These guys really came through for me. I had an infested mattress that I needed gone ASAP and they managed to take care of it on a Sunday late in the evening. Cody was a champion, and they showed truly remarkable character.

The company sent two men, Jaime and Gabe, to help unload a 28-foot trailer with our furniture and boxed items from our move. They worked hard. Jamie could only work a couple hours because he had another engagement. Gabe stayed and continued to work extra hard. They were tremendous help and had great attitudes.

We needed a garage cleared out, demolished, then hauled away and called around to get quotes. Jaime came out the day we called to check out the job, explained his whole process and went over the cost breakdown with me, then was back early in the morning with a crew to start. They were incredibly professional and friendly, and got the work done with surprising speed. 10/10 will hire again in the future.

The crew was fantastic and was able to clear an entire 1 car wooden detached garage within two days, as well as hauling off everything inside. The result looks beautiful, they were very punctual and communicative, the price was very fair, and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely use their services again!

I called 3 weeks before my move to schedule a 3 bedroom + basement and shed move from one house to another. I was told all was set. When the mover arrived 30 min late, he was in a pick-up truck. We took 2 days to move everything in this pick-up truck. The mover used us to help lift items into and out of the truck, as well. The second day, the movers were uncommunicative, leaving me waiting for 5 hours until they finally showed up. After the first load that day, it took the mover 2 hours to return for the second load. We finished at 11:30 at night. There is damage to my carport, my hardwood floors, and the lock on the door had the key snapped off in it, causing me to replace it with my own money.When I came back the next day to clean my old house, my weed eater has disappeared from the shed. The only people who knew it was there were the movers.Do not use this company unless you want to be robbed, ignored, and treated like dirt.

We love this company! Jaime has come out to our house on three different occasions, and has been incredibly polite and prompt every time. The prices are more than reasonable, and Jaime is such a hard worker. He even swept my driveway clean when he loaded everything up! They are very responsive and often come on a very short notice. We would use this company time and time again!

Called these guys to help me haul off the last few items from the house I just moved out of. They were fantastic! They were able to come out the same afternoon, and were so polite and courteous! Left hanging on moving day!! Then owner finally called me after I posted review and still wouldn’t reschedule. The owner wouldn’t do anything to make the situation right and left us in a difficult situation.I scheduled with Pack N Haul for Friday, June 25. Pat assured me they would be there from 3-5 pm to move out piano and some other large items. I got a voicemail canceling 2 hours before our move! The worst part about it was the company’s refusal to make it right by rescheduling to do the agreed upon move. Saturday Pat said she would try to work us in on Monday. I called Monday morning and was still in limbo on when or if they would do the move. I got a text Monday morning at 9:30 stating they were not able to do the move. I hired Piano Craft to move the piano for $240. My husband and sons had to move the washer and dryer and all the other heavy items because of Pack N Haul dropping the ball. I never got a call from the owner which is very disappointing and unprofessional. Use a reliable company when you move!!

This was a nightmare from the very beginning very unprofessional showed up an hour and a half late the first day second day they finally got the job done they left several things that was meant to be hauled off and left there spare tire to there truck I have called and text several times for them to finish and pick up there property but the completely ignore me there are WAY BETTER junk haulers out there pleaae dont put your self thru the hell we did with this company!!!!!Update Company came by and picked up what was left and treated me really good im the process..

Very prompt and reliable. They went over and beyond to assist me with my needs. I felt like I had known them personally. Great energy and through their professionalism, I felt like they cared for me. I called for pick up and got a response right away. In less than an hour the guys showed up, loaded all the wood and drywall from my back yard, raked the area and were gone. This is what I needed and was very happy with this service.

I was recently left with a disaster on my hands, and one I couldn’t even begin to clean up on my own. I was able to reach Jeremiah on a weekend and scheduled an assessment for the next day. Travis came out, introduced himself with a firm handshake, and we went about making a plan for them to remove said disaster. Travis and Ethan worked for two days straight to take care of the issue I had at hand, not only working their tails off, but for a very fair price as well knowing my situation. I also got to meet Jeremiah on the last day to put a face (and handshake) with the name. I couldn’t say enough good things about this company. Never again! Charged $200 for regular size box spring, mattress, slats, bed frame and four small items. All items were easily accessible just inside the garage, and took less than 20 minutes to load. Without any advanced notice, and after the items were loaded on the truck, the driver said he would only accept cash.The IRS needs to look real hard at how Pack and Haul operates.

Great service! Best price in town I called three other places and Pack-Haul was the most affordable. I called and they were here in 20 minutes removed the couch and meet me at the gas station to get cash.

Super fast, super easy.Called the number, Guy named Travis answers. He was super polite, and asked me to send a picture for a quote. I did, and he then threw the lowest price in town at me, so naturally I said yes and sent the address. He said he was going to try and make it tonight, and I told him dont worry about rushing yourself, come in the morning and Ill leave the money in the mailbox.By the time I woke up the next morning, the junk that had been sitting in my front yard for 3 weeks was gone within 24 hours of a single phone call to these guys.Thanks Pack n Haul!!

They haul garbage on the same truck they move peoples stuff with. What kind of moving service would do such a thing. Who wants their belongings hauled in a truck that was hauling bug filled trash 2 hours ago.. now my friend has to clean and spray all of her stuff.
