This place is absolutely horrible and has no respect for the contract or the law! He broke so many I don’t know where to start, first in the recorded call I was quoted a cheaper price than smiths roll off, so I went with them against my better judgement. The lady was nice and then the driver came, he brought it and said we couldn’t throw our yard brush trimmings in, this was upsetting but we let it go, he then said we couldn’t throw away the trash bags of wood from the very garage we told them would be going in the dumpster, but again we said ok and threw it in our normal trash service. Then on pickup day the guy calls as rude as he can get, and demands I drop what I’m doing and bring him another 80 dollars for the trash, there was no trash! Nothing but the garage we told them would be going in there! He then proceeded to knock on my neighbors door and tell them I told him they we’re supposed to pay him 80 dollars! Most likely there will be pending litigation, they already broke the contract it was to be picked up the latest on the tenth, they were four days late and two calls in already, absolutely horrible company and I can see why they only need one driver! Word gets around. Photos to follow I already had photos and recorded calls as I saw how this guy acted shady from the second I saw him! Buyer beware! Saving that 100 dollars isn’t worth it! Go with smiths! They are reputable and do what they say unlike these bottom feeders.
