments: $240 a year for car washes is in my opinion pretty spendy. Even limiting it to the 6-months of the winter thats $120 a year, which is not a drop in the bucket - especially when my auto dealer will wash the car for free (albeit without the convenience Eddiez offers).I never brought up vacuuming - but since you have: No, I dont really want to use the free self-serve vacuuming. I came to an automated car wash and commented on the lack of a window wash (and come to think of it, the dash cleaning rag you used to provide) - that should already give you a good idea of my degree of laziness - how would self-service vacuuming be anything Id even possibly be interested in?
