This company is supposed to be towing illegally parked cars at the Thurston Townhomes and they dont do it. We literally cannot get into our parking lot half the time because people park in front of the entrance and exit even though there are spaces available. They also do not answer the phone or return calls so Im not even sure what makes them a business at this point.

This place is pathetic, hope they go out of business so nobody else has to deal with them. Would give them negative stars.

WONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND HAVE A FULL VOICEMAIL. How am I supposed to pick up my car if no body will answer the phone?

They came to us. We didnt go to them. Someone that works there noticed the tires on my car were the wrong size and mentioned they have some that would fit. Took it to their shop and they put it on the rack. They had a new mechanic at the shop and he dropped my car, on the rack, twice. This caused my car to lean on one side. When I called to ask about it two different people said, it sounds like it was dropped. Left the car with someone. They repaired the lean but said he didnt see anything that shows they might have caused it. This whole time I was waiting on these supposed tires. He promised he would get them to me. I paid for the parts and work done. I even paid extra for labor on the tires, up front, because he was supposed to have them the same week. I have texted with no prevail. Not only did they take my extra money for labor but Im still driving around town with the wrong tires on my car.

I called on Saturday. They only have one truck due to the pandemic and theyre not working weekends. It took several minutes to find a pencil (seriously), but I set up an appointment for Monday morning first thing. On Monday, my car still wasnt towed. I called them again. The elderly person that answers the phone admitted they forgot. They keep the appointments in a book.In short, unprofessional luddites.

The sign was camoflauged and said 190$ to tow. then when I called them they said it was $500 cash only

Items stolen from the trunk of totaled car We went to pick up the items that were in the trunk, from a day trip to the coast, a couple days after being released from the hospital. The trunk was empty! PLUS, the charges were outlandish. The office itself speaks volumes, their office building is falling apart. If you doubt this one star rating, just stop by their office and you will see that one star was being generous

I actually work there a little while back now the total drivers do do their job but if you do prefer to get a tow from them I recommend that you make sure that it gets towed to your house cuz if it gets towed to their place you aint getting it back in if you do get it back it wont be in the same condition

My Car ended up being towed an impounded after i left it at bar because of two flat tires. Went back the next day after work.Car was gone.I Called them up and steve was really cool about everything. He didnt charge me another day to get it out the next day. I was 20 bucks short and he let it slide. He also helped me change tires and let me borrow one til i can get to les schwabs. He could have made me wait til monday and charged me two more days and he didnt have to help at all with flat tires. Definitely appreciate it. Really cool guy. Would give 10 stars if i could. Thanks a lot steve and froggys towing! It Was my fault it got towed. And im just glad to have my jetta back. If anyone ever needs a tow. Definitely recommend these guys!👍

Had a classic car to move.. These guys are excellent!The phone calls were answered promptly, politely, and professionally. Called me back right away... Driver was skilled, polite, and professional.. Price was as quoted.I will use them again..

BELONGINGS STOLEN FROM TRUNK OF CAR.CHARGED EXTRA DAYS FOR HOLDING CAR DUE TO THEIR MISTAKEI just bought this car less than a month ago so I knew everything that I was going to go pick up from them...The car went straight from the accident to their lot so its pretty straight forward.I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and called to ask the lady about the situation. She was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. She never asked for my name, the date my car was there or pulled up any information to help out at all. This type of carelessness shows me that they dont look into situations which makes me believe their employees can do whatever they want.Finally, before this all happened and when I first called to get my car they said they didnt have my car and that lead me to calling everywhere and waiting a couple more days just to be told they Froggies did indeed have my car. When I called back, they laughed and said oops we put in the wrong info and changed the type of car. This mistake was costly, careless and unprofessional.I do believe in finding the good in every situation so I will say the first time I came to Froggies Towing one of the guys was very nice and kind to me and that was honestly my only good experience.

Worst place ever. Front office people were rude. They kept adding to the price on the same day.they couldnt remember the price they said so they kept adding. All they want is no way the dont care about the customers

Fast friendly. The staff was great to work with. They iimpounded my car and worked with me. But I went in with a positive attitude and didnt get mad when I didnt get my way.

I was lied to by the tow operator. My storage for two nights was double what they told me first on the phone, second by the tow driver. Also, base tow is twice their competitors. I only went with them because they were able to get to me the quickest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Excellent overall service. My car broke down just west of Eugene at a gas station and I gave Froggys a call the next day. I left the key in the car for them and they came exactly when they said they would, found my key, took the car to my mechanic and gave them the key. Not much more to say... I didnt need to be present and they were very professional. Charged me $70 via the phone and I had no problems. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing towing service around Eugene.

Accident happened, have tow coverage, they refused insurance card, demanded cash at accident site, refused visa card. Demanded only CASH, even though website claims they accept credit cards.@Tow Shack youll find it resembles a homeless shelter and smells like vomit, cigarettes and fast food.Company demands cash again, will not take insurance tow card, visa/mc.Be prepared to be taken, as they will jack up the price for another day storage when you leave lot to get CASH. Grab your tow slip before you go, also make certain they mark PAID Cash when you return.Never-ever would I recommend this one star business.Ever.

Absolutely awful. Demanding cash payment AFTER the fact my insurance have called them to released my vehicle to an auto body repair shop. Would never use their service ever again. Their storage lot is like a junk yard too.
