Amazing company!! Not only are you supporting a small local business when you rent from them, but they helped make my daughters birthday amazing! They dropped it off early, so she was able to bounce in the Frozen bounce house way before people came. She had so much fun! I have 3 kids, and with their prices, Im going to be ordering for each birthday from now on. Thank you guys for the awesome experience!!

I use them this past weekend for my son birthday party, I booked them months in advance. Once the person got there to set up the boxing ring, not only did the guy not put the ring up where I told him too, but the ring had holes in it where alot of air was leaking out. When I called krystal to let her know, she told me it was just normal wear and tear and that the kids can still use it. My sister-in-law got into it to check it out and it wasnt even bouncy, because it was losing air. I called krystal back to let her know and she told me it will be different with the kids because of weight. I explain to her my sister-in-law weighs less than my son does. She cant even bounce in it. Krystal told me to take pictures and send them to her and that she has only one person working and that hes on another delivery. That she trying to get a hold of her boss to see what he wants to do, but hes out of town. When I said well can you have him call me, because Im paying for damage product and thats unacceptable. She said its not damage its just normal wear and tear. I told her you can see where the air is coming out from it had already been stitch a handful of times. No one took care of our problem and we paid for our kids to not be able to bounce and hear these children complain that they cant even bounce. We will never use them again and our family members and friends that was at the party wont either and we have more events coming up these next few months. Very disappointed in this company.

Rented a bouncy house for the neighborhood kids during spring break, and the margarita machine for the adults. The whole transaction, from reservation to cleanup/pickup was seamless. These guys made it all so easy! Really appreciate how they gave us a 30 minute window for delivery and were right on time. The driver was obviously very good at his job, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and everything was set up, secured and explained. Our guests all enjoyed the cotton candy and popcorn machines as well as the moonwalk for the kids. Next time we will be sure to include the margarita machine! We would definitely recommend this company to any friends who ask us who to use for their party.

This family owned business is the best in Houston! I called them for my graduation party and they gave me everything I wanted and more. I ordered the margarita machine for the adults at my party and they absolutely loved it. They set it up completely and mixed the drinks for us, which I never see other companies do. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, definitely reccomend using again.

We first used their services eight years ago for my oldest boys tenth birthday and they were very professional and the bounce house was like new. Had a neighborhood block party and we all wanted to have something extra for the kids to do. Called these guys and they suggested maybe a waterslide. We ended up going with the Big Kahuna and the kids were on it literally all day. They loved it!!! Great way to keep them entertained. Staff was helpful and courteous on both delivery and pickup.Summer is coming and well definitely do that again.

Texas Moonwalks came to our rescue for our Easter Egg Scramble. They were able to accommodate us and the prices were great as well. We rented a 15 foot bouncy castle for the kids for Thanksgiving entertainment this year. It was awesome! They had a great time and were all in bed by 8, lol. David is always personable and professional. Delivery and pickup is always quick and on time. This was not our first rental from them, and definitely will not be our last :). We love Texas Moonwalks!!! We have used them for not only our home, but also my place of employment for around 7 years. We use them for bouncers, tables, and chairs from events as small as 50 to events as large as 200. We had our crawfish boil yesterday, and once again everything was on time and in great shape. Our delivery guy Johnny was friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. Couldn’t ask for a better business to work with!

Amy made things so easy, I told her what I was looking for and the age of my kids and she had plenty of recommendations. Our obstacle course was very clean and the driver was friendly.

Texas Moonwalks had GREAT customer service. Very easy to set up for delivery, and received confirmation email immediately. I received a phone call the day before telling me the time they would be there to set up for Saturday morning. It took them less than 10 minutes to set up and they were done! I was so stressed planning the party, but they definitely made their part SO easy! I will definitely be using them again!

I just got finished doing a last minute rental for a bounce house in 2 days and Amy was AWESOME SAUCE!! She went above and beyond her duties and really helped me out. Im throwing a party at a park and didnt kno i needed some forms for it. She made the process really quick and expedited my information so that i could submit it to the park before they closed. These Bouncy Houses were AWESOME!! My kids and there friends went Ape Nuts over the Jurrasic Park and Obstacle Course! The set up crew was on time and very courteous. I didnt have to do anything! I rented from this company last year for a party at my parents house with no issues. They were fairly nice. I tried to reserve this year for a party at my own house which is literally two minutes away from my parents house but a different zip code. As soon as the lady heard the zip she said they dont deliver to that code.

This review isnt about the company itself but more about who they sponsor. Im a member of the call of duty community and was molested throughout my childhood. The group they sponsor is known as Korrupt Legendz and one of there members knew I was molested and said this to me(screenshots below and my name is chandler, the korrupt legendz member is Sime/Riicegod). Honestly I have nothing negative to say about the company as a whole but who they actually sponsor. And until they cut ties with these individuals I have no desire to do business with them.

This is the worst company!!! Terrible!!! I made a reservation for a moonwalk for New Years Eve. The girl called the day before to confirm a time I never agree to. It was actually 3 hours after my party was to start. So, I asked her to change the delivery time or cancel my moonwalk. She was very rude and unprofessional and cancelled it. However, they insisted to charge me 25% of the total. I felt as if since it was on their error and poor service, I shouldnt be charged. She refused to listen and told me to call my credit card company!!! They charged me! For their mistake. I want to warn EVERYONE I see or talk to not to use this company.
