This is the second time I brought my vehicle to this dealership for service. The service writers /representatives were not very friendly. They never asked how they could help me not did the welcome me. They appeared that they were bothered that they had to handle your service request. When I picked up my vehicle from the cashier I was never advised where I could locate my vehicle nor did they have the keys fob. I walked around and handed my paperwork to the vehicle chaser who brings her vehicles upfront. He asked me for my key fob and I told him I didn’t have it. He sent me back to the cashier who didn’t have the key fob and then intern located the service writer who told me and her that the key fob was in the vehicle parked in front of the dealership. I thought I would give this dealership a second chance but after this type of service and treatment I will not return there. I should’ve gone to the dealership that has service my vehicle, Alexandria Toyota on route one. The service writers and employees are very friendly and outgoing and treat you with respect and a valuable customer I feel as though priority Toyota does not treat their customers well.
First time here... very impressed! Clean and spacious with plenty of comforts while you wait. Professional and friendly staff, too. Definitely will bring my Rav4 back for its next service here!
Dont just show up!! Make an appointment!! Makes everything so fast. Super quick if you pick the right day. They have a waiting room for you with a restroom. Bring drinks, food, and a cell phone charger. Or just drop off your car. They will call you when your car is ready. Great experience.
This dealership is well run, professional and friendly. They helped me with my appointment and kept me informed, both by text (what a cool system!) and by coming to find me inside the facility. They even have a quiet room where I worked while they worked on my car. The agency Chhay Hem was AWESOME!! Great place to have work done on my car!
The service department in general provides great service except the bad experience I had with the service associate named Mike Best. Mr. Best should not be an associate who should be in the customer service desk. His handling of a customer is far below the industry standard. Let him not ruin the reputation oifPriority Toyota Springfield dealers business.
Worst services I have received didn’t have engine or cabin air filter. service tech didn’t ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment to get the issue fix. Didn’t receive a multi point inspection as request which would inform me of what else needed to be worked on tech really couldn’t tell me anything about my car didn’t make me feel at ease. Highly doubtful that I will return for any services from priority Toyota of Springfield.
Charm was my sales rep, professional and did a great job listening to what new vehicle I was interested in. It was 105 degrees but she, without hesitation, was willing to walk me to see the vehicles I liked. Charm answered my questions and after I made my choice worked quickly with Haithem to get the offer done. They got me on my way so I could get back for a work meeting and allowed me to return Saturday to finish the paperwork. I returned Saturday with my two young daughters and Charm connected me with Sam in finance who even took the time to give my girls some toy cars to keep and play with. A real professional outfit, would recommend to anyone looking to buy or lease in the Toyota family. Thanks to all at Priority Toyota, truck number two and counting with Toyota!
I am truly appreciated with Priority Toyota ! Starting with salesperson AJ who was professional, honest and super helpful from the beginning to end! Also business manager Todd Carlson did an excellent Job very professional down to earth cool guy who did this thing! Made sure my car had the best coverage! Five star for sure ! And it is true they will take care of you! God bless y’all !
Nadir Ali thank you for the wonderful job you do. You keep me informed and take care of all my car inspections and car maintenance with world class professionalism. You make a huge difference at this Toyota dealership. You are a great asset and represent it well. Thank you so much for your kindness, compassion and over all customer service you provide to clients like me. Keep up the amazing work and see you at my next visit. 😀Att Manager, please give Nadir Ali a raise!!! He deserves that and much more. 👏
Basically they do a good job. I prefer to take my Toyota to a Toyota dealer, so they qualify. Probably more expensive than is reasonable but I think excessive labor charges are found everywhere. They get VERY busy, which can be a problem. Forget about getting a prompt response back from your Service person - I had to wait for 6 hours before she finally got back to me to answer my questions. However I did get a free loaner and they did finish on time.
I appreciate the service I get every time I go to priority Toyota at springfield. Everyone is so helpful, thank you!
Very easy to schedule service. Work completed within timeframe estimated. Everyone extremely friendly!
On time for maintenance. Courteous and professional customer service at its finest. Priority Toyota never disappoints.
Above and beyond service by Fabio Guzman and team. The repairs were also even done earlier than expected! Love this dealership.
Ive trusted Toyota priority Springfield all this time until today. I went for tire rotation, unfortunately they didnt do one side. When I went to ask about it, Mike Best show me the cameras and tried so hard to tell me they did it when literally I watched them not doing it. I noticed it because my front right rim is damage and when I came back the rim was on the same side. Please becareful when you take your car there and double check their work.
Poor communication. Spent the better part of a year trying to get recall work performed by them. They were constantly ordering the parts. Took the car in, they didnt have the parts again, then a couple of times the parts were delayed. Took 4 days for the work to be completed on what is listed as a 6 hour job. At no time was I called to be informed of any time changes. I dont even take my car to them for the free oil changes I was given for buying the car there. Last service advisor I had (who is no longer there) my car came back needing me to do work on; extremely poor attention to detail. Not worth the hassle and poor customer service. Would also never purchase a car from this dealer again.
I have my car serviced at priority since many years and was always completely satisfied with their service. I am thankful that they tell me which repairs need to be done immediately and what can be done later, especially for more expensive repairs. I will continue taking my car there and would buy a new car once mine gives up on me.
Paul Sonnhalter has been my service advisor for having routine maintenance performed on my vehicle. Paul is knowledge, courteous and always aware that my time is valuable. He keeps me aware of the status of my vehicle and makes sure my vehicle runs in tip top condition. Thank you Paul for a job well done!!
I scheduled the appointment for 7:00 AM. My appointment was for 10k mile maintenance and state inspection. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the technician that performs state inspections doesn’t arrive until 8:00 AM daily. If the website informed me that the inspection couldn’t possibly start until 8:00 AM, I likely would have selected a later start time for the service. I got my vehicle back from the service department after 9:30 (I spent over two and a half hours at the dealership for an oil change and state inspection). Add to it, when I got the vehicle back, it was not washed (that’s normally included with maintenance).
I bought my rav 4 here in 2018, new off the lot! The service here has been great. Today, I went in and worked with Chris. He has been so helpful from start to finish. I came in because something hit my sensor and it needed to be fixed. He welcomed me right away, identified what it could be and walked me through each step of the way. He was very professional, accommodating, and provided great customer service. Thank you, Chris!
Today I walked in in Priority dealership Springfield to explore the option of exchanging my old car. My experience was amazing. A young gentleman welcomed me at the door and asked me very politely how he can help me. I told him what I need l, he was a very good listener and he spent a lot of time searching for what I need and gave me very good options. I ended up exchanging my old Nissan with an amazing Mazda3’ the future car of my daughter. Thank you Ali Alhage for being a great salesman. I am sure Ali will have a bright future as a sales person.
Outstanding service!!! They listened and communicated very well regarding their findings! I was kept up to date on what was going on with my vehicle and they provided an estimate as I requested. I live 30 minutes away and have no problems driving to them for vehicle services! Customer service was beyond what I was expecting!
This was my first time visiting this dealer and I must admit I was pleased with the ability to book an appointment online, be greeted upon arrival, receive an estimate from the service person about the time I could expect to be there (it was within 5 minutes of her estimate), was promptly notified when the car was ready, sat in a spacious and neat lobby while waiting, and received the car as soon as the work was completed. I will most assuredly use this dealer’s service department again.
I am only giving this one star because zero stars is not an option. I was told that the service of an oil change was going to take an hour and a half which is an exceptional amount of time considering an oil change should take, at maximum, a half hour, considering I had an appointment. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and I agreed. At the 2 hour mark of waiting, I went to see what was taking my car so long. My service rep was socializing with 2 other reps and not working, and had no idea that my car was complete and waiting. I paid my bill and when I went out to get my car I noticed the car hadnt been washed. The rep asked me if I wanted to wait some more. I didnt have another 2 hours in my day to wait for my car to be washed. Every time I go to this service center for a simple oil change, I wait way more than I need to and there is always a complication. I have never gone here and gotten the needed service without some sort of drama involved.
I came in for an oil change, knowing I was 2k miles over and I was going to have to wait since I didnt have an appointment. Dwayne took care of getting me in, making sure I got what I came for but also what I needed - tire rotation (which came out less than quoted) and a recall repair. I knew I had an open recall but I had been told by another Toyota dealership that the part would have to be ordered. They had it on hand and took care of that for me too! I felt like I was in good hands.Speaking of... I noticed manicures on Wednesdays... ? 🤔 Might consider coming back on a certain day!The seating was spacious and comfortable. Amenities included vending machines and a coffee cafe type area which I really didnt visit so dont quote me but I know it was a large area and said Coffee. TV. Quiet Lounge with desks. Restrooms. I loved it!
Darryl did a great job taking care of my car, and is still helping as he looks into the claims process for the dent/ding repair warranty I purchased through Priority- to make sure I get everything they promised. I like how Priority does their very best to make customer service a true priority!
Dropped off the car in the morning around 9:30am and was told I would be getting notifications about the status via text, but never got any. After multiple texts asking for an update and then multiple calls later, the receptionist finally got a hold of the agent at around 4:20pm and was told my car was ready. Left to get the car and and when I got there they were closed. They close at 5pm. I got no courtesy reminder about them closing early on Saturdays when I called and was told it was ready. I live 45 mins away so wasted an hour and a half driving out there and back. Had to wait till Monday morning to pick up my car since they are closed on Sundays. My husband and I got into work a few hours late because of it.
Nice looking well presented dealership. Similarly to a resort. They where one of the few in the DMV that actually had the 2021 Toyota sienna XLE plus package that I wanted. Kirk was awesome to work with Todd from financing was cool to. Ali the manager was a nice guy. They just dont budge on pricing, as a customer I want to walk away feeling like i got the BEST deal. I would recommend this dealer but just be warned they dont budge on pricing.
Just a little bit of delay in the start getting in due to a car blocking their mid part of the door to check in but not too long. Love Anthony V. You can trust he will do all the things you ask n finished within the time period given and just because of the storm n one of the pm car drivers (valet) called in per driver so got slight delay on my pick up so I got slight delay on my next appt at 6 as the storm still ongoing. Despite all of the above, I can say these was the best experience I had ever had with them so far 99.5-100% . Would love to request said above service man again for all future dealings.
I had to come from Florida to Virginia for a funeral. I was about 500 miles away from being at 10,000 on my oil change. I had no time before traveling to get that done before I left due to Memorial Day weekend (thanks to all the fallen Veterans and all Veterans). So I called them after the funeral to get my car serviced before traveling back to Florida. It was great, they had a spot for me and did a great job on my 20,000 mile mark warranty maintenance. My oil was changed and I was relieved, and sure that my car would make it back to Florida. My Camry got me back to Florida with no problems at all...I would like to thank Toyota and the team that serviced my Camry. I recommend them if you live in the area, and if I am ever in that area again and need maintenance, I going to call them to get me right. I can’t thank you enough and I appreciate you handling my general maintenance in a timely manner.
The location is very clean and friendly. My advisor was very clear about costs and the time it would take to perform the service. I feel like the prices were fair and they didnt try to scam me into some unnecessary repair like dealers often do.My only complaint is that I was never given a multipoint inspection summary like I usually get at a dealership. Since I didnt get the sheet, part of me feels like they didnt even check my entire vehicle over, which isnt a great feeling. Maybe they just forgot to include the sheet?
Service is always good primarily because of my Advisor Dana. However their valet system to retrieve the cars needs attention. Twelve people standing outside for cars with service completed and a shortage of valet personnel while inside many employees just standing around talking. My advisor rounded them up and in quick order we got our cars. Thank you Dana!
Jason is amazing and was really great!! My only upset was my driver side window was left down by the technician and because of that, my entire driver side was drenched, from the rug to the seat! I asked someone in the service bay to please wipe the water down from the inside of my car for which they did but my dress still get wet all because of the incompetence of that technician.
Easy to book an appointment online. Got an appointment within the next couple days. My service agent Nadir Abu was great. He communicated well and shared details about the service. He called and updated me often on the status. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because Toyota can’t seem to tell me what warranty I have. Even though I purchased in another state (military family that moves a lot!) I presumed all my warranty and oil change deals would carry over and show in the system. There are things I have been charged for and I don’t feel that we all have a clear understanding what’s already covered in the warranty I purchased. I was told at a previous appointment to contact the dealership I bought it from. Well that person isn’t calling me back either. So that’s what gives me frustration with Toyota at this point. Otherwise the service this time was professional and courteous and they performed everything I asked them.
Darryl was awesome to work with! Also, like always, the Toyota technicians did a great job working on my truck! Love this place and how friendly everyone is! Thanks!
I have worked with Dana Pablo for 2 years and she is amazing! She has treated me with love and care every time I come in for service. Best Toyota service I have received since having my vehicle 7 years.
Ok veryy good thankyou all
Not a big fan of going to the dealer but Dana is always polite and courteous whenever I go. If I ever need anything I just always go to Dana. If there are coupons I dont know of shell always apply apply and help me Dave money. Word of advice...dont go before a super busy weekend where everyone is traveling and wants to get work on their car done. Yikes.
This was the third time that scheduling online didnt work as expected. I gave plenty of chances to get this right. I scheduled service online. I selected Shuttle as an option since I needed a ride from and to the dealer once work was completed. First I didnt get a call to let me know that my vehicle had been serviced. I called 3 times trying to get a hold of my service rep with no luck. Finally I spoke with another rep and I told him to leave my paperwork at the cashiers for me to pickup. When I arrived the paperwork wasnt at the cashiers and I was directed to the service rep. I picked up my bill, paid it and proceeded to speak with a supervisor. I mentioned the 3 times that I had to endure issues with their online scheduling. I was given the excuse that a new system was placed 6 months ago, unfortunately this problem had been going on for 18 months already and that excuse had no foundation. To make matters worse I discover that the driver side had oil smudges that showed the lack of care for other peoples property. I believe that customer service goes a long way. Hopefully Priority Toyota will improve their customer service and service in general only time will tell and I will return soon for a State Inspection next month. We shall see if they improve then...
Requested an oil change and tire rotation. Only received an oil change. Melissa was great, but I have to go through the service process all over again to get my tires rotated. 😞
Chhay Hem was my service advisor at Priority Springfield and he was extremely helpful. He answered my questions and provided advice. He kept me informed and was very helpful and pleasant. I drive 40 miles to this dealership because of the quality service they provide. Highly recommend.
Had a key reprogrammed here. It was a little busy and too a while, but no real complaints. Mike best took care of me and accepted a competitor coupon. Havent bought a car here, but have used their service with no issues.
Priority Toyota exhibited professionalism AT ITS BEST! Every team member from outside to inside of the building exhibited professionalism, courtesy, kindness, PRIORITY, etc. I normally take my car to be serviced at a personal/main chain mechanic shop due to high dealership prices. However, due to the exceptional customer service from all of the team members (even the ones who weren’t directly servicing me) I will definitely be back!
Chai is a professional. Always ready to welcome you back, with a smile and ready to listen to your needs.Chai will always come and update you while you are waiting. He will even ask you if you want a trophy to the Springfield Mall while you for your car. He will arrange for the Priority Toyota Shuttle to take you in and out.He always says thank you. Great customer service and appreciate him.
Today I had an oil change, took only 2 hours. The service agent was Marvin. After the service my car was parked in front of the dealer. The plastic was still hanging in my car and the paper floor coverings. I had to remove them and dispose of them myself. What kind of service is that?
Great service. Organized drop off and pick up process. Used the shuttle service - much appreciated. Professional. Great customer service.
Exceptional service, supported me in advance, during, and after the tire replacement and alignment. Price exactly as quoted, timely communication, and an excellent staff. Thank you!
Luckily it was only one day to install the remote start equipment in my Corolla. Unfortunately, Toyota does not provide you with a brochure with specs, features and directions on how to use it. I know the work is subbed out, but for $570 you would think some sort of slick sheet would be provided. 🤷♂️ I had to ask around to get the info. In any case, the car can now be turned on and off remotely. 🙂👍
Always grateful to the service department at Priority Toyota Springfield, they keep me on the road!
Went to get the safety recall for the fuel pump on my 4runner. They didnt reconnect the gas tank and I went to fill up and fuel went every where. Seriously? Almost burned down the gas station horrible service! Then I called and they hung up on me.Update - Fabio (service manager) was an immediate help, sent a tow truck and had my 4runner patched up in the same day - and filled up my tank for me. They made up for their mistake, though it doesnt say much for the mechanic that he didnt check his work. All that said, the service manager I worked with was great.
2nd time Ive taken one of our cars there and the wait times are ridiculous. I dropped my car off for a routine first maintenance and oil change, was quoted one hour to one and half hours, it ended up being two and half hours. Same thing happened with our other car.Facility is nice and they have a nice coffee bar, but they really need to work on their timing.
Very professional. Dana is the best customer service provider.
I used my road side assistance and tire warranty. I had a flat tire. Made a service appointment designating drivers side rear tire (left side) needed replacing. The right side rear tire was replaced instead. Spoke to manager and she stated to bring car back and they would fix it. Realized they replaced wrong tire. So left tire was replaced. They also offered full detailing ($350 value). So kept my vehicle for two days and offered a rental. Went to pick up my car. The foot areas had been vacuumed. The car was not detailed. Now was asked to bring back the car a third time in order to do the detailed cleaning! Just fed up with this Priority Springfield location!
State inspection. The advisor, Nadir Ali, was excellent and the wait time was great. Pulling up to service area was unorganized. I had to get out to ask what is next. No one talked. The advisory area was chaotic! You had to just jump in when you could. The four stars are because of the advisor and wait time. I appreciate the advisor!!
The team was great. I had to leave town for a family emergency and they pushed my service through as fast as possible. I cant say how much I appreciate the fast and reliable service. I was able to make it to my destination before midnight.
I generally never write reviews but I am so disappointed with their service I thought this needs to be told. They were supposed to provide pick-up and drop service for a Recall and general maintenance. I requested for a shuttle for me to be dropped back home after I handed over my car to the service agent . They made me wait for 2 hours in the show room but not shuttle service arrived even after repeatedly checking with the service agent. The recall and maintenance work was finished in about 3 hours. I was ready to leave but I realized that the wash and servicing which was supposed to be performed together was not done. So I went back to the Agent and Then I was asked to wait for another hour so they could complete rest of the work. In total they made me wait for 4 and half hours for nothing. Very unprofessional staffs, no respect for clients time. Totally disappointed with this dealer and their service.
Dwayne McClain is number #1We get excellent customer service every time we bring our Toyota for service. He is most courteous & professional.
Paul has been my maintenance man for years and I trust him.. John was helpful today, per Paul’s reference.
Super job of diagnostics for the dreaded “non-specific intermittent rattle of unknown origin.” Determined the nature within minutes (rusted out and barely attached catalytic converter heat shield) and repaired in a timely fashions. Fears of a massive engine repair were immediately quelled. Very professional approach and staff.
The service was exceptional. Nadir was very helpful as usual. I enjoy coming here to service my car!
This place is always on time and gets the work done quickly. If you do have to wait, there is a huge waiting area with everything you need. Even an office area so you can “work from home”.
I came into the dealership knowing that I needed a vehicle and unsure of which to get. My car salesman Diego Arriaza was super helpful. He helped me decide on which car to get and helped me stay within my price range. I had gotten a terrible interest rate from my bank and Diego reassured me and made the process less stressful. I ended up applying through the dealership and was approved at lower rate than my bank!I’m definitely coming back for my next car. ASK FOR DIEGO HE IS AMAZING. He will make sure to find you the perfect fit!!
The Team at this dealership was professional and took very good care of my car. They got the car washed also, and another pair standing outside went and found my missing magnet and brought it to me. I’m a happy customer and will always come back.
Toyota’s employees are very professional & respectful but the prices are very high for maintenance but the service is awesome… I’m a Toyota customer for Life & will always buy a Toyota- thank you for your great customer service… My helper was Dana Pablo-Ros…
I made an 0715 appointment and was finished by 1000. Fabio was great, very helpful. My only comment was the waiting area felt like a mix of the DMV and the ER waiting room. Crowded and not a lot of options to charge your computer while you wait. Everything in the waiting area felt, dingy and the chair were uncomfortable. Also, I’m not the biggest fan of how crowded the area was, I was wondering how they manage to sell any cars with everyone from service spilling into their show room. I also, got the lovely experience of witnessing/ participating in the sells floor daily meeting… that’s how cramped it is. The place is gigantic so it’s hard to believe they need more space. Maybe a second level where all the service customers can go wait, out of the shows room.
I have always have great service for my Toyota here! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always get it back cleaner than how I left it too!!
I had the worst experience twice with their service department. Today I had waited almost 6 HOURS just to get my cars safety inspection and emission test done. Their workers didnt help on providing and explaination to why my car was taking so long. horrible service I couldve gotten this done cheaper and quicker at my local gas station. Please dont use this dealership.
I do not drive a lot of miles but the manufacturer maintenance guide calls for the oil to be changed annually. Upon arrival of my appointment time, they asked me how many miles I had on the car. I got a lot of attitude and pushback on changing it under the priorities for life agreement. I had to calmly explain that is has been over a year since it was done (at the same dealership) and they could easily pull the records to confirm. Then I was told I had over $500 in maintenance items that needed to be done, the vast majority of which is just a visual check or not mandated by the manufacturer. I politely declined and was told that I would be voiding the priority lifetime engine coverage by doing so. Scare tactics aside, I acknowledged that I would be forgoing that dealer benefit. Just under 3 hours later (which seems excessive) they had honored their agreement by changing the oil and completing the VA safety inspection. In the paperwork provided upon competition they had a new recommendation for AWD maintenance ($200) which is a complete scam. Hybrids do not have a traditional AWD system, they have an electronic motor in the rear with no mechanical linkage to the front. Very dishonest place that hopes you are uneducated about your car.
On September 8, I check in my vehicle at 7:45 am for tire pressure sensor, Svc Mgr said need diagnostics test, it took more one hour and half to wait, and said need to replace tires sensor and reprogram it, cost approximately $400.00 and mention that it will take two hours and labor cost $150.00 an hour, as far as I know to change one tire sensor less than one hour, and part cost $ 60. I feel that they charge me too much, there’s no way to find out,
The service was on time and quick. Daryl Deavers was so professional and nice. Great job.
“I brought in a 1992 Celica GT-Four (the Japan Domestic Market version of the rare AllTrac), with an old R-12 air conditioning system that was not blowing cold.I dropped it off the evening before my appointment. Chris N. was friendly. When I asked him if he knew what he was looking at when we went out to look at it, he did in fact know what he was looking at. He took good notes and let me check the service request to be sure.Anthony Vargas, the assistant service manager, sent me a text the next morning when it got checked in and told me hed update me. I told him I hoped that everything went well--after all, with a 29 year old ac system anything could be the matter. He reassured me, and then called me that same afternoon--the system was sealed, converted to R-134a, and recharged.I asked him if he could have the shocks and struts checked--the ride seemed awfully harsh on our terrible roads compared to the truck I normally drive—and he said hed have the master tech cast a glance at them. He called me shortly after and told me that they were in good shape, and said that that roughness is normal for the Celica, being as it is so low.I was driving home, and a gentleman pulled up next to me. He rolled down the window and pointed at the Celica, and gave a thumbs up with a look like he was asking if it was okay. I rolled the window down and he asked Does the air conditioning work? I said Yeah, I just got it fixed! He said Great, Im the guy who worked on it! Small world. The air conditioning blows cold, and its stayed cold for the past week. Im happy. They didn’t bat an eye at my 29 year old rare Toyota. Ill definitely be going back.”
I was just in for a state safety inspection. Because I bought the car at Priority, the inspection was free. They also gave me a courtesy car wash!
Easy in and easy out. Always professional, and they do good work. Anthony Vargas is great as a service rep. Very helpful always.
This was my first experience at Priority Toyota in Springfield, VA. I needed an inspection, tire rotation and a multi-point inspection. They were very professional and on-time. I will certainly be going back for all my maintenance needs. I highly recommend them! My only recommendation is please get real coffee for the waiting room. 😃
In reviewing businesses, I always separate people from system so that the staff don’t get blamed for systems issues. However, this is a purely individual performance review of Mr. Chayee (sp?). He was my agent today (8/16) for a 13;00 appointment. He was incredibly rude on my first contact, I arrived 6 minutes prior to my appointment, patiently waited in the line, but when approached him for check in, he was incredibly dismissive, didn’t even make eye contact, rushed me and said it would take 2:15 hours for an oil change and safety inspection. When I came to pick up the car, I was tossed between the check out counter and his desk three times.. he finally found the paperwork, checked me out. I asked for a report and if anything in the car needed attention, he said this is all I have, he was also annoyed and told me that you do your other repairs somewhere else, I said no sir, I do minor work myself. Got to the car only to notice that the glove compartment is dislodged and hanging on the floor!! I bought my car here, but never going back for any kind of business, will tell every single person I know to avoid this place if you care for your dignity and self esteem…
Zero professionalism, no customer service and they dont care for your business. You will get a thousand excuses for their mistakes, and then get yelled at by the Customer Relations Manager Suzan Danfora if you voice your concerns. She will be quick to belittle you and blame you for all the mistakes. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service department!
Oil change was done in a timely manner, and Melissa my service advisor was outstanding and very professional.
Manager lady was extremely rude. She needs to have more patience speaking with customers. She needs to be nicer. I hope someone does something about her behavior
Always professional, always taking the extra step helping! Nadir Ali is the gentleman that helps my wife and me as well. I would like to add that he is awesome. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you sir!
30,000 mile service, friendly and attentive staff, great facilities for customers waiting for their car.
Always a pleasure doing service here. Dwayne is a true professional and very knowledgeable.
Great job by Fabio. He kept me informed and advised me on what to do with my repair situation. He even offered me a payment plan. The shuttle service and car wash are niceties. Keep them!
It took quite awhile for a salesperson to say something to me, though there were a number of them hanging around looking at their phones. Guess they dont realize that women have money and may want to purchase a car. Be careful if you consider going there, they have put a bigger premium on their car sticker prices (market adjustment ) for the chip shortage then I saw at other dealerships that I visited in the past couple of days.
Nawal did a great job of planning & communicating my service which included a safety recall. He gave me options & information & supported my choices of service. All objectives met.
Great customer service from start to finish. I have always had a Toyota and will continue buying and using Toyota services.
The service person that we are always assigned to (Chhay) always seems to be irritated, even though we are just there for a simple oil change. He was eating his breakfast the last time I arrived and never bothered to get up and ask his colleague to help me and instead just continued eating while I stood there, all while looking right at me. When he called to provide an update on my car he told me “you need brakes, I told you that last time”. He told my husband, not me and his tone was inappropriate. I thought we were pretty easy clients since we just go in for oil changes but apparently he is irritated with us.
Friendly and professional advisor, fast service. Love these guys.
It was less than professional or pleasant. I tried calling the service department manager but the call was dropped. The service rep first was late to my appointment the other reps tried to help. A got a call the following day with the diagnostic that was done and had cupped tires and a broken abs cable. The rep could not tell me any details how it could have happened, provided nothing. I was already in for the diagnostic so had the service done there. When I went to pick up the care I asked if the rest of the car was checked and was told no. I can’t understand that because I’d something caused the abs to break wouldn’t you check everything else. For $135/hour labor you think they would. Don’t worry priority Toyota we won’t be coming back.
We love Priority Toyota. Dwayne McClain always takes care of us and looks out for us. He hallways as a welcoming smile and calm demeanor.
Greeted well, Mrs Paige was very detailed of what will happen with your car service. She was very professional and knows what she is doing. The only thing when getting my car back after getting a detail wash for $62, my car had water spots, back window not clean well and truck not clean.
This business just want to charge more money from customers
Jason was my car specialist. He was very nice. However, they did not turn off the maintenance warning light which was odd because I got the complete check up package and alignment. Jason called to let me know my car was ready. I got there around 6pm. Paid and picked up my car. I rode out the service area and noticed the maintenance light was still on and they had not turned it off. I was very disappointed because it took an hour to get it fixed.
Jason Baker provided outstanding service and support. He is an exceptional service advisor.
I travel all the way from Wasgington, DC because of the customer service. They are prompt, attentive, courteous and professional. They do not waste time and deliver what they promise. It is a dealership so it is extensive. But if you have a new car it behooves you to do the first 100k services to retain the high Toyota resale value. I called and attempted walk-in appointments this weekend all the way up to Fredrick, MD and no one wanted to bend their back. 1 call to priority and I had service in half hour. They are large so they can service more. Great waiting area with snacks and you can view new Toyotas. I depend on my car to earn and they respect my time. I will return.
I go to priority Toyota of Springfield because I purchased my car there and they have priorities for life. However, every single time I’ve used their service for oil changes or maintenance something is screwed up. Either they never let me know my car is ready or our appointment time is screwed up. I once sat there for four hours for an oil change because they lost my car. Today after getting an inspection I got in the car and clearly the windows had been left down during a rainstorm leaving the interior soaked. When I leave one number for them to call me back out when my car is done they send a text to a different number when I change it in the system then I don’t get anything at all. I like my car I like Toyota and if it wasn’t for the free priorities I would never deal with this dealership again because their service is awful and continues to amaze me every time we go but they can screw something else up.It’s literally every time.I think they try to jam so many cars through their service center they lose track of the small stuff. But that small stuff adds up when it’s one or two small things screwed up every single time for years now.
I also needed a cracked rear taillight which needed input from Toyota. Weeks after there was no information. I finally called and, of course, Toyota would not pay for the mysterious crack. I asked that the part me ordered. Weeks later I had to call again to be told it had been there for two weeks. I realize you have a lot of clients, but service like this will force me to rethink where I buy my next car.
Dana (service advisor) had been very helpful. Thank you. Service was performed with no surprises and cost was as expected.
My experience today at Springfield Priority Toyota as it has been in the past. Outstanding. The service team member Channtah is always so professional, nice and helpful. I may have spelled his name wrong but it should be in the system the service team member who assist me today. I specifically like going to him. Thank you.
I had an appt scheduled for 7:15am…I did not get out of there until 11:30am. I did not know that the technicians were not going to arrive until 8am to address my issue (illuminated tire pressure indicator). The issue was fixed…but my entire morning was wasted.
