Went in today to get some Mario party supplies for my sons birthday. My first impression upon walking in is that this place is HUGE. Way bigger than party city with a better selection when it comes to the everything. The staff is nice. I was greeted by a young gentleman named Dave who helped me with all my needs & made sure I was well taken care of before I was passed off to Lori to do my balloon arrangement pre order for the weekend & went over my expectations. Very knowledgeable staff & will definitely be coming back for future parties. This place is a hidden gem & the only downside is I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner. A+ all around

First time in and WOW! this place is big. Staff was super friendly and helped me locate the items i needed. Not only was I greeted at the door but was thanked for supporting them. Pricing was lower than i was expecting and the variety is awesome. Very highly recommend

Been to this place multiple time and always had a good experience. The staff is knowledgeable and makes sure they take care of you and your needs. I needed a ton of balloons for my sons party the same day and I got everything I needed and even more than I even came in for lol. The employee (dave I think his name was. Can’t remember but he smelt really good and was really kind) helped me out picking balloons made sure I was all set for sons party. Always came here for party supplies/balloon needs and will continue to shop here.

We have ordered balloon pieces for two separate occasions! Both times the finished product was amazing! For the second piece she actually used balloons to create the characters from the show we were using for the theme! Absolutely fantastic!

Today was my first time visiting this store. I normally go to party city but didnt feel like driving to far. I google party shops in my area and they came up. When I tell you this store is massive with supplies. I mean with stuff you couldnt think of. Thanks so the super nice ladies that were in there especially the lady who helped me decide on the right balloons for my boyfriend birthday bag. I will definitely be shopping here again because they had everything at really great prices.

This was my first time going to this store and when I first walked in, I was amazed. Then I get to the balloon section and notice they don’t have a lot of variety . Well thankfully I didn’t need any complex colors. I asked keeping asking a gentleman there about the quality of balloons he sold . He recommended me a brand I never have used but they come from the same manufacturer. So I purchased that brand . Come today when I have to make a delivery with the balloons I purchased . They are popping like crazy and the material is very thin ! I do not have anytime to start over but I’m very upset with my purchase

Sinem was great! She was able to create a balloon figure for my sister-in-law’s baby shower last minute. It came out great. I am so grateful for Sinem.

I walked in and wasnt greeted by anyone. Okay, I guess that isnt not their strong suit. I walk around for 15 minutes! 15! Not one person helped me nor did I see anyone, but the casher. 20 minutes into walking in I discovered they dont carry what Im looking for(Ballerina themes)! If someone would have greeted me, they couldve told me instead of me wasting my time in their store.

We visited the store today .. while we were looking for the decorations, one of the employees came up and said that we would make sure we paid .. .. perhaps the biggest problem for her was that we are Hispanic and she thought that we did not bring money in our packets to pay .. a person named Glen .. when I asked his name they told me he is the owner ...with that look .. like soo what as if by being the owner gives him every right to discriminate against people ... Glen doesnt like children in the store we bring our kids to the store because they choose what they like for their birthday party they should put a sign in the store that children are not allowed in the store ... with the difference that they discriminate against us for being Hispanic because other people entered to the store and ithey were was so kind ... I have no prejudice with any person .... ... but Glen thinks that Hispanics are not worthy to go to his store because he thinks we dont have money to pay ... you cant use the bathrooms ... I understand about the pandemic but the needs to use thebathroom remain the same. ..Your Complaint Is PublicComplaints filed with the Consumer Protection Division are potentially an open record. This means any member of the public may file an open records request and view your complaint.My 10-month-old niece and my 2 years took the toy and put it in her mouth .. I am 100% aware that she was not going to put that toy back. I told her that I was going to pay for it because she put it in her mouth. I was just going to finish looking for the decorations. ... the children were not walking they were with their belts in the shopping basket ... they never walked in the store ....My greatest wish is that your business continues to prosper and that you treat customers well because the success of your business depends on your personality. Created an AWESOME mermaid balloon arrangement for 4 yr granddaughter! She LOVED it!!

I was attempting to buy a ballon arch and no one could tell me the cost of the balloons for the arch. When I asked how much it was the girl replied very expensive. What kind of response is that?!?! Then I inquired about what size ballon arches they had available and her response was what size is your room? If she knew what sizes the offered I could decide what size would fit my room. Needless to say customer service was horrible!!!

You can find almost anything here but lines can be pretty long and helium is ridiculously expensive.

They will not let you use the restroom here even if you are shopping and spending money hereSince I can’t reply to the owner- I’m editing my comment to say I would completely understand except for the fact that I the employees were in and out of the public restroom though it states, employees have their own restroom.I also have a medical card to use public bathrooms due to my Crohn’s disease but that didn’t matter. Needless to say, we won’t be back.And if covid is the concern to not allow people to use the restroom seems quite silly with all the opened costumes bags, and accessories items opened, and laying around that had clearly been touched by people and not sanitized either.

So glad this store moved into our community! Friendly staff, great prices and they really stay current with their product lines. Thanks Cool Kat!!

I went here today, I was looking for decor for my sons birthday party. I always like to try to find everything myself, however, I was having trouble finding the rubber balloons as they are somewhat hidden behind a stand. I didn’t bother to check behind there because I thought it was an area where only workers were allowed. A girl in a pink shirt and glasses, extremely friendly throughout my visit, offered to help if I needed it, of course I said no, but eventually at the very end I did have trouble finding the rubber balloons, NOT the helium ones. The helium ones were all over the wall, however, those were NOT the ones I wanted. I literally went around the whole store and couldn’t find them. I then proceeded to go up to her and ask her where the balloons were. She was getting ready to get up and show me, until an older lady working in one of the isles stopped her. She then proceeded to tell me “no, it’s alright” and said “they’re in the far back corner, you will see them as they are all over the wall.” Im not really a difficult person, so I agreed and decided to go try and find them once again. I was literally in the next isle when I heard the lady tell the young girl that when someone asks where something is, to not go and show them, but to tell them where it’s at unless it’s hard to find and that the balloons weren’t hard to find as they were all over the wall. Very rude in my opinion. I’m an extremely nice person, but honestly that experience didn’t sit right with me. I’m given it 3 stars because of that young girl in pink with glasses who offered to help so many times.

Glenn was a huge help for me this past week during the mandatory shutdown. I am a cake decorator and needed supplies for an upcoming cake, but unfortunately I was stuck at work and couldn’t make it to the store before they planned on closing for the shutdown. I gave them a call and Glenn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help! He picked out exactly what I needed for my cake, allowed me to pay over the phone, and left the purchased items at the Academy customer service desk next door for me to pickup after work. Now that is amazing customer service! Not only that, but I have made a few trips to Cool Kat Party Warehouse and am blown away at their selection of party supplies each visit. It’s nearly identical to Party City plus more. If you’re in need of party supplies and great customer service, please make a trip. You won’t regret it! Thanks Glenn!

It has everything party city does plus its cheaper! The workers there were very nice and took time out to help me find a few items which I really appreciate . Nothing to get excited about. Great selection but the customer service not so much. I walked in and was greeted. I walked around for avout 30 minutes looking for military costume items and never offered assistance. One associate walked by me at least 4 times and never said as much as a hello. Once I got to the counter, it took a few minutes for someone to assist me. The gentleman that helped me was very polite.He would be the reason I returned. The music playing in the store was christian, which was great. Not sure if I will be going back, if so, it will be a last option.

I was late getting supplies for a graduation party so canny blame the lack of all I needed on the store. The store is huge with an excellent collection. Very neat and clean. The young lady who helped me was personable and knowledgeable. No complaints. Its all good

I had a really great experience. I need balloons for my aunts birthday right away. They made them in about 15 minuets. They looked beautiful! The girl that helped me was very nice and she even helped me bring the balloons to my car. My aunt loved the balloons. They lasted for over two weeks.

I went to Cool Kat Party Warehouse for the first time on Tuesday. It was an awesome experience. The help that I received from Seuss, Julie, Marisa and Sammantha was outstanding. I was impressed at how they showed me where everything was and even provided me with ideas that I could use. I will definitely be back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

My friend highly recommended this place over Party City, so I went there the other day to buy supplies for my child’s birthday party and the goodie bags. I was surprised to see a lot of items from Oriental Trading - had I known this, I would have just ordered directly from the website. The female cashier was a little rude, she acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her day. I tried to make small talk with her, but she ignored me, gave me my total, I paid, and I went on my way. I did interact with the manager though, who was very friendly.

WOW!!!! This place is amazing.. I had just went to Part city and purchased everything for my party and by chance seen this place so I stopped in. I compared everything that I had just bought and for what it cost me at Party city ($86.52) I could get here for $52.67. Needless to say I returned everything to party city and got my party needs at Cool Kat Party.. I will be shopping here from now on. The place was amazing. Clean, well stocked, and the employee who helped me, she was amazing!! Cant wait to plan my next party and do some shopping!

I went there very close to closing time and they were as welcoming as if they had just opened. Dr. Seuss (a real employee) was very helpful and kind. He knew exactly where to find my specified items. Keep up the good work guys!

I am so excited that this place opened up in Spring/ Woodlands area. We desperately needed one. Glenn, the owner is absolutely a gem of a person. He is very accommodating to the entertainers. I gave him a list of things I needed and not only did he get them, but price matched it with Arnes, which makes it more attractive for me, because it saves me gas and time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, but specially to my fellow entertainers on the north side.

This will be my go to place for parties from now on... Can I just say, that they outdo Party City big time! Their customer service was awesome and then their final product was more than I could hope for! This is the place for me... I will spread the word for sure! I needed rose gold items for my birthday party. Found a bunch of stuff on Amazon but wanted to check out a party store to see what else I could find. I ended up finding the exact same items I found online in the store but with ridiculous prices. The plastic plates with the rose gold trim had a set of 10 for $9.99 and a box of rose gold forks were $7.99. On Amazon I get 20 dinner plates, 20 dessert plates, 20 forks, 20 spoons and 20 knives for only $24.99. In store would have been $64 without tax.

They keep running out of stuff you go see one day and then go back and try to buy more or that product and they are out. Prices are a little high with the candy. But it is a really nice and big store just make sure you buy what you see and want the day you visit or you may not find it again.

Seuss was soooo helpful helping me find make up for my sons game. 1st time face painter it was home coming for my son and I wanted to go all OUT. He took his time helped me find the perfect paint and other accessories in my budget. My 1st time in the store and I told him I would DEFINITELY be back. I am back today buying my Sr. Balloons. Horrible service I was told on the phone that they could fill up balloons I bought online. Then when I got there I was told $10 per balloon but.. if I bought it from them $13 a balloon seems like the lady was trying to make a sale instead of doing what was right!

Horrible customer service! Tried to exchange a few baby shower items and they would not do that without a receipt. Supervisor said she needed to know exactly what each item cost. I told her I would be fine with exchanging for a different color since the gender was different and still refused to do that. They should really explain their return / exchange policy to customers BEFORE people spend money there! They dont even have it printed on the receipts. Never shopping there again!

We always go here for our party supplies. Staff is fun and there are tons of cool stuff for all types of themes. Fun place to shop for holidays like Halloween, also! Recommend getting the balloons filled in store vs buying a tank if you are only getting a couple of handfulls of balloons. If you are trying to sail away into the sky with them, then maybe opt to fill them yourself so that you dont have to stuff them in and out of your car.

By far the first place you should be going to get your party supplies. They have everything in stock and way more options than other places. I tried two different Party City locations with no luck until I found this gem. Not only was the staff incredible nice, they were a huge help with a grad party gone wrong and was very accommodating and fast for everything we broke/forgot. I will be a loyal customer from now on! The prices are equal too or better than other retailers and they also have a great rewards system. Trust me when I say explore here first and save yourself the headache!

Found a way better party store then Party City. This place is huge really really huge. You can spend hours walking around this store. They have every kinda of theme and event decor you can think off. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the lady walked me to the 90th birthday section. She even helped me with some customized 90th birthday balloon decor for my aunts event. I can’t wait to pick up my balloons. This is my party store from now on. Thanks for all of your help will be returning for our next event 😁
