Before moving all carpets and floors had to be cleaned in our rented 5 bedroom house. DNA Pro Cleaning had the best customer rating in my area and they didnt disappoint. Throughout they kept me informed of the service they would provide and they showed up exactly on time both times I met them. The cleaning was efficient and quick, and the older carpets and floors looked almost like new when they were done. Expect to pay a premium price for this service....but in my view it was worth every cent.

I found DNA to be very responsive, notifying me of when to expect them, responding to questions, paying careful attention to our property, and completing the job of cleaning rather old carpeting in a timely and responsible way. The carpet was dry by evening, and there was no lingering smell of any sort.When I had a question about one area, they were quick to get back to me and to arrange a followup visit. I’m very impressed and grateful for DNA’ s quick response to an unexpected problem in my apartment. My refrigerator leaked under the hardwood floors over a period of time down to the floor below and the apartment next door. DNA found the elusive leak and worked quickly to stop the spread of mold through my place and next door. Pulled the hardwood floors out and removed them from my property. Moved my furniture and staged my place with 4 mold removal units that worked for 4 days. It’s very impressive to have so many people working to help me. I would use again. The oversight by the owner was very reassuring.

Every detail of DNA Pro cleaning and Restorations operations are impressive. The company communicated with me several times prior to the actual cleaning. To prepare an accurate quote, the rooms were individually measured, and all aspects of the process were discussed in advance. The scheduled cleaning went flawlessly: the cleaners arrived on time, worked very hard, maintained appropriate safety protocols for Covid, cleaned the carpets expertly, and then left with the house looking in great shape. There were no hidden costs. While they were not the lowest priced cleaners who offered estimates, I doubt I could have received any better service.

Mike at DNA Pro Cleaning did a masterful job bringing our old carpet to life. He removed stubborn stains and acres of cat hair. Helped put quite a shine on the old house. My only complaint, was that they did not have a touchless payment process. They have to call you to take a credit card over the phone. Most places have email invoicing and payment, which is much easier and can be done on your own time. However, still rate them 9/10, we would definitely use again.

Joe and DNA were AMAZING! Our basement flooded 3 weeks before we were supposed to have over 40 guests at our home for a 50th birthday party. We had planned to sleep about 7 people there, between the guest room and living room. We were not home when the flooding occurred so the water, debris and glass from the broken window had been sitting for 4 days. The mess, smell and damage was overwhelming. The morning I called, DNA responded immediately and a couple of hours later I had probably 7 guys in my basement testing moisture levels, tearing up carpet, cutting out baseboards and drywall, and placing dehumidifiers and fans throughout. They were finished just a few hours later and Joe reassured me that they would do their absolute best to complete the restoration before my party. He was immediately responsive to, and accommodating of, any questions or concerns I had along the way and was always very friendly and professional. It took 3 days for the basement to completely dry and they were there every day checking moisture levels to determine whether they could move forward with restoration. It took about 4 days to repair the drywall, replace baseboards and finally paint (about 1000sqft), and my basement was back to new in plenty of time for my party. They also offered to move my furniture back, as well as hang pictures back in place.While they were there, I took advantage of their rug cleaning service and had one of my main floor rugs cleaned while they were completing the work. We werent sure if it would come completely clean as we have 2 dogs and the rug is a white viscose blend. It was returned within 2 weeks (also before my party) in brand new condition! Joe also took the time to place it exactly how I wanted it, rug pad and all.I cant say enough about Joe and DNA...their responsiveness, professionalism and sincere concern for doing the job completely, efficiently and to the highest level of quality, far exceeded my expectations and I couldnt be more pleased with the results! Without question I would call them again for any cleaning or repair work in the future.

They did a fine job. Arrived on time, worked quickly, and were courteous and professional. RUgs and carpet look good. My only quibble is with return of rugs taken to their plant for cleaning. They promised 2-3 week turnaround; theyd call when rugs were ready. At three weeks, I called them, and was told the rugs were ready-- but they had not called me to tell me that. Rugs were returned about 5 days after that. Another minor point: They have someone with a heavy accent making reminder phone calls for services and deliveries. Had to listen to message several times to figure out who was calling and what he was saying.

Edited: Cleanup is now complete. The employees were very courteous, professional and responsive to any questions that I had.Cleanup and restoration is still continuing and thats the reason for 3 stars. Several offices in my office suite were damaged by a broken water heater in a neighboring suite and DNA Pro Cleaning was engaged by the building management company. Fans and de-humidifiers were brought in and all the wet carpet and baseboards were removed very efficiently. No complaints with anything.

DNA was super responsive, when I had an emergency project that had to be done the next day. Mike called me back within a few minutes, we discussed the scope of work, and he gave me a very reasonable estimate. His crew came out today and did a wonderful job, working very hard all day. They cleaned and buffed three stories worth of hardwood floors, picking up an enormous amount of dirt and buffing the wood to a really nice sheen. He removed years of build up of grease and dirt and restored the dirty grout lines to their original white color. I will definitely hire this company again and again.

They did an amazing job on the carpet, don’t get me wrong. But price was just absolutely insane and not what was discussed over the phone. It was an immediate need so we had no choice.

We have used DNA a number of times I recommend them to landlords when carpets need to be cleaned between tenant move-in move out they have gotten old wine stains out of carpet. For us most recently we called them in when there was a dishwasher leak from several months ago that the owners didn’t realize the water seeped underneath their hardwood floor and created a mold situation. We highly recommend DNA

I was concerned about them coming during the pandemic but they came on time and were fully masked and practiced social distancing. I am a repeat user of DNA and have always been very happy with their work . I have 20 year old beige wall to wall carpet upstairs in my 4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. After the cleaning it always looks clean and smells good! This time I also got two area rugs cleaned for an additional fee.The workers completed the work in a timely manner. I got a quote for cleaning and polishing my hard wood floors In the future and it was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.and they always discount the price!

The DNA team provided great service at an affordable cost. They crew was also professional throughout the entire process. The technician arrived on time, accessed the job and got right to it. I hired them to clean carpets in three rooms and two staircases. We also had them clean an area rug. The carpets turned out good, however the area rug didn’t clean very well. Granted, I opted for the much more affordable in-home cleaning rather than the in-shop service- just wasn’t cost-effective in my case. Overall though, they did well. I’d hire them again.

I hired DNA pro Cleaning to clean my hardwood floors. When we bought our house, there the floors had a film on them that trapped the dirt. the only way I could remove it and get back to the shine was to scrub each plank on my hands and knees to sluff it off. My floor is very large so I decided to hire someone. This company is very good. Very responsive and communicative. They want you to be happy. I m happy with the job that they did, my floors are actually clean and shine again. This will make upkeep soo much easier. The estimate was good and fair and they heard all my concerns and were willing to work with me to get the job that I wanted. Its also nice to get confirmation a day ahead and then 20-30 mins out so youre not waiting around all day. Would recommend.

Between the kids, puppy, and our rental with old carpet, we have been getting out carpets cleaned every 2-3 months. They have always done a good job and have been very professional. To be honest, all carpet cleaning is pricey in this area, but they are on par with the other companies I’ve researched or used and have been good to work with.

DNA cleaning steam cleaned our carpets and rugs in house after we had a dusty renovation. They came to our house for an estimate within two days of my initial call, then completed the job 3 business days later. Everyone wore masks and booties through the whole process, and did a fantastic, thorough job. There was no chemical smell like when I’ve had previous cleaners come out for wall to wall which is important for our pets. I highly recommend them!
