Great sanitary conditions and wonderful staff.

I was there for 1st time 11 days ago. Nail tech cut three fingers with nail file, I requested round nails, she filled the corners round. Two nails came off, one had mold under it. With tip $70.00 wasted. I wont be returning. Very disappointed.

Love it! Friendly staff. Love that they have a menu of services you can circle what you want. Tons of colors to choose from in regular, gel, and dip powder. Prices are fair. They appreciate being paid or at least tipped in cash.

This will be the only place I go to from this point on for acrylic nails. So professional, so clean, amazing staff. As soon as I walked in the door the gentlemen was right there asking me what I needed. I had no appointment but needed them done ASAP. And they made sure I got in so quickly. My nails look great and I am so happy. Thank you for your service! I will definitely be back!!

I went in on Monday to have a dip service done. I usually go somewhere else but I have to make an appt and didnt have the time to wait. They did good but literally that night my one nail just from bumping it shattered. They were wonderful about repairing it the next day at no charge. Then today again same thing. I barely bumped my thumb and a big chunk flew off now I have a chunk out of my dip polish. Im so disappointed in the quality of product as I have been getting dip for YEARS and never had an issue.

Just wanted nail polish removed and wasnt going to be charged. I insisted on at least giving a tip! I had red polish and 2 coats of glitter on my toes, so it wasnt easy.

Had my first visit here for a gel manicure. The second I walked in the person greeting me was so friendly. The gentleman doing my nails was phenomenal. He was extremely precise and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. The salon was very clean and organized as well. I will be back, I highly recommend.

I went to LUSH to try a new place because the person I use to see at another place left. I got in same day which is why I chose this location as well as they had decent reviews. I got an acrylic fill in and a gel polish change. The first time they turned out horrible. They were bubbly, bulky, uneven, and the polish was not done well. It was darker in some areas than others, there was polish on multiple skin areas and the clear or color polish didn’t even fully cover the nail. It was splotchy and not good. I normally don’t go back and complain but I didn’t get anything close to what I paid for. I called back and they said to come in to have them fixed for free. Awesome! So I went in, they had me see the same person and they are not much better. They are not covered fully with clear coat, there are spots where you can see the raw matte color. She didn’t do anything to fix the uneven acrylic. Then to top it off, she took off the color and didn’t have me clean my hands before applying polish so there are some nails that feel gritty. This is so close to my house and I was hoping for the best but I will not be back. They were very kind people but the quality wasn’t great.

I was just there on Wednesday evening for dip manicure. ...2 days later my nails are cracking and chipping off. So disappointed.

We went on Monday during lunch, we didnt have to wait at all. Staff is friendly and its clean. It was my girls first time going and they really enjoyed it. We will be back.

I have been to this salon multiple times. Steve did the best pedicure Ive ever had! I believe Anne is new to the salon, but she gave me the worst pedicure I could have had. She did not pay attention to detail on my nails, skin around my nails, or my nail color application. Anne made my nails jagged and I had to ask her to refile them because they were so crooked. She applied the color to my nails but then told me to let my color set before she applied my top coat 10 minutes later. Her nails were also too long to do anything because she got nail polish all over her gloves and the nail color does not go over my entire nails. I really liked my visits other than the one with Anne, but I will 100% be making an appointment next time with someone else.

Bella was amazing to say the least! Pretty clean nail salon. Compared to the many Ive been in, in my life, probably 3-4 dozen. Ive never had a person do as good of job as she did. VERY HAPPY! I got my pink and white redone and they look like a new set!

Best pedicure I’ve ever had

It depends on your technician the quality you will receive- I personally Love Destiny! She does an amazing job! Every time I’ve gotten my nails done, I get so many compliments. So glad I found her and figured out who to make my appointments with 💅🏻

I decided to try LUSH after reading several positive reviews online. I made an appointment here, but it didnt seem to matter. I still had to wait several minutes for my manicure and pedicure. The nail technician who did my pedicure and manicure didnt seem to know what they were doing. I requested the LUSH pedicure and it appeared they didnt know what to do with the hot stones for the hot stone massage. They also didnt use the foot file on my heels. Ultimately, the nail polish on my toenails looked fine when they got done. Next, I requested a dip manicure. This is the part I was pleased with. The manicure lasted a very long time and looked great. The spa is in a very convenient location, appeared clean, and was a relaxing atmosphere. Being offered a glass of wine or beverage while youre soaking is a nice perk. The other nail technicians appeared to be knowledgeable and other customers seemed to be having a good experience, so maybe my experience was an isolated incident.

This was our first time in and wont be back. My granddaughter wanted her nails done as a Christmas present. We were the first ones there and the last to be seated. The receptionist was wonderful helping her decide what she wanted to do. When she was finally seated one stylist was going to start then directed to go to another client. Unfortunately my granddaughter got the owner,manager as her stylist. She was hurried and to busy with directing to be concerned about what a little girl wanted done. Her nails were not done the way we asked and she had 2 file burns or cuts on 2 fingers. Wouldnt recommend this salon and would give less than a one star if I could.

I literally just had my nails done with my daughter. Honestly I couldn’t be more happier. I don’t even know where to start! Stuff Super friendly, beautiful and clean place. Large selection of colors.They did an amazing job. They even have complementary drinks and snacks. This is definitely my new favorite spot.

I had a great experience here with Destiny! She does amazing nails and is so friendly and fun! I would definitely recommend coming here. They also have free wine! Nothing better than pedicures and a nice glass of wine!

Im not much for reviewing places - but here I go. My first visit I walked in - no appt. One of the male staff members setup my table and wrapped my nails to remove gel polish. I waited for some time before Olivia sat down - - let me say she was wonderful. She was patient, answered questions, offered suggestions...etc. My nails looked great and I will be returning - thanks Olivia for a great first impression.

My experiences here have been generally positive. There seems to be a great deal of variance between technicians, though. Its best to find someone you like who does what you need and does it well and stick with them. It can get very busy, so appointments are a good idea. Their prices just increased a lot on April 1, 2019, so check prices before you go.

Do not go to Ivy. I came in to get acrylics because I had gotten a gift certificate for my birthday. I asked to have my nails left semi-long & they were cut to the length of my normal nails which aren’t long at all. Ivy left nail polish all around the edges of my nails. My 3 year old could have probably painted better. Also, a top coat wasn’t even added. I was going to ask for the edges of my nails to be cleaned up but she left the store and didn’t return until 15 mins after, by that time I just decided to leave. Thankfully, it was just a gift certificate used but I will not be returning to Ivy & wasting my own money. I can’t remember the names but I’ve had other nail techs do fantastic!! I’ll be sure to ask for anyone else next time. If there was a way to insert pictures I would share how horribly my nails were painted. Not to mention, my nails are uneven, tips were put on that were clearly too big for my nails and she literally filed my skin half the time. I’m overall very displeased. Lastly, I used a gift certificate to pay. After the price she told me (and me being nice and still giving a tip,) I should have had money left on the gift certificate. She didn’t give me any of my remaining balance. I won’t be using it anyways because I refuse to come back to her but that’s still not very professional in my opinion. If someone has a remaining balance, it should be returned to them.

I got a manicure and my 4 year old wanted her fingers and toes polished. Front desk guys was not very welcoming and the man who did or nails was not friendly. He seemed annoyed to have to paint my daughters nails. He didnt file them at all.My daughters nails were messed up before we left, the Polish was too thick and just globbed on. I felt like we were such an inconvenience to him. He couldnt even bother to make conversation or put a top coat on my daughters nails. I now have to go home and do her nails because she is so upset and how messed up they are. This was probably the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had.

I have never left a negative review, but I’m pretty unhappy with my service. Nails were not shaped straight or even. I had to file one jagged nail when I got to my car and another one when I got home. The polish on my nails is bumpy and has bubbles. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Very sloppily done. I did ask for a few things to be fixed a few times before I left...and they were, but once I got away from the salon and looked closer, I was very unhappy. The technician barely spoke to me and the language barrier made things awkward for me.I work hard for my money and wish I would not have paid for this service.

Expert service and relaxed environment.

Love the salon! Got my mani/pedi. The next day my nails were chipped on 3 fingers. I make an appt. I go back . The owner was 30 min late she was not even there. She was nice enough and redid my nails. 1 chipped already. 3 coats of gel guess wasn’t enough. So talked to another client there and she warned me the owner does a horrible job. She was right! I hate to say that but my toenails look bad too. Love the location, music and the salon. But.... the owner does a bad job!!

This was my third manicure at Lush. Last time I was told that since I was just in three or four weeks before it would be cheaper since they just had a nail color change. I assumed the same would be true this time since I had just been in about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I was charged for a full manicure.This was not discussed with me ahead of time and I will never go back here again.

I had a full set of coffin shaped gel nails put on and within 24 hours went to a different establishment for a brand new set. Lush had given me 3 different shapes between my 10 fingers the base of the nail was ridiculous Les mis shapen and thick. The staff was pleasant but I was very unhappy with the service.

I went there last Sunday and on Monday a nail already was lifting off. I get dipped nails so they last at least three weeks. I went back in to fix and they glued it because the person who did my nails was not there which in my opinion is poor service. Today is Thursday and two more lifted up and off. I would NOT recommend this place as they did not even last 5 days without coming off.

Wei is the best at acrylics! They also serve you free wine or pop while you are there. The wine is delicious. Very clean place and friendly,funny staff. Been coming to Wei for a long time now. He is great and always puts the customer before himself.

(First time getting my nails done) This place was amazing. The people were so friendly and funny and make conversation with you from the moment you walk in the door. They were very helpful, considering I had no clue what I was doing. I got gel acrylics done and I couldnt be happier. They look amazing and genuinely flawless. I was very pleased with my experience, in fact this is what has convinced me to start getting my nails done. 👍🏿

A little pricier then your average, however, you get what you pay for. Always happy with my nails when i leave. The people are very friendly. And, you are able to enjoy an adult beverage.

Went in for a spa day with my daughter we both had a gel mani and full pedicure and had a fantastic experience. They were polite, attentive and did a wonderful job. The glass of wine with my pampering also didnt hurt. Thank you for the wonderful afternoon. We will see you again in a couple weeks.

Terrible management - the woman co-owner is rude and disrespectful to both clients and staff, my nail tech in particular. I would NEVER go to #LushNailSpa Springboro again and certainly would never recommend anyone else go while its under its current management.My nail artist, #MykelLynn, is amazingly awesome, I just started going to her in October/November and will be her client for life! I will go back to her as soon as she finds another shop to work out of or opens her own nail spa.

My friend suggested I go here because I was looking for a new nail place. The staff is amazing and the environment was very relaxing. Definitely will be back!

So over this place! Always needing my nails to be fixed and redone and the owners wife is so rude and is so awful at doing nails. Finding a new nail salon for sure. Not happy anymore with their service, people and so many other things!

I feel completely ripped off!!! My normal nail tech was out of town and I made the mistake of trying this nail salon out.. BIG MISTAKE.. before setting an appointment I asked for the price of an acrylic fill and was told 38 dollars (which is what I normally pay) .. the nail tech worked on my nails and told me she will fill them down a bit and fix my pinky.. when I walked up to pay I was told it was 50 dollars and some change.. when I asked why?!?!? I was told that the tech filled with pink powder (which I didn’t ask for) and she charged me for filling them down and a bunch of other nonsense!!!Seriously 50 dollars for a fill!!! I might as well gotten a new full set!!! Rip off!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Really not sure what was going on with the tech I had today. I paid for the middle priced pedicure and he did not include all the services .He spent a total of 30 minutes on pedicure .I have seen mechanics use less force.This is far from the first time I have been here.For $47 + it was a total disappoint.(not to mention I felt alot of pain and yelled out when he was digging in the sides of my nails)

No, just no. My nails one week later just speak for themselves. My nails were rushed, the tip I left was pocketed by another nail tech, & I had two cuts on my cuticles that were swollen several days afterwards.I’m an Esthetician so I know the sanitation requirements in Ohio for spas and I can promise you they aren’t being upheld here. I saw no barbicide being used to sterilize files or tools, my tech pulled out an ENTIRE BOX filled with heavily used files and used one on me. Someone can easily get an infection or fungus coming here.I recommend going to a spa where sanitation is a number one priority like Woodhouse Day Spa. I will never return to LUSH nail spa.

I was so hopeful based on the reviews but I was so wrong. First I basically had to convince them that my nails were natural and not acrylics. They nail tech did not take of all of the old SNS and just built on top of it. She destroyed my cuticles with the drill. My nails are bumpy and uneven, there are streaks, scratches and dust under the top coat, and she didn’t do the sparkle top like I had asked. She said she would have to take the top layer off to add the sparkle and that it would cost additional and how about we just ‘do it next time’ instead. I left very disappointed with my nails. I would not recommended this nail salon to anyone.

I got a gel manicure and classic pedicure today and Christy did a wonderful job. Superb attention to detail.

I came in Friday night with a friend for a gel mani-pedi. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my toes turned out fabulous and Loenn did a phenomenal job! However my nails, I am furious. I pay close to $50 for a gel mani, and they chipped within 24-hours. I don’t work with my hands often, and NEVER have I had help polish chip like that. Aside from the chipping they were poorly done, completely uneven, didn’t cover my the sides of my nails. I am sadly disappointed, after reading so many good reviews, that LUSH did not live up to the expectations.

My favorite place to go for nails. My regular mani lasts a week and that NEVER happens! Such a fabulous addition to Boro!

Wey did an amazing job and really fast, I have had acrylics all my life and I didnt spend a whole life in there like other nail salons, place is very clean and the employees are super nice, I recommend it!

Staff was very nice but i just got an infected toenail because of the salon. Please be careful as to not have the same thing happen to you.
