DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!! When I got my membership, Jeff was the manager. Rumor has it he is now at another location, but he should have lost his job. When I first called the gym, he informed me of a special promotion going on that allowed my husband and I to join at a great price. I told him I would try to make it in that day. When I didn’t make it in, he continued calling and harassing me. I didn’t think anything of it at the time (my mistake). Eventually, about a week later I went in. He told me that with the promotion going on, I could cancel my membership at anytime. This is great for my family. I never would have signed up if I knew we have a set amount of time to stay at the gym. I never saw the membership, just a copy of one he had in a binder that said NOTHING about a 3 year contract, so I just signed a screen on the iPad. I know my ignorance in this situation and I will not be as trusting next time, BUT this is completely wrong. I was scammed into a membership. Also, I loved the woman - Ms. Cynthia in the daycare. When she left, they closed the daycare for good. The daycare was the only reason I joined as I have a baby. The Speedway also bought the building and land and plan to tear it down eventually. Even with all this information, the woman at the payment office was extremely rude and hesitant to cancel my membership. The only reason she did was because I had previously talked to the owners son, who was actually very kind and understanding and I had proof as he wrote on my membership that I could cancel at any time. She had to call him to make sure it was true. He said it was and they canceled my membership. I hope he turns the company around for the better!!! Also, there is now a young kid working at the front desk and he is also very nice but I really hope they don’t trick him into also scamming people.This business is scammy all around. Do not join. Huber YMCA is only a tad bit more expensive. Heck, go to planet fitness. Do not go here!

Lights in the facility are constantly going out. The bathrooms/locker are not great and seem dingy and old. The movie/cardio room is supposed to have a movie going that changes every week they have since stopped that. Childcare has been canceled and the hours have been cut back. I feel incredibly restricted as for the times I can go to the gym on the weekends. The equipment doesnt appear to be kept in good working order many machine are missing the proper grips on the handles and I’ve noticed cables on lifting equipment frayed at the connectors which could be dangerous. This gym was great when I first joined last year the only reason I’m still here is for the sauna. I don’t recommend this camp any unless you need use of a sauna.

The previous manager Jeff at Springfield (now at Centerville location) told me, my boyfriend, and sister that we were signed up for 1 year contract. He ended up signing us up for a 3 year contract. When confronted by my boyfriend, he admitted signing us up for the 3 year contract and did not care. He responded with “Its a better deal that way.” Which is NOT the point! We didn’t agree to this. We wanted a year contract just in case we were to move to another city after that year was up. He only thinks about himself by getting over on people. We’re also not the only members he had screwed over. He screw over people just to get bonuses on his checks. Very poor management, unprofessional, and just plain ridiculous. He’s only nice when it benefits his pockets.

There was a a manager at this location named Jeff, who signed up myself, my sister, and girlfriend all for 3 year contracted memberships when we all agreed to a 1 year membership. Hes done that to several other people in the gym as well. When confronted, he didnt deny it. He said, well thats the best deal. He also said, It doesnt matter the gym is closing anyway, which isnt even the point. He currently works at the Centerville location. Im sure hes doing the same thing. He continued signing people up for memberships although the gym will be closing soon. People still wont be able to cancel due to being within 25 miles of another Everybody Fitness. This man has no moral or principals. Ive heard so many negative things about him. A petition will be created soon!

I enjoy being a member of this gym. The size of this gym and the amount of equipment that they have is something I cannot complain with. On a busy day you can still go get your workout done and aren’t standing around waiting to use the equipment. It also is very convenient that I have a gym of this size and quality that is close to home, making it a lot easier to stay motivated!!The owner Jeff is also I very nice guy who always greets you when coming in and telling you by when you leave, and saying “See ya tomorrow”. In all I think this is a great place and it wouldn’t hurt for new comers to give it a try!

Weights arent picked up by members when done. Mens bathroom isnt clean. I remember when this place ( under different name and owner) was one of the best in Springfield. Sad to see it come to this. Its just convenient to get a quick workout when press for time

I left planet fitness and came here and when I see people complain about planet fitness I encourage them to come here. I typically work out in the evening and sometimes I come in in the early morning around 4am on days when the gym is open 24 hours. This particular location is never crowded so you never have to wait to use equipment or weights. It has a cardio room with plenty of equipment. And I think this gym is a good choice for anyone who has never been to a gym or anyone who has gym anxiety. The employees mind their own business and you have plenty of space. No one is judging you and a lot of them will actually try to help you if youre confused on how to work any equipment. This is a great gym

I’m not the type to write negative reviews but I’m very disappointed how this business works. My boyfriend and I both signed up for a membership neither one of us knew it was a 3 year contract. I never even heard of a 3 year contract with any other gym! My boyfriend specifically asked Jeff for a 1 year contract. If we knew the membership was 3 years we wouldn’t have signed up at this gym. Unfortunately we’re not the only members who weren’t informed about being in a 3 year contract when it comes to this gym location.Recently we try canceling my boyfriend’s account because he’s 25 miles away from all the gyms and the lady we spoke to act like even if we did sent in all the proof they needed they would think about canceling it. Since he’s 25 miles away the contract must be canceled. The lady we spoke to was extremely rude, and it took everything in me to stay professional despite how rude she was to us.Since I’m the primary they keep calling me about my boyfriend’s account talking about if the 5 day overdue amount isn’t pay for they would send it to debt collection in my name. If that’s the case they need to allow both accounts to be cancelled since I can’t even go to the gym and enjoy it plus being signed up for 3 year contract that I clearly wouldn’t agree to if I had seen the contract in the first place. Not to mention I pay the $44 annual fee which I was told by Jeff it would be used to update the gym and equipments which is another lie since this location is closing. I don’t know how the other locations work, but please ask to see the contract on the computer screen to see if you’re being tricked into a 3 year contract! For all the members who weren’t informed about being in a 3 year contract they should be able to cancel their membership because 3 years is extreme for a gym membership.

I was looking for a gym and looked Everybody Fitness and called in and talked to Jeff. When I came in he was leave out an stopped what he was doing and gave me the best tour of my life. Made me feel good about joining this gym very happy with the service feels like a family. I appreciate the commitment from the staff to make sure everybody’s happy an enjoying there experience at Everybody Fitness. Thank You

Great place close to my school and the staff is very respectful. I love how it is open 24/7 most days which works with my school schedule. The manager Jeff was great helping me on my first day.

Very nice gym to be a member of. Plenty of room to workout with several different areas to choose from. From cardio, free weights and machines. Has all one would need no matter the skill level. The gym is super clean and organized. Locker room are always nice and clean. Jeff, who runs it, super friendly greets you every time he sees you. Makes his rounds throughout the gym checking on things and available if needed. Overall, very well-kept and comfortable gym to workout at.

I went in to check out the equipment and check on membership type. The equipment looked good, but the front desk person was rude. I doubt Ill be going back.

I have been a member here for 2 years now. They have everything you need if your serious about fitness. Ive never had to wait on a piece of equipment even during the busy hours. Jeff is always hospitable, extremely helpful and constantly looking for ways to improve the gym.

My brother, sister, and brother’s girlfriend were all scammed into a three year contract after agreeing to one. The man that signed him up goes by Jeff, and after contacting him, he admitted to wrongly signing them up to a three year contract. This is unjust, unfair, and simply unprofessional. A petition is in the works, check your contracts!!

They will not explain or say a single thing about the contract. There number one goal is for you to sign up because once you do, there is no getting out of their three years contract. THEY WILL NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!!!

This is by far the best everybody fitness I have ever been to. My husband and I have a membership that lets us to go any everybody fitness, and we will always go out of our way to come to this one. The space is always clean, even with its large size and lots of different equipment. The manager, Jeff, is always friendly and welcoming every time we come in. There is honestly no better place to work out in this area!

Gym is clean. Jeff is very friendly and always available for anything you need. Never an issue with the availability of the equipment.

So I called the Springfield location and spoke with Jeff in regards to a membership. He told me about an open house they were having so I advised him I would try to make it in around 5pm. I had forgotten about it due to other obligations so the man calls me later that night and asked was I still coming. I advised him that I forgot and apologized so he asked when Id be able to stop in. I advised him that I wasnt sure Id call back when I was available to which he replied when will you be calling back.. after going back and forth several times I felt exhausted and annoyed. I felt like he was being very pushy about wanting me to come in and sign up. I will not be joining this gym due to the fact that I felt harassed by this individual !

I had a poor experience with Everybody Fitness- Springfield. I was 18 year old girl who went in for her first gym membership, the manager signed me up for a 3-year membership without asking or explaining anything. Now I know to read the fine print before I sign a contract because people will take advantage of you at any cost. Finally, my three years ended this August. It comes to find out I am still being charged. I call to question this and I find out that there is an automatically checked auto renewal box on the contracts! I could say so many other things about the past management and how unprofessional they were, but I am posting this to warn others to make sure you know exactly what you are signing up for.

My fiancé and I have been members for about twi months and we love it! Jeff is always super helpful and kind. The gym is never crazy busy, we never have to wait for the machines and people are always respectful. My two favorite things about the gym are the movie room and the sauna! Definitely would recommend

Not being a local I love Anytime Fitness for its convenience. The staff (Scott + Amanda) are both so friendly and helpful. The gym has tons of equipment spread apart so you I can’t imagine it gets too packed. The hours are great on weekends and really love how they offer guest passes!

Yet another awesome location! Literally every piece of equipment you need and so much space. Such an amazing staff, Amanda and Orlando are so welcoming and nice! :) Me and my family have been members for many years now and have been able to see the updates they continue to make.

Highly recommend. Orlando is super helpful when it comes to workouts. I struggle with arthritis and currently recovering from several injuries and they are super understanding about your limitations. Go! You won’t regret it!

Who ever knew that a place where you go to sweat off pounds could have employees that make you feel like family? Not a number, not a commission, real live family. Out of all the facilities that Im aware of by this name, this is the best. Hands down. As a serious lover of customer service, Orlando and Amanda excel! I dont even feel like a customer. I feel like Im going to visit friends at their workplace. A workplace that has a sauna, a theater room, basketball, a machine or 5 or 6 for every single muscle there is, dance classes, day care, and what else...? Oh yeah, RACQUETBALL!!!!! I love it there. You should try it!

Great place to workout. Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Lots and lots of equipment. Any and everything u need its there. There is no excuse on why u should not be able 2 get your body 2 look the way u want it to. Membership is reasonable and cheap priced. I can go on and on about Everybody Fitness. I love it💪

A very nice gym. More expensive than planet fitness but less crowded and they did not discriminate against my perceived age like pf did i am 57 but look older they have a movie theater with exercise equipment and a racquetball court. A well stocked gym

The recent change in management has made a huge positive difference in the gym. I planned on leaving when my contract ended, but I believe in the vision that the new team has. Theyre updating the layout & equipment. The focus seems geared towards having something for everyone & I believe that they have achieved that. It is a diverse & social community. I highly recommend

In the past Ive had my doubts but ever since Everybody fitness took over its been awesome! Theyve changed a lot and are trying to accommodate everyone which I guess goes with their name. The staff is really nice and personable and I love the new improvements and the price is also good with all that comes with the contract. If youre a Springfield native chances are youll meet someone you know there. If youre looking for an all around gym that has pretty much everything you could ask for in a gym, thats the place. Stay fit my friends!

In 4 1/2 weeks I have lost 2 lbs and 14 inches. This was without being totally consistent at 3x a week. This is very encouraging to me and I look forward to my next 4 weeks. I love ladies premier because of the personalized attention and wonderful staff. The staff truly want to help their members succeed.

Do not sign up at this gym bogus 3 year contracts. No new equipment since who knows when. Gym is just dirty all around horrible atmosphere. I wish there was an option to give no stars. My daughter and i were hustled into buying a 3 year membership over a year ago. At the time, they were running a 3 day try it free, We found that out after we signed the contract. We went there once. It was like working out in a creepy basement. The lighting was bad, all the equipment was broken, the carpeting was dirty and smelled bad. The hot tub we were promised was in the basement in the back of the womens locker room like a bad horror movie. We never went back, but I tried to cancel, i was told we had missed our 3 day window to cancel and were stuck in a VERY expensive membership. I called everyone to no avail. Now I owe $1200 for a gym membership that I never used. Just say no, people!!

I’m here visiting family, from Florida. This gym is awesome and not very crowded! There is something for everyone. They have a lot of equipment in different rooms, which makes it feel more private and comfortable even though it’s a big place. There are machines for circuit training, free weights, lots of cardio machines and even a separate cardio room with a movie playing. There is also racket ball and basketball courts. There is something for everyone! I lived in Long Beach, New York and now in South Florida and this is a nicer gym than I had in either place. Exercise is critical to good health and you all are lucky to have this place!

Great gym and staff. Visiting in town for a week. Amanda and Orlando were extremely helpful and courteous! Next time im in Springfield, I will be coming back to Everybody Fitness.

I pay 40.97 a month and they are now offering there 9.95 deal and wont change my contract with them. They never have any faculty and never answer there phones. They just remodeled the gym not to long ago and moved a lot of the girls equipment upstairs right where u walk in. It makes me feel uncomfortable and also the guys side has ways more equipment then the girls. This place is not sanitary at all by the way. If i knew what i know now about this gym i wouldnt have signed up for it.

Lets talk about the contract! It is a 3 years contract and it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the contract unless 1) you move +25 miles away from this or any everybody fitness facility, 2) You die, 3) You pay 80% of the remaining balance for the whole 3 years. Yes, THEY DO NOT accept a 30 days notice, it is NOT an option to cancel the contract.

This place is amazing, clean, and tons of weights and machines. Plenty of room to work out. Child care is also great when you have kids. Basketball, all kinds of cardio machines and the theater cardio room is nice watch a movie and cardio at the same time. Tanning machines, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love this gym. It fits all of my needs and the staff couldnt be nicer. I recommend this to anyone who loves variety and quiet and a good environment. This gym couldnt get better😊

Ive lost 15 inches in 5 weeks and 5 lbs. Everyone here is so helpful and encouraging classes are small enough for personal attention when needed. Not a highly competitive atmosphere other clients are friendly and welcoming for you to participate.

Huge amount of free weight options, large selection of dumbbells, and if those don’t support your type of workouts, they also have a large variety of machines!! More into cardio? You can start enjoying your cardio with the projector room with several cardio machines, always playing action movies. Or get your workout on with the racket ball, dodgeball, or basketball courts. Jump into the sauna for a nice relaxation after each workout!

I love this gym! The daycare workers are pretty good with the kids and my kids enjoy going! Makes it easy to go when having small children and the Hassel of a sitter

My 18 year old daughter went in for an interview and came out with a contract she didnt even have a job to pay for..... they took advantage of her being young and gullible thank goodness you can cancel there contract within 3 days of signing it.

Not clear about signing me into a 3 year contract. The gym is filthy. I did not feel comfortable leaving my son in the child care. I came in multiple times and found children unattended in the room with the door left open and the front door to the parking (they are right across from each other) also wide open. I did manage to get out of the contract and they still went back into my account and took out the annual fee even though I was no longer a member. When I tried to call about it, I was told the manager was in a meeting (all day😑) hed call me tomorrow, never called and my calls werent answered after that. Beware of this company!

Extremely friendly staff. Actually from out of town and I loved the setup. Because the rooms are divided and spread out, there was no crowding issue at all. Many varities of free and machine as well as cardio equipment. I might have to move up here from Ga to just workout. I highly recommend it.

I went in for a gym membership and when I decided that I didnt want to be under a contract for a gym and cancel it, not only were they rude and unprofessional about it, they didnt send my signed cancellation form to their corporate office, so I had to. Wouldnt reccomend this particular gym.

Great Gym now that its Everybody Fitness. The New Owners are Fixing everything that was broken and I just walked into the gym and they are Painting the Lobby and aerobics room . I love the Daycare & my Girlfriend loves the Spinning and all the classes especially.

ALSO, THEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR HOURS, THEY HAVE TIMES WHEN NO ONE IS WORKING TO EVEN RUN THE TANNING BED (WHICH MY CONTRACT SAID I HAVE 24/7 ACCESS TO), AND THE EQUIPMENT IS BROKEN OUT SHORTING OUT ALL THE TIME! ALSO, THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE.Original review: Ive made multiple complaints online, in person, and via voicemail. No one got back to me. I pay for unlimited tanning, and a family membership, but can only tan after work. I like to workout in the morning, so Im not taking time away from my family, but Ive had to completely change that so I can tan when I workout, so Im not making multiple trips. The disinfectant spray and paper towels seem to always be out in one room or another. Sometimes cant find a single soul working there other than Timmy (hes amazing). OUTSIDE OF C.O.R.E. CLASS, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE.

Run away. Run far far away from this hell hole. First, for $30/ month I would expect them to at least be able to replace broken lights and maybe vacuum once a year. This place is disgusting. Spiders and other bugs are everywhere. Dont believe me? When they take you on a tour, look in every corner and youll see a nice little spider-family bunkering down for the long run. Second, I am a college student. I am poor. I signed up for this as a summer work out over the summer. I was told that he could cancel this in a few months for me when I leave because he respects higher education. Respect my butt. I have almost been through a whole school year and still cannot get my membership cancelled. I work extra hours at school just to get the extra $30 bucks to pay for it. They lied to me about being able to get out of my contract. Third, they lied to me about how long I was signing up for. I signed up for a 1 year thinking I would be able to get out, but really he signed me up for THREE YEARS. I am 20 years old and going to college. Do I look like my rue21 paycheck was that good to pay $1000 total for a gym membership I cant use 3/4 of the year? I hope anyone reading this will learn from my terrible mistake. These people couldnt care less about your health. All they care about is the money filling their pockets. They will take advantage of anyone that comes within a mile of that cursed building. They dont even deserve this one star that I have to give them. Take my advice. Find someone else.

This gym is great. There is a good blend of new and old school equipment. Tons of freeweights and bench’s that can be used for powerlifting, body building and even some crossfit equipment. The atmosphere gives off a down and dirty kind of motivation! Grind it out kind of feel! There is good amount of cardio equipment to get a good burn in as well! I think its cool that they have an entire wing of the gym sectioned off that is specifically designed for use by women alone but it doesnt detract from the amount of options they have to offer in the rest of the gym. The staff is very helpful and it is obvious that they take their business serious and are there to assist you in any way they can. One huge benefit for those people that have children(🙋‍♂️), childcare is offered free of charge and there is all sorts of toys, books and games for the little ones to stay entertained! Overall this gym has a lot to offer already and has a ton of room for growth. Of the gyms that I have worked out it this has to be one of my favorites!

I have been with Premier for a year now. Multiple times a month their equipment is broke. The new management is pathetic and disrespectful towards woman. The weekend hours here are incredibly stupid. Anytime and Planet Fitness are by far the better options. You cant bring a friend anymore unless you pay $10. They got tanning cards you must search through and fill out to tan in one of their old gross beds. This gym is broke down with bad staff and is the worse option in town.

Dont get trapped in a 3 year contract that charges triple what they now advertise. 3rd party payment company sucks and is inconsistent when taking oit their payments. Not really 24hrs, Only 3 days out of week. I was uncomfortable everytime i did go and cant do anything about it because of a contract, which they say you dont have to do now. Biggest mistake and waste of money.
