The guy that owns the place is astounding! He got the rats nest of wires under the dash cleaned up and organized. That was way over and above the service expected. Great guy, great service, and with a 😃 smile. I bet the owners are gonna love not kicking wires anymore. Thanks!

Horrible my father missed surgery and I lost my job because this third party company who runs software etc. treated me worse then I’ve ever been treated by any business period. The manager Travis and Heidi must get off on messing with peoples lives or enjoy being aholes I was hung up on, I was put on hold for long periods of time without contacting or getting transferred to anyone. They IID has a “clock time issue” which is at no fault of mine and state law in Oregon requires the vehicle to be there when they service the device. ADS wants me to tow the car. I have no $ to tow it. Horrible company makes millions and just milks people for more money.
