Showcase Barbershop is probably the best Barber shop I have ever been to, I have never felt so happy to finally have a good haircut.

Orlando is an amazing barber! His precision and attention to detail is like no other! His approachable demeanor and friendly personality puts you at ease and lets you know he will give you the cut your looking for with the confidence to match it!

Sincerely the best barbershop in Springfield, MA. Very friendly and welcoming staff. No bad words allowed or inappropriate music playing. The owner is a very up standing guy. You can feel theyre proud of their job and business. Jay is my personal barber and hes always available. Never have to wait more than an hour for a haircut. Overall awesome place!

Normally love this place, usually runs smoothly. Today there were 3 barbers working. I waited over an hour, normally I see Orlando but he was booked completely, so I wouldnt have minded seeing someone else, the third barber claims to have asked me if I wanted to get my haircut with him, but he didnt ask me directly. After that he cleaned up and left for the day. I left after that wasnt gonna wait any longer when both barbers they are lefthave appointments that will take hours. Not sure if Ill be back.

Waited for 2 hours on a list to be told there will be people in front of me that weren’t the list. Not only that then I was told it’s going to be a while so I said ok it was 5 I’ll come back in a hour my names on the list lol.... nope I come back to be told sorry we are closed like I wasn’t waiting in front him for 2 hours never again.

Walked in with my nephew, no greetings from anyone. After sitting down, we were told to sign in (the paper was never looked at.) We sat there for 45 min. An individual came in behind us and was seen before us. Granted he probably had an appointment but that should have been said. When the owner left, he said nothing to anyone that was waiting. I used to support Showcase often but not anymore. Took my nephew across the street to Golden Fingers. No wait and the barber was a lot nicer.

The worst experience i ever had. The barbers there are horrible. The first time I went the guy in the last chair push one side of my hairline higher then the other. I went a second time assuming it was that barber but nope. The second barber I went to has a chair in the middle and he absolutely butchered my hairline. The fade was weak. Then he had the audacity to have bad customer service. Save yourself a bad experience, haircut, and money; choose another barbershop!!!!!!!!!!
