I have auto and renters insurance with this agency for several years. So far (fingers crossed), I have not needed to make a claim. I have changed cars twice and they made the process easy and painless. Just a phone call. I get updates about new products now and then and they check in when its renewal time. That really is just about the perfect balance. I never feel pressured to buy products I am not interested in and I like that I get a personal call to see if my needs have changed at renewal time. So, I am happy with the coverage and the service is exactly adequate. That really is an excellent combination.

Very nice people. However their drivewise app is intrusive and difficult to use. Also, their online service is not very convenient.

The people who works here are amazing!!! Wendy, she is who I go for every time I have question or a problem with my insurance. They make you very comfortable and they walk you step by step if you dont understand the question/problems. The best thing is that they come with open arms. They dont b.s. like other insurance places. They help you with youre payments and get you on the right track. Best car insurance people helper ever!! Two thumps up from me!!
