They are great for scheduling us even with short notice. Their deodorizing product makes for a better shampoo and smell experience, we really like. Dont wast time calling anyone else if you need quick, quality, and professional people.

I would not recommend this company. We hired them to clean a rug for us. They came into our home and removed the rug for cleaning. When they finally attempted to return the rug, it was ruined with dye runs/stains. They took the rug back with them to work on it in an attempt to resolve the issue. When they left, they stated to us that wed hear from them within a week with a resolution to how they would make it right. Over a month later, they never contacted us, never attempted to make it right and never returned with the rug. To this very day, they still have the rug. If you value your home and belongings, Id stay clear of this company.

From the rep answering the call to the tech who came out, everything was superb! I called with a plea for help and they delivered, the very next day! Initially when I received my rug I wasn’t pleased with the outcome. I called them back and they came back out to pick my rug up and send it to the warehouse for a deep clean. I just got it back and I’m amazed at how clean it looks! It literally looks brand new again. Chris was on time and professional. I had 7 areas of carpet steam cleaned under a special that was running at the time (substituted stairs for one of the areas for $10 more). There was an area that had latex paint spilled on the carpet from 4 years ago that would not come out, but I was advised of that possibility ahead of time. Chris was honest in advising to either patch the carpet ( I had some left over original carpet in storage) or to replace entirely. I’m waiting to decide what to do about the carpet, but I’m satisfied with the completed carpet cleaning. Price for steam cleaning was good and carpet looks and feels nice.

H Town Steam cracked floor tiles during their visit. I have been getting the run-around from the owner for 6 months. Lies on top of lies! Totally dishonest practices at this company. The owner told me that he ordered materials 2 months ago to make this repair. When I asked for proof, of course, no response. Its a shame that I have to take these people to court!

I’ve been looking for a good carpet cleaning company for a few months. I came across H-Town recently and they were very responsive to getting me a quote and answering all of my questions. Thank Julie Ann for your help! I set up an appointment and they’ve been lovely to work with. Eddie and Steve came to clean the carpets and they were both very professional and great to have on the job! The main reason I wanted to have my carpets cleaned is because I have two cats and feel like I’m going nose-blind to their smells. Eddie and Steve showed me how gross my cats are making my carpet, and suggested I get a pet odor treatment that breaks down bacteria living in my carpet from having pets in the house. I’m absolutely happy with the service and my carpets feel and smell clean again. They definitely took their time to make sure I was getting the bang for my buck. I got two rooms done and it took about an hour. It was a bit pricy, but again I was getting a deep clean and pet odor treatment for the two rooms my cats are in most. All of the gross spots are gone too! Eddie did mention they’d be happy to work with me in the future to bring the price down if I want to make this cleaning a regular thing (once or twice a year). I absolutely will book again! It’s really nice not to worry that I’m completely nose-blind to what my house smells like because of the cats. Thanks guys! Y’all were great!!

The cleaner that arrived was prompt and very courteous and professional, but still friendly. He worked very diligent and even explained that although the service couldnt guarantee the removal of years old dog stains, he would do his best. And his best really came through because those stains did end up coming right out. Now the carpet looks amazing and matches the parts and have never been walked upon or used. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family

I explained to their technician, Trevor, that we needed a good deep clean for my husband who is coming home from the hospital soon and will be immuno-suppressed. I scheduled H-Town Steam to clean our very dirty couch. The first technician did ok, but did not do a thorough job enough job and left some lighter spots on the cushions. Plus he left footprints/residue on our floor. Im giving them four stars because when I called they scheduled another tech (Chris) to come out and he and his partner did a good job fixing it (and cleaned the floor too). Wish I hadnt needed it done twice, but Im happy with the customer service and the job was ultimately done to my satisfaction. Ask for Chris, I thought he was very professional, understood the issue, and did a good job making it right.

I just moved into a rental and discovered the ceramic tile was very dirty. I had a contractor scheduled, had moved all of the furniture and items on the floor, only for them to call last minute and reschedule to a time I’m not available. I called H-Town and they got someone out later that day. Very professional and a great job. This wad only the first treatment but the tile was very dirty and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them!!!

We used this company for a carpet repair after one of our dogs tore up an approximately 2x2 section of carpet, padding and all. The contractor, Eddie, was absolutely phenomenal and professional. He did great work and I have absolutely no complaints with him or his work. He, alone, is worth five stars. I will dock this company one star because they apparently referred me to someone else with a different name and did not forward the information I sent about the work that needed to be done as well as the photos I sent, which showed the carpet being destroyed, including the padding. Because of this, the person that called to confirm the appointment the day before did not have details on the damage and scope of work that was needed and the contractor did not bring replacement carpet padding to patch the area. I had to run to Home Depot to purchase some padding after he arrived, so it cost me some time and about $27 more. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but please be aware that this service was subcontracted one or more times and the information wasn’t passed along. Make sure everyone you speak with understands what you need done to save some time and headaches. Other than that, everyone was extremely nice, responsive, and accommodating. They did great work at a very reasonable price and I would use them again.

Love that I was able to book this online - I received a confirmation call the day before and the tech reached out day of to confirm time of service. The appointment was super quick but also effective! We were able to add the pet deep clean the day of the service which the tech recommended for the room my dogs stayed in. We were able to pay and tip through the techs iPad, which made it super easy! I would absolutely recommend H-town steam.

Not impressed with the quote I was given. Definitely different than what I was told when they got here. I was told three rooms for a certain price. $30 each additional room. Well, they considered the 4 ft of my bathroom to be one room and because my closet was attached to the bathroom and not the bedroom that would not be included that would be an extra room whereas the closet upstairs that was attached to the room directly was included. I specifically asked if closets were included with the bedroom and I was told yes it did not matter the size.Definitely wont be using them again.The carpet had dust spots where the furniture had set so long and its still visible!

I actually called them to set up a carpet cleaning appointment and take a look at my carpet so they can give me a quote. The man who came and looked at it was polite and professional, I asked him if they did tile installation cause I have pets and I’d rather not deal with washing the carpet every 3 months. He said yes and I gave him measurements and he said he will give me a quote and send me pictures of laminate flooring samples. It’s been 2 weeks and I called several times after the 2 days he came. No one has called back to update me. Every time I called they seemed lost or don’t seem to have good communication and they say this person will call back or someone else will update me. I’m a receptionist myself and I make sure my team is on the same page. They don’t even have anything about alternative flooring on their site. I initially called them because they have many good reviews from locals and it’s really hard to find honest reliable flooring experts...

He also gave us great advice about carpet care and maintenance.We got the Whole House Special which included 7 areas and turned out to be such a great deal that we paid the additional cost to add 1 more area. After the service, the carpet was noticeably cleaner, and the air was extremely fresh - no weird smells throughout the drying process.

The price is reasonable, and the technician was on time and polite.. but I honestly don’t think my carpet looks any cleaner than it did before. The “problem” spots I mentioned weren’t give any special treatment. They did offer and schedule to have someone come back out to try and remedy the issues, but they didn’t really tell me what they were going to do, so I just decided to cancel because I’d rather not waste my time. I was also a little concerned about what they sprayed on the carpet before cleaning as it smelled like chemicals. I asked the technician what is was and he didn’t really have an answer besides “soap or a conditioner”.. I was a little concerned because I have a 9 month old that plays on the carpet everyday all day. I think they should at least know what’s in it.

I could not be happier with the service provided by H-Town Steam. I have three dogs, one of whom is a senior who has accidents, so my rug had gotten very smelly. I was beginning to avoid having friends over because I was concerned they would notice the smell. Susan, who is delightful, answered my call and explained the options. Chris came to my house, looked at my disgusting rug and did not judge me. Turn around time for me was about a month, which I did not mind. Chris was thorough enough to suggest waiting an additional week as several days of rain had left my rug with a musty smell, and he wanted it to have time to air out. When Chris and Davante dropped off my rug, they helped me move furniture, set up the rug pad and move the furniture back in place. I really appreciated them not leaving me with any additional work to do. The rug looks great and doesn’t smell! I’ll add H-Town Steam to my list of regular maintenance to keep my house clean and odorless. I highly recommend them.

Eddie was able to pull the majority all up except for a few. The ones still there appear a little lighter in color but he explained prior to service depending on some stains and how long they sat he could not guarantee they would come up completely.I’m very pleased with the service I will do business with them again in the future.The deodorizer they use smells great!

After weeks of staring at my stained tile floors, I made the decision to call H-town steam. I was able to set up a free consultation and had a wonderful experience with Trevor. He was able to diagnose the problem and put me at ease in resolving my flooring issue. Setting up an appt did not take long, Trevor was prompt, worked very hard to remove the stains, and friendly at the same time! I was very satisfied with the way my floors looked after my appt. and I no longer have to break my back trying to clean my floors!

They were one of the most expensive but I trusted the reviews. Well what the reviews dont tell you is they probably paid extra. So it was a Rental that I was moving out of. The initial quote was wrong. Then when they arrived they tried to upcharge me per area for deep clean. So here is what they do a single pass maybe 2 unless you pay extra your carpets wont be clean then the guy told me how awsome they looked so I tipped him all in all it cost me $400. When my cleaning lady arrived she was surprised and thought it had not even been done. I would not recommend this service.

I love H-Town Steam!! My carpets were in need of some serious TLC and I saw one of their videos on Facebook so I decided to give them a call just to see what it would cost. They came out and looked at my carpets and I was surprised how cheap it was going to be! Highly recommend HSteam! Chris arrived within 10 min of appointed time. He went right to work talking with me about the various stains in carpet, cat puke and tea stains. The cats mess cleaned right up but tea stains were lighter, but not gone. Chris was able to clean the living-dining area and stairs in an hour. I was very impressed out how clean he was able to get my 12 year old carpet. It does have a new lease on life. Definitely will use HSteam and hopefully Chris again!!
