This Company and all of their employees go above and beyond everyday. My elderly mother is a long time customer and the guys always take care of her. We try to show them our appreciation for all that they do! We are so pleased with the Professional and Courteous Customer Service that they provide. 10 stars!

Left my 86-year old aunts trash outside today, only picking up their precious blue bags. My aunt, who has dementia, and trying to clean her house is left in the lurch due to Brian Vince and his petty tiff with her niece. I hope hes real proud of himself screwing over a helpless old woman. Classy stuff

Terrible service! Do not recommend! Terrible drivers, damages my lawn and picks and chooses what I can’t throw out! It’s a dumpster! For crying out loud! No branches!!!

I have been using Vince for years...

Wednesday was trash pick up. Went to take my cans back to find that they only dumped their blue can. I had purchased two 96 gallon trash cans at Lowe’s that were front loader type. $100 per can. They dumped them for the last two weeks and didn’t dump them this week. Tried to call them to find out why. Phone line was busy. I went to their office to be met by a lady who told me they were not my cans and that they had to be someone else’s and that’s why they didn’t pick them up. I asked her why they didn’t ask me, send a letter or make a call to verify. She said they don’t do that. I told her to cancel my service and pick up the blue can. The owner came out same day and got his can. Didn’t dump the two full cans either.He told my neighbor he just assumed they were someone else’s cans.Absolute terrible way to do business! Stay away at all cost! Their customer service is terrible. They could care less if they lost a customer and did nothing to try and save a customer either.Also, they are never on time and never pick up at they same time week to week. They will come one week at 11am and the next week between 3-4pm. Lousy.

This is my first time ordering refuse service, so I can not compare to other companies... but in the several months we’ve been with Vince, we’ve had continuous problems. Twice, they have failed to collect our trash altogether (once because the lady on the phone had entered our address incorrectly and the second time she said “the road must’ve been impassible or something”... It wasn’t). There have also been a couple times where they have left garbage in my trashcan. Once, they left a can literally half full! They also seem to toss our cans onto the sidewalk from the road, which has resulted in the handle busting off one of our cans and we had to replace it. They never come at a consistent time (and again, I’ve never used any other service, so maybe this is just how everyone does it). Sometimes they come at 6 am and sometimes it isn’t until mid-afternoon. I also hate that they don’t have an up-to-date system for bill pay. I have never received a bill from them in the mail (or an email, or a phone call). I just have to remember when the quarter ends and call to pay my bill over the phone. The one time I forgot to call and pay, they ended service without any warning. There was zero communication that we had missed our bill and service was going to be terminated. I do take responsibility for not having it paid on time, but a reminder (or ANY sort of communication on it at all) would’ve been appreciated. As much as I wanted to support a locally owned company, I think we will be switching to a more reliable service in the near future.

Had the trashcurbside the day before pick up. There was no collection. Bill was paid and we did our part. We ccalled and the office manager was very rude. There was no call back or collection. We decided to use a different colletiin agency. I do

I have been very unsatisfied with their customer service. The owners (Mrs. Vince) have no interest in providing quality service, communicating necessary information (which could easily be solved by implementing an email service), or updating their payment options to an automated charge. It’s very inconvenient to have to call in and pay every 3 months instead of a reoccuring charge. Additionally, they do not offer bulk pick-up service and are unwilling to pick up boxes, inconveniencing their customers even further.

Vince Refuse Services is a great company to do business with. This company will pick up ones trash/refuse no matter what size or how often one needs his refuse hauled away. If you only have one bag of trash only every six or seven weeks, just put your blue bag out and VOILA, it is taken.You can buy your blue bags from local retailers. Vince provides a service for the infrequent, small time user. Most companies want a monthly plan for a costly price, which is great for folks who have lots of refuse, but not so for the smaller/infrequent user. Thank you Vince!

We have been with Vince for several years. They are very dependable and have great service. One suggestion would be to display your holiday schedules on your site.

They dont even answer the phone smh want you to leave a number . . . Not the way id run my buisness.

Customer service is lacking, they will leave trash and it appears that depending on if the owner is on the route he will leave trash and knock over the cans he doesnt take. We have had this issue several time with them. I was a little taken back when I found out the owner acted this way .Needless to say they are not the only trash service in town.

I have been a long time customer for years ... I have never had any negative issues. They are excellent.

I started service with them, and within two years only received three bills, each of which was severely backed up and costed a lot. After those two years, they ended their services. I called them and they forced me to pay more money that I had never received a bill for in order to start having my trash picked up again. Three months later, and zero bills received in the mail, my service was ended again. I called them again and they claimed that they had sent a bill and told me that I would have to pay the bill that I never received in order to have service start up again. They didnt offer to start a direct deposit account or anything that might be helpful. Vince refuse does not work with their customers, and is not understanding or helpful when things go wrong. They dont care and they need to find a way to make sure their customers can actually pay for their services.

Excellent service (without the automated telephone system and long hold times that you get with Rumpke) i.e., a rare company - LOCAL makes a huge difference when it comes to service. They really seem to care!

The service is fine, but you could do your customers the service of letting us know what days to set out our trash following a holiday.
