So.Much.Fun!!!We used them for a senior celebration at our high school. The kids had an absolute blast! There was something for everyone. Brandon and his crew showed up early, set everything up, manned all the inflatable‘s and insured everyone was safe and having a great time! Seriously, 10/10 recommend!!!!!

This company has been sent through the ringer due to covid. With the state not allowing the public to gather in large quantities, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted on the phone with such professionalism and courtesy despite all of the recent events occurring. Brandon was very forthcoming with what the company would be able to do for my companies event that is planned for later this month. I wasnt really sure what exactly I was wanting, and he had some great ideas. He was prompt to send me a quote and I am excited to have this family-owned business make sure all of my clients and customers have a great time! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I just ordered the ninja wall slide for my daughters birthday and they were awesome. They were super nice and took their time with the setup, they were on time, and communicated well. I will use them again.

We contracted Houston Party Rental for an event with 225 teens. They knew from the beginning what types of rentals would work best for this age group. They created a fun yet cost effective package all the while paying attention to our budget. We called numerous party rentals to get bids, and in comparison, I felt Brandon was always the most professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Reached out to Houston Party Rental for a water slide rental for Father’s Day weekend. We were very satisfied with their professionalism, from the phone call to schedule our set up to pick up. We were hesitant and had reservations with regard to COVID-19, but the staff assured they were doing everything to protect their staff and their customers. The water slide arrived clean and set up was fast and on time. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again for future gatherings.

Our Christmas party couldn’t have been what it was without HPR!! The Red/green chairswing with its bright lights greatly complemented our event- on top of staff being patient with my inlaws 😆😆🤣

Houston Party Rentals was FANTASTIC! They were responsive, available, on time, and dedicated to making sure we were taken care of at all times. My family came down to Houston for a family reunion in July. Houston Party Rental provided me with an extremely professional and customer oriented experience! I rented a LED Dance Floor from them and it was awesome!! All my questions were answered thoroughly and the dance floor was delivered on time. The company ensured my guests and I had a great day with their exceptional service! So blessed that they were able to make my sisters birthday one to remember.

Do NOT book anything with this company. They took our deposit, sent us a contract, then were a complete NO SHOW the day of the event. They dont answer the phone, their voicemail is full, and it looks like their building and vehicles have been abandoned.

I contacted Houston Party Rental for my company picnic that we just had back in June. They made the whole process of booking the event very easy and stress free. They helped with things they didnt even offer on their website to ensure I only had to deal with 1 company instead of 5 different ones which helped a lot. The gentlemen were professional and polite. They staffed the equipment for the entirety of the event and managed the flow of the crowd and behavior of the children beautifully. Best moonwalk deal ever! They are the ONLY ones I know that offer a pickup service so you are not waiting for someone else to drop your moonwalk by AND you get to keep it the whole weekend for the same price. I wish I knew about these guys earlier!!! I spoke with Brandon and he couldnt have been nicer. I am now officially going to be considered to be super-mom as my kiddos will have a bounce house to play in from Friday til Monday morning. Thank you for the great selection, service and price!

Worked at this place for 3 months and quit after that. The owner brandon is the most unprofessional person out there renting out equipment that he knows is faulty, broke and unsafe half the rides are missing belts for the kids and its not maintained to the safety standards. Not to mention how he deals with customers he had me and one other guy sneak out of an event so he didnt have to face an angry customer after renting her a faulty dance floor with panels he knew didnt work. If your looking for bounch houses and other party equipment I highly recommend staying away from this place and going to Tomball party rentals or the party rental place in spring.

Called to inquire about a mechanical bull rental. Spoke to two different old men, rude and bad attitudes. Not sure how they deal with the public. Simply hung up and called someone else with some customer service. These 2 old grouchy guys I spoke to on the phone should be walmart greeters with that attitude.

We used Houston Party Rental for our school carnival. Houston Party completed the extensive paper work our school required of them without complaint or hesitation. Then on the day of the carnival our teachers had a change of mind about getting in the dunk tank we had ordered. Houston Party rental didnt hesitate to change that game for one of equal value with moments notice. The delivery was on time. The men who worked at the carnival were courteous and polite. They stayed the whole time. Each ride and game was clean and in beautiful condition. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asks.

HPR made our POLL Carnival the best. From the beginning they were polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. They kept their word and delivered on all. The kids loved the rides and the carnival was a total success. The event staff was professional and courteous as well and I will use them again for sure!

First and foremost I have to say I was very impressed by the professionalism on how they helped me make my Employee Appreciation Party a success. I was so impressed that they gave me a courtesy call when they were enroute and that they came early enough to have everything I needed setup before my event started. I couldnt have asked for a better company! Weve rented from this company for the past 2 years for our school carnival. Their products are great, this kids loved all the wipeout type inflatables. The staff is very professional, reliable and helpful. I highly recommend this company and would definitely rent from them again!

I would not recommend this place. I tried to rent a moonwalk for my daughter birthday party and they turned down my business due to not enough man power!? What kind of business turns away customers. My daughter had her heart set on a specific moonwalk and now i have to break her heart because this company can not provide a service that they advertise. Better off taking your money somewhere else where they have staff that can help you!

Terrible customer service for one. I emailed several times to the office and spoke with a woman named Taylor who never responded back to my questions via email or phone. Then tried reaching out to the owner, Brandon, as this company was suggested and still no response. When contact was finally made back with me after several attempts on my part and weeks later I had a very impolite conversation with “another manager” by the name of Gonzalo who let me know they couldn’t accommodate our event due to booking issues. I was constantly told my event wouldn’t be a problem according to Taylor and then I just kept getting put on the back burner... No official booking... just a promised return call from her boss. Save yourself time and grief... google other companies in the Houston area because this company is obviously more than unorganized and not equipped to handle large events or to work with a direct organizer.

I have worked with Houston Party Rentals for 2 years now for multiple functions. Brandon and the crew are so easy to work with. Deliveries and set-ups are always on time, but the best part is all of the equipment is in excellent condition and clean!!We have used the bouncies, inflatable obstacle courses, joust, wrecking ball, and midway games. We have never had a bad experience using Houston Party Rentals. We will definitely continue to use them!

Brandon from “Houston Party Rental” Randomly calls me on my business phone,He apparently didn’t like the way I answered my phone (because I didn’t say my business name after my name?)so he called me unprofessional after never even telling me the reason his call and hangs up.Never have I had the opportunity to speak with somebody so arrogant.After he hung up I call back, to find out the reason for his call - he tells me he’s not on “his caliber”Never done business with this company in my life but this is a terrible first impression and likely never will.

I was frantic trying to find a water slide for my sons birthday party and they all were booked. I got in touch with houston party and they had the perfect one available and on top of that, they had the best prices. They were very friendly and very helpful. We picked it up yesterday and the set up this morning was a breeze. My son and his friends HAD A BLAST! It did rain on us today, but we are giving it another try tomorrow. Big thanks to the people who work here, you really made my sons birthday fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a moonwalk or water slide!

We reserved a combo moonwalk a month in advance from a different party rental co. The day before my sons 4th bday party, they called and told us they gave our moonwalk to another family. We found Houston Party online, called them and we had a bouncer the same day. It wasnt exactly what we wanted, but with a minutes notice they truly came through. I wish we had found them sooner. I would highly recommend. Great service, friendly staff!! A+

I will never use them again. They were late to arrive and setup air hockey tables for a corporate event. The event started at 11:30am and at 11:45am they were still trying to setup. They came unprepared without their own tools. When speaking to the owner about it he stated that, that’s not their job (to be prepared)!I paid over $500 dollars for air hockey tables that looked like they were bought on sale at Walmart and rented for $250 ea. Literally, they read Easten on them and had LED light placed on with double sided table. I was so embarrassed. The hard pill to swallow is that even after they knew I was upset no one called to follow up but they definitely charged my card.I would rather pay the money for a professional rental place than rent from a bounce house rental company again. Hard lesson learned!

Greatly disappointed in this business. I have been using them for several years and have had a few issues that we have worked through but never again. Deceptive practices that only came to light after they suffered serious monetary loss due to rain on July 4th. Delete delete delete. Never again!

Horrible horrible horrible service. We ordered tables and chairs a week ago and we show up this time and theyre open but no one is around to help us. Guessing they are in the back wearhouse we waited from 9:40-10:10 and we even knocked on the wearhouse door and yelled to the back of the store and nobody came up or out. I dont know whats going on but they apparently hide from customers

Called them to place the order (wed) and confirm it (thu). I called today telling that I was on my way, so they can have my order ready. They didnt place my order at all, and I was not even in the system!. Thank you for the awful birthday present.

This company ruined my sons first birthday. They delivered a moonwalk without enough blowers so it fell down on one child, they delivered a broken and dirty snow cone machine, they delivered a dirty moonwalk full of old grass and mud but told me when I was making the reservation that all equipment will be clean, when driving the anchor stakes down into my yard they busted pipes to my sprinkler system and to top it all off when picking up the equipment they drove their truck and trailer into my yard leaving large tire ruts and running over sprinkler heads. (side note: I get HOA awards for my lawn so this was very upsetting) After numerous calls management came out and then yelled in my face and tried to intimidate and belittle me. They refused to fix any of the issues and denied the damages they caused. No repairs, No sorry, No NOTHING. Filed a report with the BBB and Houston Party Rental lied to try to get the claim dropped. Its now listed as unresolved. I called my credit card company to inform them and once again Houston Party Rental fought them. Too bad Brandon and Bob dont fight this hard to provide good customer service and a decent product to paying customers. NEVER AGAIN!

I called and they said for peak season the bouncing castle would be $1500. What a rip-off. I ended up going to Kazam/Party City. The cost was $150. Go figure this out.🙄
