This is an awesome neighborhood pool store. I was having problems with a valve and sensor on my pool equipment and the owner of this store walked me through the repair process step by step and saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this place.

Just bought a house with a pool, I am a newbie. I found Splashn Pool online because I want to support small businesses. I have been satisfied with the advise and service they have given so far. My Polaris 280 sweeper was not working so I took it in and in 10 minutes it was fixed, just an internal pressure hose came loose. The did not even charge me for the service. They could have simple said it was junk and sold me a new $600 sweeper but they we honest and fixed my problem for nothing. Just called them to service my pool heater that keeps coming on for no reason. I will update when that service is complete.

Had the Jandy variable speed pump that I wanted at a great price. Easy to miss driving by, but a really nice place.

Has no idea how to maintain a pool. Came to the store asking for help desperately. Owner John came out to my house and gave me complimentary pool 101 immediately. Very honest, patient, knowledgable. Had modern machine that yields pool water analysis immediately for free for customers. Glad to know that their business is growing and there is this wonderful pool store in the neighborhood!

Our pool remodel project was completed as well as could be. Work was done right, on time, on budget, and with no hassle whatsoever. John is a real pro and a nice guy on top of it all. We highly recommend them.
