Equipment is decades old. Critical safety parts of is equipment are not in working order. An employee had to literally drive it from start to finish. Last time I was there it took an hour. And I was only 3rd in line. On same visit 2 of the employees got into a fight. 1 was sent home while the other that was supposed to wipe down the vehicles put himself in what looked like a timeout. Just sitting there playing on his phone and looking right at me while the suds (that a good carwash system would take off) run down the side of my truck. I am a monthly paying member and am ready to pull the plug on my subscription. On a Thurs approximately 3 weeks ago they were closed at 430. That may be a year round time but come on. Days are longer, most people are getting off work around that time and dont you think costumers would want their vehicle clean right before the weekend. No, not clean Sparkling Clean! The manager seems to try but half the time she has half her staff. She has to bring in her young daughter to help while the owners nephew sits in his vehicle getting his last smoke in before his shift, late!

I am so disappointed. They are no longer open for many reasons. I need to submit my Unlimited Wash Club Cancellation Form but no will answer my calls and I drove by the two locations and no one is there to take my cancellation form.

It was pretty fast for an exterior wash. The interior was had a crazy long wait. My biggest concern was a streak on my windows and that wasnt taken care of. Actually they made my windows worse and had to take the car somewhere else to get it taken care of.

Ok but has been better. We drive 60 miles to have vehicles cleaned and washed and seems like always something does not get done such as dash does not always get done, windows have streaks, and other little items that I know they get in a hurry

WARNING: The services you are about to receive are without question the worst in the business especially for the high prices. Quality of work rates below a 1- after paying $30 not including very lucrative tip horrible results as follows: (1) windshield and rear window were dirty; (2) didnt clean rear view mirror did myself when return home; (3) asked staff does it include vacuuming trunk inside which I popped open - stated yes - never vacuumed; (4) told by management the $30 doesnt include cleaning middle console exterior - shift stick casing was filthy; ( 5) didnt empty or vacuum out or empty ash tray....etc. etc. a horrible experience never use again.

Signed up for the dazzler monthly package. Took my brand new 2 week old truck in, and they basically ran it through the wash and dried it off. Didnt do any vacuuming inside didnt get the wheel prep or air freshner. Going back tomorrow to cancel because they wont take phone cancellations. Called and talked to the manager and all he could is offer for me to comeback right now and fix it. STAY AWAY!!!!

Do not use this place!!! One of the workers stole my wifes credit card out of her car while they were cleaning it, and then spent over $300 in the next couple of hours. Luckily our bank noticed the suspicious charges and quickly cancelled the card. When my wife called the car wash to complain the manager basically accused her of lying and refused to do anything about it. Theft and poor customer service is not a good way to keep customers coming back.

I always stop in here when Im in Springfield, Ive never had a problem, get to feed the in house Parot peanuts, allot of times he will speak, when ever I pull out of the parking lot, I feel like a shiny new penny.......

I went to this location several times and my car was never cleaned properly. I called the manager to ask for a refund he told me that they dont do refund when you have someone else wash your car after they didnt do it properly. On top of that i told him my car was not vacuum properly that there was stuff between my seats. The manager told me that they dont move your seats and their vacum hoes cant get between the seats... im like thats a lie because every time i get back in my car i have to readjust my seats.. bottom line i will never refer anyone to this place of business. They are a rip off and dont stand by there service they provide...

Not worth the money. They left the inside of my car filthy. Unhooked my floor mats and didnt hook back up. Nothing on the inside got dusted as promised and what they did clean was only half way.
