Love this cleaners! They treat my clothes as if they were their own clothes. Been using them regularly the last few months and have had no problems. But I’m sure if I did they would be handled well. The new manager, I believe his name is Alex, is so nice. He seems to really care about the customers and the quality work he gives. I would recommend👍

Dont take your clothes here if you actually care about your clothes. Took about 20 shirts here to be cleaned. Picked them up half still dirty, most shrunken, multiple buttons melted off on many of the shirts and half the shirts completely faded in color. Took them back for them to redo and they came back clean but damaged. Pay extra take your garments elsewhereResponse to owner. We did not insist on paying $1.49. You explained that dark colors do bad in the laundry so we paid the $2.49 for all the dark shirts and those came out worse. And oh so you knew about all the buttons you melted off but didnt replace them or even notify us. We had to find out at home. And even if we paid 1.49 that is the price that YOU set to charge. Must people pay you to destroy their clothes?

I am so thankful I found this place! Best customer service Ive been given in a long time! Quick and reliable! Plus, they removed stains in clothes I thought I was going to have to get rid of!

Once received someone elses clothes along with my own! Another time I discovered the buttons on a $60 shirt had melted. Other than a good price (used to be great when they allowed coupons,) I only go there when its absolutely necessary to have special items dry-cleaned.

I Will ..NEVER.NEVER go to this store again... I have been a customer since this store opened and had a good relationship with owner and staff...until now. the sign on the door and window clearly states ALL GARMENTS CLEANED for $ 2.49 ( coats included ) today I was informed prices have changed and do not pay any attention to the sign...coats here are now $ 7.99 WOW ..

I am pleading with any one thinking about taking your clothes to this place think again. They are under new management and Ive been coming here for 4 years and have not had a issue until this new management arrived. I recently took two garbage bags of clothes to this place in one their were three complete suits. When i pick my clothes up three days later, one of my suit jackets were missing. Went back to this place to inquire about its whereabouts and the lady says she will look for it. She then takes down my name and phone number and she says and I quote if it doesnt show up in four days what typically happens is we will give a refund to amt of 10x what you would have paid to have it clean. So we are talking about 25$ bucks. So 4 days passed really 5 days and i go back and the same lady is present and she says that the person who originally processed the clothes wrote a note and said that I only gave her 5 articles of clothing which was untrue because I brought two garbage bags of clothes and this was a group of suits that they grouped together which is understandable because they were all suits. The lady should have originally said their were 6 items in this group of suits instead of five because that only makes 2 &1/2 suits. So this particular lady whos telling me what the other said, suggests that i come back up there to speak with the one who took my order and she can give me the refund. So at this point Im being given the run around for 25 bucks having to keep coming back up to this place is not worth it. This cleaners loss a suit jacket to a suit that cost me $250. You all can keep that $25 and my jacket because I know you gave it to someone else mistakenly but I will NEVER Ever use this establishment again. A 4 yr customer will find another dry cleaners that will not lose my clothes.

I was disappointed to hear that they no longer have their in by 9am and pickup after 5pm on the same day. Unfortunately that is still on the front window of their store. If I had known that prior to going in I probably would have taken it elsewhere.

This is a great cleaners. However today I went to drop off some garments and the store was closed. So Sad!! I hope there is no long turn problem

They could do better with the white clothes. Along with customers service does not matter if you speak good English or not you still can say hello since we are keeping you in business and food on your plate.

As other complaints posted. Since the business was sold roughly three years ago the new owners apparently have no public experience and the owner is extremely, I CANT EXPRESS IN DEPT, The man is RUDE.,YES ! He is,so rude,..I never did find the Springfield Police station.I also had damaged apparels which the owners refused to repair. I found another reasonably price cleaners closer to were I live. it may not have the same day pickup service however at least I know garments are properly handled with care. Be fore WARNED ! $2.49Cleaners of Springfield,PA is not what it use to be.

Awesome! new management they do an job pressing my shirts and they get my pants crease right, thats all I ask for.

I started going to this cleaners for about six months ago. The last time I was there. I asked for a dry cleaning and I picked it up the next day. When I put the shirt it was about one size smaller. They didnt return my calls. So I went back to the cleaners and they said they werent going to do anything about my shirt! It was my lost!

New ownership works hard to take care of their customers and make sure they are pleased with the results.

I enjoyed the service.even got out stains other cleaners couldnt. You cant always trust bad reviews cuz I wasnt going to try them at first. Now I have an awesome cleap cleaners near me.

I can NOT advise you enough, DO NOT NOT NOT NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER.First off, its hard to trust a place you have to pay at DROP OFF, I have never paid a dollar for dry cleaning until pick up, after all, they have your garments. But then I realized the reason why they make you pay at drop off....chances are, you will not even get your items back in tact.This staff is unbelievably disrespectful and incompetent. If you take your clothes there, be ready to receive them back with holes, burns.....thats if you receive them back at all. They honestly could not care any less about their customers, or their customers property. Go to Victory Cleaners, family owned and your garments will be handled with care.

The hours online and on the door says 7am-7pm. It is now 8:15am and the cleaners is still closed! This is just one of many failures of this place!

I havent been here in a very very long time because I noticed my tops of certain material had shrunk, but I had a few coats I wanted cleaned so I decided to go back since I never had issues with coats. This time I had 2 wool winter coats and 1 winter puffy jacket with a fur hood.....I was told that they would have to charge me $7.99 each for the wool coats....they said thats the price they changed it to!!! What?!? Does the sign not say $2.49 or not?!? Leather and Suede is not accepted but Wool is and has always been. Mind you I have taken these same coats there before and paid the price on the sign. How can they just make up prices at this place??? I left with my coats and went to another Any Garment Cleaners and paid the price on the sign.....even for the wool coats. Smh, I dont know what they are trying to pull at this particular cleaners, but there is no need at all for me to ever go back there for sure.

Dropped two winter heated jackets off in the spring picked them up and this past week went to use one of them and found that the controller that operates the heat was not in my jacket. took my wifes jacket along with me to the cleaners to show the owner what the missing piece looked like. he started yelling at me and that i had 72 hrs to resolve any issues and that after 30 days they throw everything out in the lost and found box. this owner is not human was not listening to what i requested that he look in the box for the switch. he said i threatend him which got me angry. i said the person working for you must have thought the switch should be removed to clean the jacket properly. this half wit didnt even listen to what i was saying. no one is accusing anyone of stealing the switch i just wanted to see if they still had it. no reasoning with this maniac. in the past five yrs that i took the jackets there was no problem i went to the springfield police station to file a report about what had happened and that he said i threatened him. the police officer said i was not the only person with a problem dealing with the owner. i will not be using this cleaners again and ask that evryone else does the same. a person like this does not belong talking to the general public much less a owner of a business in springfield he belongs back where he came from the zoo. arrogant, very loud, disrespectful, does not listen but can shout and try to intimidate. didnt work with me. somebody with a little less temperament is going to put his chin where his mouth is one of these days. and he is so deserving of it. can you imagine being an employee working for this maniac merry christmas

DO NOT GO HERE! They damaged a suit jacket of mine, and I did not notice the damage until I had worn the jacket all day at an event (since the bleach-like stain was on the back). When I took the jacket back the next day the owner got very angry and defensive. He basically told me I was out of luck, since I had cut the tag off of the jacket, and walked away!

They used to be great, but it appears they have all new people in there now and the last time I went there, they lost the pants to my suit and still havent found them a week later.Never going back.

Wow thank god for the new crew here! Now I can bring back my stuff and know everything gets done the right way
