I dropped by Mirror Image to see if I could get my car in for detailing. I had company coming and didn’t plan ahead. Kevin (the owner) was booked solid, but he said if I could bring it in first thing Thursday morning, he would do part of it Thursday and then he would come in early Friday and finish it up. He went above and beyond to help me out. The car was ready by noon on Friday, and it looked great! It is 11 years old and really needed a good cleaning. I was more than happy with the result. The price was fair and the service was outstanding. Thank you, Kevin!! I would definitely recommend Mirror Image to anyone who wants a fabulous detail job, good value for the money, and excellent service!

Had Kevin detail my 3/4-ton GMC Sierra a couple weeks ago, and its better looking than my girlfriend now. SO I had him detail the vehicles of everybody that I know - or at least all of my employees that own cars but you get the picture. Took my car in for a detail last week and it came back looking like a brand new car. After a summer spent in the mountains with dogs my car was truly horrendous. I feel like a lot of attention was put towards my detail and the pricing was very fair. I couldnt be happier with the final product. I will be back.

Mirror Image took care of me after my car was totaled and I inherited a used water damaged 2007 Passat. Kevin worked with me quickly and honestly. The car had much more water in it than originally thought and he even fixed my moon roof leak to keep the car from continuing to let in water. He did this all at a ridiculously low cost and kept me informed every part of the process. When he found black mold he went the extra mile to make sure the interior was safe and back to new quality. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with Kevin and his business practices. Here is a person who is not only out to do the job right but also to do it kindly and with dedication to detail. Id recommend him to anyone miles above any other detailing service for quality and price.

Took my Ford flex to him to get a detail and was beyond blown away by the service I received. I carpool children around town and was finally fed up with the smell and condition of the inside of my car. Let me tell you I could not believe the magic he worked on my seats and carpet the car smells fresher than the day Ive bought it and I know it was a deep clean because its been a week now and no old odors have come back and no products were used to mask any scents I will be bringing all my vehicles to Kevin in the future!

Jeremy and Harry were the perfect team for detailing my 1956 Cadillac Sedan DeVille and readying it for an auction next week in Salem. Jeremy, an experienced body guy and painter, actually masked off emblems and stainless trim before power buffing. That is extraordinary--care beyond rare--and I guarantee you wont see anything like that elsewhere. Meanwhile Harry worked low-to-the-ground enabling precision detail of bumpers, grille, tire walls and low-slung chrome. When I looked at the car afterwards, when I looked at the showroom shine nearly blinding my eyes, a single word involuntarily jumped from my mouth. The word wasWow!

I brought in an old neglected truck that needed help. Kevin was honest with me about expectations. He knocked the moss off the truck and gave me back a vehicle that looked practically new! He is a perfectionist and it shows. I was a first time customer, but i will be sending him more business.
