We have rented for 3 years and we are pleased with the professionalism from Dianna and Greg the maintenance man. I thank them for there persistence in making our stay here as comfortable as possible by taking care of matters efficiently and effectively.

Typical slum lord with too many restrictions

We do not do business with this company but they have a rental home in our subdivision, they send this mower out and he has no respect for the homeowners; he blows all the trash and yard debris on all of our properties, we all pay good money to keep our properties maintained and he evidently has no respect or is just lazy; the renters at the property he mowed this morning dropped paper cups and trash by the curb, he blew them on our property instead of picking them up.Update: 2 different folks showed up this week ☹They dont use a debris bag on their mower and dont know that you are supposed to turn the mower towards the property you are mowing so that the debris blows back on that property; no, she aimed it at our property: guess we will eventually send an invoice to this company, tired of paying to have our lawn done and then this company sends in the clowns.

I personally like Mrs. Dianna she is pleasant and patient over the phone. I have been dealing with them for almost 3 years and I like that they are very professional and they dont bother you. They are very organized too.

Wonderful people, after 8 years with them we had to move to a smaller house. They refunded all our deposit including a portion of the pet deposit.

As in other reviews, 1 star only to post. Unprofessional, underprepared and unethical describe Henry and by association the company. The phone was answered unprofessionally, and the agent made no attempt to sell anything. He is doing the actual property owners a disservice because he isnt doing his job. The home we asked to see has been on the market 100+ days and the reason is as evident as the website is horrible. Property owners do yourselves a favor and find a professional company. Buyers/renters save your time and energy and do not use this company, if you have there are better experiences anywhere else. If your a current customer also be aware there are better companies that will treat you the right way. Lets help show this company an age old business lesson that, there is no business if you dont have any customers.

I have been with Henri for almost 10 years, I can vow that this is a great property management company.

Weve been leasing for more than 7yrs thru them. Henri didnt want to refund our security deposit (charged us for pre-existing damages & wear & tear). Luckily I had all pre-existing damages noted in Pre-Move-in inspection report. They only refunded 1/4 of our deposit & still charged us for all wear & tear. Bottom line, if you lease thru this company, make sure to pay great detail to pre-move in inspection and note ALL damages, scratches, missing blinds, knobs, door stoppers, not functioning smoke detectors, missing screens, etc..or theyll charge you for it at the end. And dont even bother cleaning up the place, theyll charge you at least $250 for cleaning. We cleaned out our place top to bottom, including appliances and didnt leave any trash - bought new grass for the lawn and didnt get our security deposit back. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I am only giving this one star so that I am able to write this review, This company is the worst company ever to lease from. We will never recommend this company to anyone at all!!!!! They have the worst customer service and their maintenance department is a JOKE!! Please do your self a favor and never lease from them..

Horrible customer service!!! I do not suggest anyone to ever lease from them We had mold in our home and had I repaired and they will not reimburse us for the repairs. This a horrible company!
