My carpet was a mess to the point that I had ordered new carpeting. My daughter has moved in to the basement where this carpet is and she has two dogs. I was feeling not sure about spending the money nor the carpet I had ordered . I heard of Dana and her company . I had her come over and look at the carpet. She assured me my carpet was quality and it would clean up well. I took her at her word and cancelled the order, saving myself $2400.00. On top of it all we had a slight leak in the furnace area and Dana took care of that also ! This is the gold standard of service and we are very pleased!!

We had significant soot damage from our fire place. Dana and her team made things better than new. Had great suggestions and were always willing to go the extra mile! Five + ⭐️

2 complaints #1 they do not accept card and was not told before hand its 2021 and your business does not accept card #2 20 dollars to roll the fridge out and move the stove is ridiculous although i was asked if i wanted it moved before hand i was not aware there would be a charge. The service i received was good.

My two teenagers and I had the horrifying experience of a middle of the night house fire. The fire damage was, thankfully, minimal, but the smoke damage was extensive. I had no clue where to start. But, by referral, I called Mr. Power Clean and spoke to Dana. Dana was so kind and caring and immediately started giving me advice and obtaining insurance information. She reached out to the adjuster and scheduled our restoration services for a few days away. They even agreed to travel over two hours to us. On the day they said they would arrive, Nathan, Harrison, and their crew showed up right on time with a smile. They spent two days cleaning the smoke damage from our home. They took great care with our home and belongings. I immediately felt at ease with them all, so much that I left the home so that they could do our work. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning, they also made sure to take care of our pets while we were gone, even making sure the dogs had water outside. The cleaning and deodorizing WORKED, and our home was free from the acrid smoke smell. They arrived on time, again, the second day and completed their work. As we were going to do our own actual restoration work, they gave us advice about products and how to best finish the work. I did not feel that they were only there for the money. They cared about the work they were doing. It was obvious in every detail. I, very rarely, have good experiences with the service industry, but Dana and her sons and their company, that has been in the family since 1968, took care of us physically and emotionally. I highly recommend them for all cleaning and restoration needs.

I hired Mr. Power Clean to clean the brick floors in our home. Dana and her team did a great job at explaining the process and scrubbing away years of ground in dirt that regular mopping could not clean. Very happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

Pro Clean cleaned my bathroom floors today. The grout gets extremely dirty without noticing. That is until you get it cleaned. Absolutely amazed at the job they did. Looks brand new. Highly recommend them.

We had a plumbing leak that resulted in quite a bit of water damage. Mr. Power Clean was quick to get to our house and begin drying things out. They were in and out multiple times and were professional, knowledgeable, and worked with both our insurance adjuster and contractor that did the repairs. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic service! After a nasty roof leak, Mr Powerclean came through and provided a very thorough service to ensure a clean, dry and most importantly MOLD FREE environment.
