Well-maintained, beautiful Apartments with good amount of room for being multiple floors. I know several people that live there and they have had an overall great experience!

Called looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in January. I spoke with Leslie the Property Manager and set up an appointment for 11/12/19 at 11. I showed up and she took me to a very nice 1 bedroom in Cornerstone. She was very helpful! I am looking forward to working with her in the near future. I would highly recommend Leslie and Cornerstone Apartments!

A low income housing complex

My girlfriend and I are moving to Denver and just signed a lease with Cornerstone. We were in Denver for two days to see apartments and we were introduced to Bri and Natalie. They both showed us around to different apartments. I have to say our experience was great, they knew exactly what we wanted and found it very quickly. The apartments are great as well, perfect for anyone planning a move to Denver.

The landlady has ignored my calls texts and written notes for almost two months. This started when she promised to reimburse me for a night at a motel when there was an electrical fire at the apartment building...

I have had a great experience so far with cornerstone apartments being my first apartment . if interested in finding a place ask to speak with leslie . She helped me get into a nice unit and was very pleaseant and profesional during my transition from columbus to springfield . Thanks for all that you do.

Property manager misses appointments, doesnt answer calls and it is VERY inconvenient. Rent is high and quality is LOW.

Nasty apt. Complex I wouldnt let animals live in such degrading environment
