They were so friendly and so helpful with my tires when I went in. They will be the only people I will go to from now on. They were so honest too. They had ordered my tires and when they thought they were in. They werent!! Yet still they helped me get a different tire on one side. I work for the post office and definitely needed that one replaced. Cause I had left this morning and it was flat. Thanks guys you were all so awesome!!

I have been using Hollingsworth Tire as my go to auto service shop for years now. They are always friendly, helpful, and honest. They are usually pretty busy but try their best to get you in and out as quick as they can.

I’ve been frequenting Firestone for years. Today, I went for a visit to fix a flat on my Mazda. The folks at Firestone had 0 customer service or urgency and tried (right as I walked in the door) to short me on service and upsell me on something I didn’t need- plus they quoted me hours for the service. I called over to Hollingsworth, they said they could take it immediately. They grabbed the tire the second I walked in the door, took it straight back, fixed it without any upselling or haggling and put it on my vehicle in a matter of minutes. It might look like a unassuming local mechanic shop- but they’re serving 5 star service and giving those big guys a run for their money...literally. Thanks.

They did a super job with my 4-wheel alignment on my Saturn Ion. I was thinking I was going to have to pay big bucks to get my power steering repaired, but after the alignment the power steering works great!

They are very nice people and they help all they can to get you back on the road and at a great price. Highly recommended them.

So come in today for a simple alignment I already work two jobs and barely scrape by as it is and had to miss two hours of work. 30 mins into it they snap a bolt and I am now made responsible for. They go and get a couple bolts to just hold it all together while they order a part that is going to take almost a week to come in. My alignment right now is totally horrible and steering wheel is completely crooked 2 hours go by I get told no work could get done I have to pay for the cost of the broken bolt some labor to fix it and then cost of the alignment. My mind is absolutely blown I have to wear out my tires for a week. Absolutely devastating and furious

I have brought my car to Hollingsworth for a number of services in the past, including new tires and oil changes. Their services has always been prompt, inexpensive, and quality. Most recently, I filled up my tire with air at a gas station, the air nozzle on my tire knocked off with air bursting out of my tire, and I was able to screw the cap (barely) back on and drove straight to Hollingsworth. Within 15 mins they had it fixed and charged me only for the part ($8). I was barely late for work. Its like bringing your car to family.

I came here for an oil change and 100,000 mile tune up for a toyota Corolla. They changed me $51.80 for spark plugs and an hour worth of labor ($75.20) for a 15 min job (to change the spark plugs). The oil change was only $31. Sales tax was 9.75% and overall they took me for 174.45. They SHOULD have changed my coolant (which was on the board at around $99 and my air filter. Thats what I thought I was getting for this price. Not an oil change and 4 spark plugs that I could have bought and replaced myself for less than $20. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN OIL CHANGE. If you do then make sure to ask them exactly what they are doing and charging you for.

My car broke down while doing some work in town. After 600 dollars in work I drove the car less than 100 feet and notices it was still making the same sound. I Immediately returned my car to have a tech then tell me I was basically making it up. I drove another 2 miles to then have to car completely break down. When I returned my vehicle obviously upset this time one of there tech decided to get in a verbal argument with me tell g me that I need to change my attitude.I do t know what people expect in a auto repair man but this place is far from it.
