Freedom Maids was hired to help us with our garage. We could find nothing and could not even walk through it. They came out and four hours later its immaculate! We are so thrilled with how nice it looks and how everything is orderly and clean. They did it our way, everything stacked and stored just like we asked. The guys were polite and respectful and very hard workers. This company is AMAZING and we are using them for all the cleaning needs from here on out!

This is my second time using Freedom Maids and Maury and his team did an incredible job. After my father’s passing, Maury showed compassion as I described the delipidated, cluttered condition of his home. Freedom Maids organized items that we wanted to keep and delivered items to various family members. They deep cleaned the entire house, cleared out the garage, and kept us up to date with their progress. We used Freedom Maids and are very pleased with their work. I needed help cleaning out my garage, reorganizing and getting rid of unwanted items.It seemed overwhelming, and I wasnt sure where to start. Maury and his crew were very understanding and kind. They made it so easy to organize and donate. They took my donations to the Goodwill and got my receipts. They helped me put out lots of trash, and even hauled some away when it was too much for my neighborhood pickup. They helped the same way as we went through the house. What a great feeling to organize what I kept and donate what I didnt need. They also did a deep cleaning of my home and I highly recommend their company.

Maury Hammond and his crew are lifesavers. During an illness, I had allowed my apartment to get incredibly cluttered and dirty. It was overwhelming to tackle as a single, disabled senior citizen and making me more depressed than I already was. Maury and his crew arrived on time and worked all day, removing trash, cleaning all the sutfaces and scrubbing roach poop off the walls. Yes, it was that bad.But thanks to Maury, it isnt any longer. Hes the owner of Freedom Maids but isnt afraid to get his own hands dirty. His workers were friendly and hard working. If you or a loved one have a hoarding situation that needs to be addressed, call him. He is thorough and compassionate.

After six years of an ill unmanaged mood disorder, my small home was extremely cluttered and very, very dusty. When I reached a point of calling in family and professionals to help, Freedom Maids proved to be an outstanding resource. An in-person evaluation was scheduled quickly following my initial call. A team of three persons worked the hours I scheduled. What a hard working team and pleasant to be with! The services exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Freedom Maids and regret only that I waited so long to seek their services.

DO NOT use this company. They are the most unprofessional people weve ever had come into our home. We hired them to completely clean out a couple of rooms; they arrived late every day, left randomly, didnt clean the rooms when they were done, left all the furniture and things on the walls, left their tools and items around the house, and most importantly, they overcharged my parents by OVER $1000. When my parents contacted them about how displeased they were with the service, Maury (the OWNER) sent a nasty, horrible and unprofessional email response to my parents. We absolutely regret using them and urge everyone to look elsewhere.

What a complete rip off and a joke of a company! I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for 3 hours of cleaning and when I reviewed the standards items of whats included in the residential cleaning, I was happy to see a long list. After my 3 hour service though, I inspected my house only to be disappointed in the service and called the company to provide my feedback. I spoke with a lady named Dawn who was completely rude and provided the worst customer service ever. I informed her that the new linens that I left out in the guest room were not put on the bed, I found dust still on the furniture, there was cobwebs and dust on some decorative items in my hallway, bathroom items (like toothbrushes) were found outside of the bathroom on my bedroom dresser, the mirrors werent wiped, my bathroom floors werent mopped because theres still dust behind the toilet, my kitchen floors werent mopped because theres still cereal crumbs under neath the kitchen table, etc. I didnt expect a complete deep cleaning but I also expected more out of 3 hours of professional house cleaning. After my phone call, I wasnt offered any type of satisfaction guarantee or that anyone would come back out. All Dawn said was she would talk to the lady who cleaned and get her side of the story. Sorry, but doesnt customer satisfaction include offering some sort of commitment that the company will come back out to check things out or redo anything??? Never will I use this company again. And I dont recommend anyone else either.

We had a situation that was unexpected where I needed to have someone come in and take care of very serious hoarding situation. When I met with Maury, he had a way conveying to me that that he was concerned about our situation and had the resources available to get the job done right away. The house required five, 40 foot roll-off containers, under a mandatory supervised police crew. Maury and his staff both handled the situation delicately and with absolute professionalism. I thank Maury and his company for helping me in such a time of need. They really came through in a pinch. 5 stars!!!!!!I would refer his company to anyone.
