Kevin and the mechanics at Master Auto Care are the best Ive found in the area. Theyre honest, proficient and communicate with you in detail. The pricing is fair and I have no doubts theyll stand behind their work. I like to do small jobs myself, but go here if something is bigger than I can handle or if time doesnt allow me the luxury of doing it myself. I have gone to them multiple times and have sent others there all with positive experiences. Recently I took my truck there and I didnt get the work done from them because the transmission needed to be rebuilt and there are specialty shops for that. Kevin kindly and patiently worked with me to allow for a smooth transfer of the truck to the other shop, he certainly could have washed his hands of it but did not. Really shows he cares about his customers and his relationships!

I have a 2016 Honda pilot with more than 150k miles. Recently I had an oil change at a Honda dealer and received 4 pages of recommendations with some red colored immediate attention including timing belt change, PCV valve adjustment (of course i have no idea what that is😅), transmission and differential fluid replacement. The estimation was around $5400🤔. I knew it was over-priced and some unnecessary things were included. So I took it to Kevin and we went over the list of the recommedationand. He gave me honest reviews and said he would check the conditions on some parts when he work on. It is the peace of mind to know what I really need to do and have done correctly. Actually he worked on most items from the list except PCV thing and charged $1,786. the dealers estimation for the same work was $4300. $1786 vs $4300🤑🤑. And he showed me the boxes of the OEM parts he used. Honest and fair pricing🤩😍😘Thats why I made a trip to Springfield even though I live in Chantilly.

Great mechanics shop, I was recommended by a friend here, I needed break pads, break disc rotors replaced. I was surprised by the price they offered on parts/labor. I was quoted much more by dealerships and other known mechanic shops in the area.The owner Kevin seemed nice, communicated with me via text. Along with other reviews, the word honest came up a lot, that word comes along way nowadays in the mechanics business.

I have taken my Toyota Camry and Toyota Sienna to Master Auto Care for repair. Kevin is very responsive and his price is very reasonable. It is between 1/3 to 1/2 cheaper than the dealer. I like that his shop looks clean and his mechanics are in uniform. The only downside is his shop is a bit far from my house. I highly recommend Master Auto Care for your automotive service.

Some people were eating lunch in the office while I waited and they welcomed me to join them and have hot lemon tea and fried chicken.And then the owner came in and told me my car was fine and didnt any of the ($800 worth) of service I told him it needed. All he sold me was an oil change.I will never go to another mechanic again.

I always go to this place for an oil change and the owner lets me know about the lifetime warranties I had on certain car part so I can go to the Honda dealer to get it replaced for free.He does the best work for the best price and knows the optimal performance/price. This is a good place. Twice i had to take my car in on a pretty short notice, once to replace the clutch, and once to replace the CV axle. I brought my own parts both times, so I can only speak for the installation. Both time the work was done quickly and within the quoted price, which was cheaper than the quotes I got from other places.

Kevin performs excellent service. He went above and beyond to repair my 2002 Ford F-150 truck. It wouldnt pass emissions and he did whatever it took to make sure it passed. He is very fair with his pricing as well and only did what was required. I will not hesitate to send Kevin my other car repair needs in the future.

Ok. This is my first review of this Auto care shop. I must say, out of the two times that I have went here, I can only say that I was extremely satisfied. Allow me to explain why. Kevin, who is the owner of Master Auto Care, is very reasonable with his pricing and him and his team do quality work. My first stop was for a radiator replacement (Hyundai Elantra) at which was quoted $200 dollars lower than any other shop. Second time was even better, quoted me signinificantly lower and worked with my on pricing for my wheel bearing and caliper replacement (01 Vr6 Jetta). He also re-aligned my bumper, and re-filled my antifreeze with out me asking him to do it. Kevin was very genuine and honest. If I could give this place 6 stars I would in a heartbeat. It deserves to stand out from the rest in the area! You wont be dissapointed.
