Elite Auto Body took a horrible experience and made it easy- from insurance details to giving me a ride to work so I didnt have to ride the bus! So personable, and professional. Great detail. You cannot tell the difference from my new front end and the rest of the car! It blends in completely with the rest! They made suggestions to make my rental car experience easier as well. I took my 1999 Eddie Bauer Explorer to Elite Auto Body on wednesday to have my headlights adjusted and turned out they were to worn to adjust. So i bought 2 new headlights and Elite put them in and WOW !!! what a difference. Jim and everyone there were very helpful and i will be going back there. No more yellow headlights !!! I went for a ride tonight to check them out and it was snowing like crazy but i could see with no problems. Thanx again Jim and Elite auto Body.

I have a warranty on my tires and have a flat. I call and explain that I have a claim number for the warranty and they refused service. Said I had to pay in full ay they dont do any claims. Very rude about it too.
