Amazing company, owner, maintenace everything! I had very few issues while living here and anytime I did have an issue maintenance was on it. Everyone I met involved with this company was nothing but a positive experience. If you are looking for a loft check these out. You wont find a better built and maintained loft downtown.

I am a current tenant and have been generally pleased during my time here. The only issue Ive had problems with is consistency with the internet, however the new company they’ve switched to seems to have faster service, and have been really good about addressing issues. Other pros have been easy access tenant portal for paying rent, making maintenance requests, and viewing property information. I also have really appreciated the privacy and respect for my schedule by maintenance and management. I work overnights so not having people barge in during the daytime is important and they have been very accommodating with my schedule when I’ve needed any maintenance help.

Very helpful management team, they take care of any issues quickly. Multiple properties, so as my housing needs have changed I have been able to move with them each time, which has been hassle free! 10/10 will always recommend!

I have been a resident of College Station Lofts for 3 years. Dealing with the management team has been a great experience. Quick, polite and responsive. The buildings are solid, Quite and vertically dust free.

Great place. Super quiet. Close to everything downtown.

This is an excellent place to live. Great people to rent from and very safe. Would live there again if transferred bsck.
