After 10 years of being insured thru Mark Clippard and Statefarm (with zero claims or accidents) I was dropped from my renters policy after making a claim to cover my belongings after my truck was broken into. One time use only insurance apparently! This agency made zero attempt to make this situation right. Overall do not recommend this agency.

I called to get renters insurance added on to our current car insurance and it was such a pleasant experience. Who knew getting insurance could be pleasant? lol The man I talked to on the phone (Mark Clippard maybe?) was sooo nice and helpful. The new place that were moving to requires insurance and he e-mailed the policy to them so I wouldnt have to take it there. That saved me so much trouble! And I dont know much about insurance but he explained it so even I could understand it. He figured everything out for me so I didnt have to use my brain too much! Moving is stressful enough, thank you State Farm for making my day a lot less stressful!
