This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with - they are rude, and not at all friendly. It is difficult to even get through to talk with someone and ask a question which they do not answer - they have a pay me and shut up attitude - Not sure if it is the company or just this agent -- but I really feel like it is this particular agent - so if you like Allstate insurance find a nice, friendly, helpful agent - and THIS IS NOT A NICE, FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL AGENT - THIS IS A PAY ME AND SHUT UP AGENT!

My experience with Shawn Miller has been great. He is always available to answer questions. I have had to add and remove different vehicles. This has been easy. He was able to bundle our house and vehicle insurance to save us money.

I am very happy with Mr. Miller and he is always a pleasure to talk to and with his prior 20 years military experience I feel like I am in good hands.
