The property manager here thinks your life is a joke she is not helpful to residents, nor does she care to be! The people who own these apartments had to pick her. She is simply a reflection of them.

I would first like to start off by saying that the community is very inclusive. I could always tell what was going on in everybody’s lives and homes. Some might say this is borderline invasive, but I think it really added to the community feeling. The entire neighborhood is really inviting. For example, Scary Gary, the neighborhood convict (by the way those allegations were completely bogus) would talk to every kid in the neighborhood, especially when they were unaccompanied by adults, which just goes to show that he was a real friendly guy. He even gave us candy one night and invited us in his apartment. I personally don’t think that he was guilty but apparently the judge disagreed. I also had a few spiritual encounters while there. One day, as me and my cousin were riding around the neighborhood on our bikes, we saw what appeared to be Jesus walking around in the nude. That sighting genuinely changed me as a person. The neighborhood is also very close to an elementary school, which is good because all of the residents, including Gary (who didn’t have kids but that’s not important) had easy and quick access to the school (I would just like to say again that I think he was wrongly convicted). The walk to school was always my favorite part of the day, because it was during the morning rush when the street between the apartment complex and the school was really busy so me and the neighborhood kids would play Frogger and try not to get hit (RIP Thomas). The complex was also just a street away from a strip of stores that included The Candy House and Super K and also that one place behind all the stores that wouldn’t tell us what they sold. Another positive aspect was the noises. Many residents leave their doors open and blast really loud music, so it’s like a community dance party all the time. The sound of the police sirens at night really made you feel safe, and the strange screaming noises after midnight really helped me fall asleep. There’s also many opportunities to meet new people as residents are constantly moving out of the apartments due to the criminal activity. All in all, I would give this place a 8.5382 out of 9 because of the family friendly atmosphere and the good times I had there before I was arrested.

I have lived on this property for almost 7 years. It started great but with all the changes of management, this place has really gone down in the dumps. I had a fire in my ceiling in the main bathroom and it still has not been repaired. The damages from hurricane Harvey have still not been repaired. There are roaches in almost every unit. This property is poorly kept and maintained. If maintenance cant fix it, they dont. We rarely have hot water. This is definitely not a family friendly place, or a place i would refer any person to live. With about 90% of the property using or selling drugs, its not safe for my kids and I any longer. The saddest part about this place is there is nothing you can do about any of these problems because the property owners and management just dont care about the tenants or the property. With an office that ran by crooks who scam the government to get all they can, its just sad.. They use the money funded to pay for luxurious vactions and brand new cars while the tenants suffer and live sub-standard. I hope our president cracks down on slum properties like this one real soon.

They get one star, because google wont allow Zero. This place is a F****** DUMP!!! The management is the worst. DO NOT count on getting back your security deposit. Not a dime, Even if you leave the place cleaner than when you found it. The people that live there, throw trash, liquor bottles, and beer cans over the fence, eventually filling with rainwater, and breed mosquitoes. So unless you like late nite fights and arguments, Drug dealers, Car break-ins, Clouds of mosquitoes both day and nite, frequent burglaries, Cops at all hours, and unresponsive management, Id look elsewhere.

This place deserves a 0. Management doesnt care. All Lois and Marie do is smoke cigarettes in the back all day. Constant rotation of maintenance men which means constant people having access to your apartment. Auditors from the state come by once in a blue moon, probably to score some crack from Lois the apt manager. The assistant manager Marie left yrs ago and came back only after her police husband was wounded a couple of times. Btw payback for her being such a horrible person and she loves telling residents how she had bed bugs and how to get rid of them. Makes since because numerous apartment have bed bugs and management doesnt want to pay to get them properly removed. All in all a horrible place to live. Well unless your the bed bugs in the 1100 building.
