I haven’t got my car detailed in over maybe two years…. I went to Ramos Detailing for the first time, I got the interior, exterior and the headliner detailed. I am very happy with the results. All the staff there were friendly and professional. I would definitely come back here again and refer people to this business…. If you have any issue with service they are more then accommodating to fix the issue for you.

Not satisfied at all. I brought my BMW there last week as I had a gift certificate from Fathers Day for a FULL DETAIL. I just got the car and was excited to get it detailed even though I keep it pretty meticulous myself. They had the car for almost 4 hours and it looks like all they did was vacuum and wipe it down with some armor all. I had a Dorito and pennies still between the front seats. The seats were still in the exact position which I had left them in, meaning there’s no way they could have fully cleaned beneath them. The arm rest was completely ignored inside and out. All the items were still in it and there was a sticky residue on the driver side of the arm rest. I was forced to clean it myself. There are many stains on the interior roof upholstery as well that I’m not even 100% weren’t there before I dropped it off. The only positive was that it did smell nice after. Not what I expected AT ALL for a full detail from such a highly reviewed (don’t know how) business. I’m curious as to what they did for 4 hours while I waited outside on a folding chair in the heat as they didn’t even have a waiting room for customers. STAY AWAY!

I got the windshield visor/banner done here. I paid a little extra for them to apply the decal lettering over it (Focus) and I love the results. 💕

Friendly and family owned business. Car was a mess when I dropped it off. When I picked it up it looked new. Unbelievable professional job. Inside and outside was spotless. Thank you for a fantastic job. Highly recommend this business.

I was in a rush and Michelle from the office really hooked me up for my moms car. They were very nice and efficient. I left happy knowing I can give my mom her car back looking better than before. I’m coming back next week to do a full shampoo with them!

Took me in last minute, fast, respectful and the most impressive thing was.... They was tinting a couple cars, detailing and fixing a truck ALL THE SAME DAMN TIME. It was a sight to see. Did not want to complain at all which is why I’ve been trying to just deal with it, the overall experience was okay but based on reviews and they’re professionalism I was expecting GREAT results. I dropped off my vehicle for a detailing that took about two hours, when I got it back everything looked good, I was very satisfied with the results of my headliner but everything was still damp so it was left to dry.. the next morning I was very surprised to see what looks like splatter marks all over the dashboard and steering wheel, it looks like the wrong chemical was used because I’ve tried to wipe it off with the dashboard wipes & it dries off looking the same. also my backseat has a huge spray mark going across the back rest n the actual seat still has the residue mark of puppy puke which was the main reason I decided to pay for a detailing... sooo needless to say, over $100 later I do not feel like it was money well spent. looking for a solution for the marks everywhere & will soon need to pay for a new shampoo job, disappointed because I was planning on returning for future services :(

Had my wife’s car detailed, when we went to pick it up we had to check the license plate it looked so good we didn’t recognize it, great job nice people and good music playing.

I brought my car to Ramos Detailing to assist with removing stains caused by my granddaughter. I wasn’t sure they would be able to tackle the job. To my surprise the Ramos Detailing staff not only took care of the stains but they made my car look like new. Their efficiency and customer service were top notch. I high recommend this business.

These guys did a wonderful job restoring my moms car. From the stains on the seats and the headliner to the big juice stain that was on the floor they made the vehicle look BRAND NEW. I just bought my car about a month ago. However, I had a little accident and I thought the inside of my car was damaged. I called yesterday and explained my problem. He was so nice and understanding. This morning I dropped off my car and with in 3 hours I had my car back. They were so nice, good price, very personable and he kept his word. They for sure will see me again soon.

This is my second time going to Ramos detailing. First time was because my brother left my sunroof open, and snow got all over the inside of my car. They did such an amazing job cleaning my car. It literally looked brand new! This time I really wanted it detailed, but couldn’t fit it in my schedule with work and my kids. They came to my job to pick it up and have it done by the time I got off. Very professional and great pricing! I highly recommend!!

I made an Appointment with Jose(the owner), showed up for my appointment just to be turned away. According to the girl that was supervising the place, they had an inspection coming up, the Owner was telling her not to take any more cars. I understand things happens however communication is key. This place doesn’t communicate with their customers and clearly have zero organization!

I had a scheduled appointment to have my car tinted twice.The first time the man who tints did not show up. They gave us his number to call him. We called several times that day and a few times the day after, no answer. The follwoing week we scheduled another appointment. Get there and they tell me he is not there again! He is at at the other shop. They gave his number again and guess what No answer! Bad business!!!! A good business would call their clients if the service they have an appointment for is not going to happen. So dissappointed.

I had my front passenger seat destroyed by projectile vomit (passenger puked 3 times) the night before. These guys took my car in the next morning and made it spotless for $75. Highly recommend these fellas!

I got the inside of my car detailed, and I was very impressed with the outcome. The interior of my car looks brand new. Im happy with the service provided, and you cant beat the price either. I definitely recommend this place.
