Me and my friend came into this salon for 2 sets of acrylics. They overcharged me by 10 dollars and one of the workers took the paper you write the tip on and I’m guessing she’s going to give herself whatever she wants. It took forever for me to get seen multiple people came in as I was sitting at one of the nail stations while soaking my nails and they got seen before me it took an HOUR or more to be seen ridiculous. They took costumers they knew first it should be first come first serve period. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT COME HERE I’m very upset and will never return to this location.

Just moved here to the area and Men did my nails and they look amazing and he was great. Def recommend this place everyone seem to have a good vibe and I found my new place!

Technician seemed disinterested. Manicure lasted only 2 days. Pedicure is good.

Very disappointed. Men nail tech admitted to a mistake on ONE nail that he made,said and I quote I see the mistake here yet told me there was nothing he could do about it. And I spent almost $40 for a fill in, and nail replacement and REGULAR POLISH, PLUS A $10 tip, and he said he couldnt do anything for me? Last trip here.

I’ve been going here for years and pay well over $100 for both me and my daughter EVERY TIME I come and they treated me like scum since they opened back up. I use to pride them on customer service but absolutely not. If u want good service great shaped nails and a hard working well deserving nail tech go to l.u.s.h. Nails. They are amazing

I had the best experience at this nail salon! Jenna, the manager did a great job! She took her time and made sure my nails looked perfect. The entire staff is fun and welcoming and they all speak near perfect English which is great when it comes to trying to understand what they ask you and trying to tell them what you want. The place is very nice looking and clean. I was very impressed and this is the best nail salon I have ever been too!

Tristan always does a great job. I highly recommend her. However I went in to get one nail fixed and waited for an hour an a half. Finally someone helped me and it was the owner. She claims shes been doing nails for 20 years which is great for her but that doesnt excuse that the absolutely jacked up my nail. Its crooked, the acrylic all over my finger, and the color isnt even the same as the rest. When I pointed out to her that is was crooked all she said was well I can just cut it off and you can wait for Tristan. (After I had waited an hour and a half.) Ive never had any problems with this place before but this just has me livid. So if you go in I definitely would go to someone who knows what they are doing based on skill not the amount of time theyve been doing it. Also when I called back after the fact and told her what was wrong she hung up on me.

The Dip is so beautiful and does not hurt my nails! The pedicure with massage is wonderful and has helped heal and protect my toe nails that were damaged in surgery. They look beautiful. This is by far the best nail salon I have found over the years. I highly recommend these artistic professionals.You wil be very pleased. They adapt to my crazy schedule too.

I had a terrible experience. I had a pedicure on the weekend and within 4 days the polish on one of my toe nails fell off. I went back to have one toe fixed and they were extremely rule! I asked 2 people for help finding the correct color. They refused to help and were very rude. Then they proceeded to help everyone else with full pedicures and manicures and ignored me. One girl who worked there chased after a baby the whole time and then finally waited on others, and ignored me. I walked out. Ridiculous!

They did an excellent job, I don’t trust any other place with my nails. Did exactly what I wanted and made sure it was what I wanted as they went. They are not rude at all!!

My wife brought our daughters in for a fun night and were treated so rude and made to feel like they were bothering them the whole time. My wife has gone here for years and after this experience, will never go back.

Honestly I never write reviews and rarely even read them, but being new to the area I felt I would maybe help others not waste their time. I read a lot of bad reviews about this place but wanted to give it the benefit of doubt. (Plus it’s really close to me) I get my nails done every couple weeks and have for years! I have lived all over US and even overseas in England. So, I have came across many many salons. I have never been somewhere they are so unprofessional and rude EVER!! Not to mention their work is something I could have done better myself! I tried twice thinking maybe first day I went was bad day for them (we all have them) and tried one more time. No greeting when you come in, employees talking about taking “things” and partying not caring who hears and just all around rude. It was an awkward 30 mins I waited while they did my nails and only spoke to each other. I will gladly drive 30 mins to other place and pay more for a better job and welcoming service.

Made an appointment, 4 days in advance to walk into them being over booked and then claiming I didnt have an appointment. They put me in a seat to only take another customer and sit directly behind me and start working on them. I got up and left. They never apologized, communicated they were going to work us in, nothing. Staff was very rude and unprofessional.

Ive been going here for years to get my nails done and the past 3 times Ive went in I have sat for over an hour watching at least 7 girls walk in the door after me and took them back instantly. I understand people make appointments but you shouldnt make people wait for an inexcusable amount of time and never acknowledged them what so ever. So i have got up and left all three times. I will not be going back. Considering i spend well over $100 each trip for my toes and nails. Highly disappointed with the professionalism and the staff employeed.

Ive been using Polish for my nail needs for over 10 years and have never been disappointed in the service and friendly atmosphere.

Got my first pedicure here today. Wonderful nail techs that care about doing a great job with very likable personalities. Would reccomend!

Horrible! Came yesterday to get an eye brow wax, and the tech rushed through it. She charged me $14 and one of my eye brows is bigger than the other. By time I went to ask her to fix it she was already with a mother client. She didnt even ask me did I think they looked ok. I Called and told them they made one of my eye brows bigger than the other. They told me there was nothing they could do but make them smaller. Ive been to plenty of nail shops and they have no problem with fixing just one not to me chino they are a lot cheaper than polish. Never going back

I havent been here for a while because I no longer work near by, but I wish it wasnt so far from me now. I loved Polish and the people that worked there. They always did a good job and good prices.

Id rather go to Wal-Mart instead of Polish. The persons that did my nails was rude. I wanted to get my options and info on anything new. She rattled off a bunch of stuff and I still dont know what she said. I finally decided to get what I normally get acrylic. Well youd think I poed in her Cheerios. I was told to pick out a polish. Well, the polish selection was so high on the wall I couldnt reach the top two shelves. Im 69, 4 10 and cannot stand up straight due to six back surgeries. But, she didnt offer to help me. I wanted my nails nice for Christmas. I asked her to put two thin white diagonal stripes with gold in between. Guess what, she did it vertical with a wide gold stripe. Regrettably, I didnt say your doing it wrong as I was already upset and didnt want to make a scene. I paid and left. Never going back again. Wal-Mart is a few dollars cheaper but are friendly, they will help you decide what type of nails you want, the color polish, etc, with a smile. Their polish was within reach. Im never going back and if someone asks me about them Im giving them a big thumbs down. 👎

Too bad there is not a rating to lower than 1 star. I asked for French Manicure acrylic overlay full set. They sat me down with a woman who kept asking if I had tips or wanted tips. She began breaking off the previously done acrylic with sharp curticle clippers. It was very painful on the first finger. The next finger she gouged our the center of my nail bed which was bleeding. I jerked and said it hurt. She began to gouge out another piece & injure me again. This was not a bleeding cuticle. It was the center of my nail bed. I told her to please stop. I said I have time to wait to soak in acetone or for the acrylic to be removed in another way. She covered my bleeding nail bed with a clear substance and then put my fingers in acetone. She passed me to a male nail tech. I asked him why she was breaking & gouging off the acrylic and injuring me. A blond lady who worked there rudely said to me that this way of removing acrylic was good. She was antagonistic & had no clue how gouged my nail bed was. I was very nervous at this point and asked the man who was working on my nails if maybe I should leave? He smiled & said yes I should leave. He the sanded my nails slightly. While he did this I said I don’t complain easily. My nail bed hurts. Please tell your associate to mind her own business. She started yelling oh please. He told me to go. I walked to the back of the store & washed the acetone off my hands. My nails were a mess with a disarray of acetone soaked & sanded and bleeding. The employees of the salon watched hatefully as I left the store. I was helped immediately at another more professional Springboro salon. No one there could believe the condition of my nails, the gouged bleeding nail bed, or the horrible way I was treated. Don’t set foot in polish. I am told the owner could care less about customer service & certainly this is evident in the staff. What a hateful place.
