Somebody stole my catalytic converter. Sheldons replaced it with an aftermarket for $300. Others told me it would be 900-1900 to replace. Only took a few minutes to do. Very happy.

Honest and kind! I was referred to Sheldon’s by another mechanic that told me I needed a new catalytic converter. My car was making an awful noise and progressively getting worse. Sheldon’s worked me into their schedule. Turns out, the noise was from the screws on my heat shield being loose. Sheldon’s tightened the screws and sent me on my way. They kindly refused payment for their time. How refreshing to experience kindness and honesty. Thank you, Sheldon’s!

I had a great experience with this shop from the beginning. Even From the first phone call they were so kind and understanding. They gave me an honest opinion and were timely in their service. I had my muffler and catalytic converter stolen off of my car and as a graduate student I thought that this would be financially devastating. Sheldons worked with me the entire time, they kept me updated, answered or quickly returned all of my phone calls, sympathized with my situation and helped me however they could. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Dropped my car off before work for an exhaust leak and when I showed up after work nothing was figured out and I was told “we pulled it in, I heard it leaking a little bit and looked at it, but we couldn’t find anything so we pulled it out and moved on”... Not to mention everytime I stopped by I had to wait in the lobby for 10+ minutes!! Was a total waste of time and I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE

I replaced the header on my jeep 4.0 but needed a different connection to the down pipe. Sheldons did a custom piece, tied in perfect and also put a new O2 bung. Welds were great, fitment and flange was perfect. I asked that it be done right rather than inexpensive... It was done right AND inexpensive! Sheldons will have all of my exhaust business in the future!

As soon as it was my turn they had my truck in and out super quick. Only thing that I would wish for would be if they would takr appointments instead of first come first served.

These guys did not lead me along when I had my truck towed in in the middle of the night. Then had changed one part they saw was an issue and directed me to another shop that fix the main issue with no more problems. I would recommend them 5/5Edit: I called them after a failed appointment with another business and was told to bring in my truck and drop it off 2 business days later in the morning as they work on a first come first serve basis. At that time they contacted me little after 12 with the the issue and told me I could go pick up the part I wanted to replace it, which by my standards allows for a ease of mind knowing the parts are being changed out and allows you to choose what you are willing to pay. They were able to finish the job the next day and even informed me of a faulty issue that happened at another shop. I highly recommend them 5/5

Very reasonable and great work. Been there multiple times for jobs ranging from a simple weld to a new exhaust system. Far better option than going to a big name (big price) shop. These guys do professional work and wont rip you off.

Justin was very helpful and very nice! He gave me a fair quote to get my exhaust work done and even said that if i wanted to buy the mufflers and catalytic converters somewhere else he would put them on for me still there for a lot cheaper. Most places wont do this, they want you to buy the parts from them or they wont put them on, I would highly recommend Sheldons to anyone looking for a good, fair deal. I will be getting the work done very soon! Please note: Justin did say that if you buy the cstalytic converters somewhere else and want Sheldons to install them, they have to be new catalytic converters and they cannot be hollowed out.

They did wonderful work on my VW today! I brought in a muffler and had them replace mine. They really helped me figure out exactly the best situation for the exhaust to sit. Much cheaper then I expected.When the job was done and they started my car it awoke a little boy in me that was so happy to hear it. I love it and will forever take my exhaust work here. Looking to purchase and engine soon and saw them working a Porsche so I’d say they’re mechanical hands are great as well!

Highly recommend them for muffler work. I had them put a new muffler on my truck was in and out less that 45min truck sounds great. Price was very reasonable. Cheaper than some of the bigger shops. If I ever need muffler work done again I would definitely come back to this location. Everyone was friendly and told me what would sound best for the money and I think they hit the nail rite on the head.

These guys allow you to buy ur own parts and they do the repair. Love you guys. If its not right they will make it right.

I was really stressing about an exhaust issue with my vehicle that prevented me from passing the vehicle state inspection to renew my license tags. I anticipated $100s of dollars and having to be without my car...but visited Sheldons and $50 and 30 min later my car was fixed! I brought my 76 Ford pickup in to have the exhaust completely overhauled as it was leaking in several places and some of the old pipe was rusty.The guys up there did a great job! They fixed all of the leaks and everything looked very neat and tidy. They even charged me less than what they originally quoted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing exhaust work done!

It was the first shop that was willing to help me out with my muffler on a short notice. For being a female they did not try to scam me at anyway. The guys were very nice and down talked all the issues that I had going on. Even talk to me about another problem to fix it for another day and quoted me a price and it was the cheapest one in town. I called before arriving and they recommend I come in right away. Ive been setting here for 45 minutes watching them walk back and forth. And NOT one person has acknowledged me. Not a hi, how are you. Nothing! I feel very uncomfortable and unwanted here. Maybe its because Im African American. It couldnt be because they are busy because two guys are standing here smoking a cigarette as though its more important than their customer. Im leaving.

Got in and Sheldon greeted me and I just explained what I needed done and he got it on a lift and told me what his plan was and made sure that it was what I wanted to have done and got to work immediately. Got it done fast and it was very fairly priced.

Holy cow. These guys were such a pleasure to deal with that I actually hope to have more exhaust problems in the future! Called in and was told no need to make an appointment—just show up. They took my car in as soon as I got there, put it up on the lift, and told me they could fix it with a new piece of pipe for 40 bucks. I don’t even think it was 15 minutes before I was back on the road, and my car was so quiet after starting it up that I had to look at the tachometer to make sure it was still running. Best service I’ve ever received from anyone in the automotive industry, and I certainly couldn’t ask for better prices or more honesty. I understand why my friend recommended them, and I’m glad she did. Superb!

Ive got an old truck that periodically needs work of one sort or the next. Ive had the usual run around from about every other place in town. A buddy suggested Sheldons, and I couldnt be happier. They are pretty good on time and dont try to sell you more than you need. Id recommend giving them a call first if possible to make sure they arent booked up, but I wouldnt say its a must. Seriously, give them a try.

I needed 4 brake pads put on my car. I pre bought them at an auto part store and they sold me the wrong ones. Sheldons guys exchanged them and had my car ready to drive. They totally took car of me and my car. Excellent service.
