Got two vehicles detailed and windows tinted they forgot to clean the sunroof and back window on car then the tint job was just horrible on both vehicles bubbles creases and looks like it was cut out by a kindergartner seriously. Also had a big starch in the back window and of course wasnt there fault. Would not recommend at all.

I purchased a new car and within 2 weeks took it to Recon Techs to get Tsunami 7.0 put on it. This is a wonderful product. Besides helping with UV Rays it also helps protect from rock chips. My car has been easy to clean all winter and looks so shiny and new, its amazing.We also had our 2006 mustang coated a few years ago (before they had Tsunami) and detailed. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.My wife had her vehicle detailed here and when she got it home there was a greasy film on the entire exterior of the vehicle that could not be simply wiped off. The windows inside and out had the same problem and I had to use denatured alcohol to clean them, regular glass cleaners would not work. Ive been a car guy my whole life, 68 years, so I have a good idea about what a detail job should be and this was not detailed. Listed here are things that should have been done;Wax the vehicleClean the door jamsClean the wheels to remove brake dustRemove bug spater from grill and hood.In short, you would be better off taking it to the residents of the mary bryant home for the blind and donating the money to them. You may even get a better job.

Frustrating, dont plan on an early drop off of you car. Especially if you have a high end German auto: Their key drop box slots are too small. You cant leave your keys: Couldnt keep my appointment this morning, wasted my and my wifes time: When I called Derek to tell him about the problem, he didnt seem to care to much....no apology... nothing...he said that they are working on the problem: Beware, your time means nothing to this detail shop.
