Depends on which employee you interact with. #1 thing to know is that 24 hours is to the minute: ten minutes later is another $30 storage fee.Being distraught or upset with the situation can bring forth a very aggressive and insulting attitude from one of the workers I interacted with. The others were helpful and professional. $70 to even go look at the vehicle and recover personal items. Storage fees (and tow release from the police department if applicable) must be paid to release it to be taken anywhere.Final note, I dont blame them for doing their job, but the customer service/communication could use some work. That 24 hr count starts the minute they get it and dont tell you that you gotta be there before 24hrs to the minute (car in at 6pm, they close at 11, but you get there at 6:15 the day after its towed and youll pay the full $100).

So yesterday I totaled my van. I didn’t want to inconvenience a body shop with the tow company dumping my car on the body shop’s lot.I am EXTREMELY upset because I was trying to do the right thing in saving everyone money.BEWARE Oh Henry’s does not inform you they require documents other than your insurance card. They will NOT work with the insurance company on this issue either.Because I moved revelry and everything is still in boxes I had to go to the licensing office to get a new title or registration.It is UNPROFESSIONAL for me to not have been informed of this policy at the time my vehicle was towed away. If I would have had the vehicle towed anywhere else (even my home), I would not have to deal with this REDICULOUS add ons.
