Dr McLaughlin is THE BEST!! She always takes great care of our two dogs and kitties. She is super helpful when we have questions or concerns, and it is clear she loves her job :-)

Love this staff! Dr. McLaughlin, Dr. Hurst, and the staff have been nothing but wonderful - so empathetic when I lost my sweet Sassy Mama kitty. Dr. M. took the time to talk to me at length about my girls sudden illness and helped educate me when I felt I was a bad kitty mom :( Additionally, they all have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive with the care of my Phoebe girl when she lost her sissy. I have since followed up with them regularly for her care - the experience has been so positive. Im leaving the area soon and wish I could take them all with me! A big THANK YOU to the entire staff - you are appreciated!

Dr.McLaughlin and her staff are wonderful. She has compassionately helped my previous pet across the rainbow bridge as well as welcoming new puppies into the family. She and her staff have always been very caring and professional. They respond quickly and their facility is very clean and attractive. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been having some heath issues with one of my fur babies that my original vet couldn’t diagnosis. Dr. McLaughlin was able to diagnosis Aayla in about an hour as opposed to my previous vet who couldn’t do it in five visits. So professional and effective. After meeting her one time I can tell she cares for the animals like her own. The entire staff I’ve encountered is extremely friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

As a first time pet owner, the staff at WOW Animal Hospital made the process of registering my pet and setting up her first appointment much easier than I had expected. The front desk staff, nurse/technicians, and doctor were all extremely helpful, kind, and efficient during my visit there, making it an overall great experience. I will definitely recommend this location to other pet owners!

We called for an appointment and we were able to see Dr. Hurst the next day! Their curbside pick-up process is quick and easy. While its not the same as being in the exam room-I feel that the staff is able to give the same loving care as always.

The Doctors and staff here are beyond belief. It seems like every critter that comes in is treated like family. Not only do they remember what you do and dont like as the owner but they remember everything about your pet. Mine each have quite a few quirks and they’re always so good about taking care to make sure my pups are happy and healthy. This is more than a vet to us; they’re family.

My girlfriend and I just recently had to have her pet rabbit euthanized here. They are amazing. They treat you like family and are there for you every step of the way. The rabbit developed cancer and they gave us the options without being pushy. They did their best to treat him and were amazing throughout his life. Unbelievable experience with them. Need a vet in Springfield? Go here! Please, you wont regret a second of it.

The staff are amazing, and made our first puppy visit smooth and easy! I have been taking my precious dog to White Oaks Animal Hospital for eight years and have received the best care for my dog as well as they helped me through some scary times with her. I absolutely could not ask for better care & service. The entire staff is so caring & willing to do whatever it takes. I recommend them to anyone who has a pet. I have seen several of the Vets there and they are all very good!!!

We couldnt be happier with the care our girl Rosie has received since she was a puppy. That will be nearly 10 years in February. She actually runs in to greet all the folks there and happily heads for the examining room or back toward the kennels. The medical care and loving environment are a wonderful combination!

Bar none the best veterinary clinic that Ive ever used. They take amazing care of our cats. They know them by name and provide care suited to their personalities. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cant say enough good things about White Oaks and, particularly, Dr. McLaughlin! We have four pets - two dogs, two cats - and there is always something going on with one of them:) The staff is responsive and caring. Dr. McLaughlin is wonderful with our animals and with us! She understands how important our animals are to us and treats us with great respect. She is very sensitve to the needs of our pets and is very thorough while giving us multiple options to be able to make both a good decision for their health and for our budget.

Best veterinary clinic Ive ever known! I cant begin to explain how wonderful they all were with helping me when my cat was very sick a couple years ago.Recently I asked for an appointment just to talk with the vet, Dr. M, and get some advice about traveling by car with my two cats half way across the country. She eased my anxiety level and gave me great information! As a side note....they didnt even charge for the appointment!Everyone there is very attentive and loving to all the animals. I cant recommend them enough!!

Respectful, caring, family oriented. I could not have found a better place to take our dogs, cats and even an iguana once. Recommended even when my children had pet mice, as the provider to seek.They have been incredible in every visit, including the worst kind to have. They helped make all of the arrangements for cremation and an urn when our elderly dog passed, they made every attempt to save her and she just didnt make it. they let our children have time to say goodbye to her in a dignified setting and helped me make the necessary decisions for the next steps.There is no place else I would consider going in this area.

Very professional and loving people! I had my dog spay 2 weeks ago and they took excellent care of her. they even called me several times to make sure she was doing good and answered all my questions.

I have taken my pets to Dr. Greg Hurst for 24 years. He is a knowledgeable veterinarian whose talents stretch into various specialized areas of animal treatment. He at one point, was or may even still be, the Veterinarian for The Henson, Robinson Zoo.He employs a staff that is second to none. Always courteous and friendly, they always greet people warmly. They each know their jobs and they do them effectly and quickly.

They are VERY friendly and caring about your pet. They took excellent care of our last dog who passed. Now we have a new little one that hope we have long friendship with them. Look forward to their help with all her needs!

White Oaks West has been our veterinarian clinic for years. We have several dogs & cats, and each pet is treated with the utmost professionalism and compassion! From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted & treated like family. The office staff, technicians, and vets always spend as much time as needed, and you are never rushed (even though they may have a full schedule, they treat you & your pet like youre the only ones there at the time). Phone calls are always returned, and we are always notified of all lab/diagnostic results, in an expeditious time frame, once received. From sharing in the joy of a new puppy or kitten, to being very sympathetic & mourning WITH US in the loss of an elderly/ill pet or euthanization, THIS vet clinic and ENTIRE staff are without a doubt, THE BEST in Central Illinois. Each person there always, ALWAYS, has the best interest of our pets, and always go above & beyond to make sure they receive the care they would provide their own pets!

I have what might be called a special needs parrot. Dr. Brittany and White Oaks WEst Animal Hospital has provided excellent care for him. Their staff is very friendly and always greet us when we arrive. They ask how Max is doing. Dr. Brittany carefully monitors his weight, physical status, and diet. I could not ask for better care for Max.

I feel the entire staff has me and my pets best interest in mind when we are there. They are thorough, competent and friendly. I am very comfortable discussing my needs and concerns.

Dr. Hassleberg is the best veterinarian I have ever seen. She has literally saved my cats life when no other veterinarian could figure out what was wrong. My cat has a lot of unique health issues. Dr. Hassleberg has the knowledge needed to care for all my pets. She also takes care of my guinea pig and my hamster. The staff there is always helpful and kind. I would never go anywhere else.

They are great when it comes to surgeries and emergency visits. But every day or small problems are expensive. I now go to Ball Chatham vet services. But dr. McLaughlin and the Male doctor at white oaks are the best money can buy.

Dr Mclaughlin always takes good care of Westen and Lanie. And she always answers my questions. The reception staff always greet me by name and they never got annoyed when Westen would jump up amd knock the mail over. Totally take your babies there. They will be well cared for.

THE WHITE OAKS WEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL SAVED MY PUPPYS LIFE. MOON MAKER THE FIRST WAS ATTACKED BY A LARGE DOG AND WAS NOT SURE IF HE WOULD SURVIVE THE ATTACK. I CANNOT SAY HOW MUCH THEY MEAN TO MOON AND ME AND THEY WILL ALWAYS BE OUR VET.
