Our GPS took us a weird back way to get to this rental location. We eventually figured out where it was. Upon arriving there was a sign out front instructing us to stay in our car and call the store number to let them know we were there. The nice gentleman gathered the vehicle paperwork and brought the truck we rented out. My husband and the gentleman walked around the vehicle to point out any blemishes on the vehicle, they both signed and we were off. Overall, the service was awesome, Prompt, Friendly, and efficient. The outdoor handling of paperwork was convenient and we appreciated not being forced to wear masks in the open air. Great Job to this location. We highly recommend rentals from these folks! Great people to do business with!

They help me out a lot during high wind conditions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Door is locked. You call the phone number and they peek out a crack in the door and ask what you want. Ive shopped here occasionally in the past but it has become a joke. Clerk couldnt find a product they have carried for years. Didnt even know what it was. I will not look to Herc for my equipment needs any longer.

I have been renting equipment from them for several months.Very reasonable prices,top quality equipment and staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.I travel out of my way to use HERC mainly because of the staff.

We get alot of tools fixed here. The location is good, and out of the way just enough, so no need to fight traffic.
