We havent had to use our insurance yet, but they raised our rates anyway. My husband called them and they reduced the increase. If he hadnt called, the error would have stayed in place. And did I mention, there was no notice of an increase coming. Typical.

After being with this agent for a few years, we were asked to come in for an insurance review. During this insurance review, we were blindsided by the agent inviting a life insurance agent in to chat with us. We know this is important, but this caught us off guard and made us feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say, we are no longer with this agent.

NO...I would NOT recommend Teresa Zucchini McClish. Had insurance with American family for 40 years. She jacked the prices up until we absolutely couldnt afford her. Went down the road and saved$1800.00 with a flick of a pin....If she does not control the rates: How come they offer to lower the rates when we went in to cancel our policies?

American Family insurance screwed me over!!!! Not this agent’s fault I had a different agent at the time of being screwed over! American family switched my agent without permission. I was in a car wreck that was not my fault and the other party who was at fault also had American family. I ended up having to pay $3000 on a totaled car because American family didn’t want to assist me in any way! I will never use American family ever again and I will never recommend American family to anyone ever!!!!!!!!
