The Spring Team was incredible. The cleaned my MILs home spotless. Professional, kind, organized, and transparent. I highly recommend this team to help with all of your cleaning and moving needs.

My first service went well, I was sent a reminder text and a heads up text on the day of service. Clean was pretty good, they did say it would take a few clean to get everything done. The second clean was about 45 min, nothing was done other than a vacuum in a mop. Also not text of when they would show up. A few surfaces were wiped down and dusted but quite a few were missed. I paid good money for a deep clean and thats what I expected. When I called to get a re-clean or a partial refund I was told Id be given a call back the same day to get that scheduled or to work something out but I never heard back to get that scheduled or to work something out . I have since reached out and also not heard back... Very unprofessional and at no point was I rude about it I understand things are missed sometimes, I was just looking to make it right.

Absolutely horrible. Ladies came almost an hour late, only cleaned for one hour. Was supposed to be a premium monthly cleaning...they only vacuumed and mopped the floors. There was very minimal dusting of a few furniture items and toilets were cleaned. That was it. None of my windows and blinds were touched, none of the bathtubs and sinks, more than half of my furniture left untouched and dusty, none of the light fixtures cleaned. All of that was supposed to be included in the cleaning. They never cleaned any of the vertical surfaces that was also promised in the cleaning. I was beyond upset and disappointed. That cleaning was an absolute joke. Was supposed to pay $174 for a good thorough cleaning of my house and what I got was one hour of a quick vacuum and mop. I stayed at home the entire time they were here so I saw and know what was cleaned. I was referred by a friend to this company and they left me wondering why in the world she would ever think that was a good cleaning job?! I found someone who works as a maid independently and only charges $130 for a thorough deep cleaning of my home that took her 4 hours to complete, it was so detailed. A joke is all I can say about this company.

The two ladies who cleaned my house after a remodel were very conscientious. I was very happy with the work they did.

I am very pleased. People were super polite, very efficient and so helpful. They cleaned rather thorough with the exception of a few smaller things but I think they said theyd do that next time or I didnt mention it. They also organized a bit and did the beds. I really like it and will use again. Much better than previous maid service experiences! I especially loved how they made it work with me working from home doing my office right away. And they were very autonomous and didnt need to ask constantly they just made everything work perfect

This cleaning service is well worth the money. These ladies did a fantastic job.
