The worst company ever. I was one of their resident for 19 month. I had many problems during that period. During this period, the AC failed, the bathtub refinished twice, the bedroom door hinges failed,.... Further, the apartment was a mess when we receive it, and we reported it to them, but when we moved out they lost the move in form. This company is a JOKE!Update: The tenant did provide a move-in form to the complex management. It is your responsibility to receive all the document from the original manager. Not only you failed to do your job properly, but also you are accusing your former costumer of lying.

Amanda Phillips helped me with a rental and failed to find out what the terms would be prior to me submitting an app, which cost me $55. As a professional she should have my interests first, but I am sure this company is happy to take your money and cares less if you rent or not. Do not recommend.

Best company I ever rented from....wished they wouldnt have sold the property...now I have a slum-lord from hell !!!
