Absolutely horrible service. Stopped by to grab an item from my vehicle and found my entire engine laid out on the floor. I casually asked how it was going and the reply from 2 mechanics was were not sure how to fix it yet...wow. Almost a week later I got my vehicle back, and had to go to another shop to fix it, as apparently the inept mechanics couldnt quite get all the information on how to fix it from YouTube. Super high bill for lousy service. Id totally avoid this joke.

Ridiculously high prices on service AND oddly, they found extra things to fix, and fixed them prior to checking with me. Wish there were negative stars on this one.

Their website state’s LET US BE YOUR AUTO/TRUCK/RV DEALERSHIP ALTERNATIVE, they are not!! Based off their website description and the proximity to my stranded RV, I had my Class ‘A’ motorhome towed to their shop on a Sunday when we broke down on our way home from a camping trip. They quoted my transmission replacement at $6000 for a remanufactured transmission from GM with a 1 year warranty. I got alternate quote from a GM dealership to compare, they quoted the work at $3700 for the same GM transmission and a 3 year warranty, nationwide. Then to top things off the owner would not “release” my RV until I paid a $300 “diagnostic fee” for bolting the drive shaft back up from the tow and driving it a mile down the road, to confirm that it would not shift out of 2nd like I had said. For the way I was treated and their extremely high rates, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.
