Our grandsons Toyota matrix needed a new clutch. His car was not drivable when it went in for repair work. Scotts got us in within a few days and replaced the clutch at a very reasonable price. Car drives like new and so much better than the last clutch repair done four years ago. Will continue to support this shop in the future for any repairs needed while in Springfield.

Its hard to find a honest, fair price, good communication, most important they know what they are doing mechanic. This is the place that has done that for several years for me. Highly recommend!!!!

Yes I know more about cars than the average person, but he’s always treated me and my girlfriend right and has always followed through. He’s quick, cheap and to the point. He offers great price and gets the job done right. Even if he doesn’t get it right the first time, he will make sure it’s right if you take it back in. Best mechanic in town and highly recommend.

Scott was there early at 7:30 am before I went to work (a major plus) and there until 5 pm for me to pick the car up. He finished the job the same day I gave it to him. The car runs fabulous now, even at 201,000 miles. I highly recommend Scott and his team of professionals. Although his work is higher priced, he gets it done timely and well.

I was quoted $530ish for a full break pad replacement and replacement of the front rotors. My car had been shaking badly after breaking from 40mph or higher. Scott not only did the work quickly, the final bill was $100 less than the quote I was given! I will be using Scott from now on. Even his quote was nearly half what firestone or other big name mechanics wanted to charge, the final bill WAS half. He is reliable, trustworthy, and skilled. I cannot recommend enough!

Amazing, honest service.I had been having issues with the throttle body on my car. The car also had not had a good full service in a while. My father in law had mentioned that he thought a bearing was bad, and that I also needed my transmission serviced.I dropped my car off to Scott’s with two requests: look at the throttle body, and just give the car a good look and see what you find.Sure enough, Scott’s saw the throttle body issue and informed me of a recall on the part that is under warranty, and also identified the bearing and transmission issues. Hard to question their honesty when it matched perfectly with what I was told to get checked.The service was also fast and convenient.Highly recommended

Scott and his team give me quality service each visit and offer suggestions to help save me money. I have a 1999 Cadillac Deville that they replaced an alternator over a year ago...works great. I have a Cadillac Escalade they replaced a airbag sensor weeks ago...works great...feeling safe....great service. They are now replacing a coil and doing a tune-up on the 1999 Deville. Must try them out. They can save you money while giving you quality workmanship.

This place was supposed to fix a heating problem on my car. It was fine for a couple days then started smoking again so I went back and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Great service, couldnt ask for any better. they worked in my truck, fixed the problem and was right on with the price quoted. Take it to Scotts you cant be beat .

The waiting area was great. Service was ok, polite but like I was rushed when talking. The inspection and head light switch cost me $40. An inspection is $15. So I was displeased with that.

Nice guys for sure and worked with me on payments. Not to mention they were very quick but........Im not sure they completely fixed my car. The check engine and service vehicle soon lights were on and my radio stations were still programed so they obviously didnt unhook the battrry to reset those.
