The ladies here are amazing and the office staff always have great customer service. I use them to maintain our home on a weekly basis and we always appreciate the professionalism. I absolutely love coming home to a fresh house, and the fact that they are dogs friendly is wonderful! A++ for sure!!!!

The cleaning crew arrived on time at our home in Dickinson for a move out cleaning service. They did a complete floor to ceiling cleaning in every inch of the house and I was more than satisfied. They were very polite and they did such a great job - we hired them to do bi-weekly cleaning at our new house. I highly recommend this company for regular ongoing cleaning and for deep move out cleaning I havent had better.

Jerrie and her crew were a lifesaver. Molly Maid called me right when they were supposed to arrive to clean my home and they cancelled my appointment and said they couldnt make it. Jerrie and her cleaning personnel were able to accommodate me the same day! They cleaned my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house perfectly. They were efficient and very thorough. They even cleaned the inside of my whole huge fridge and freezer (it was empty because I was moving) at no additional charge. They swept and mopped and dusted and did everything I needed. They were such a pleasure to work with. They were respectful. Im definitely using them for any of my future cleaning needs. 100% recommend. Their pricing is also very hard to beat. These guys are awesome.

Fairy Dusters Maid Service is a detail-oriented and punctual arrival cleaning company. As I have a home office, I conduct much of my business during the day from home, and I am assured of confidentiality. I highly recommend them because they do much for me as my schedule is super busy: by sending email reminders, offers auto payments, and spot cleaning problems completed without hassle. Fairy Dusters did an AMAZING JOB on my parents home! Not only did they arrive on time, they did an exceptional deep cleaning in the areas of our home most needed. When they came home from Drs appointment, They almost cried because everything looked absolutely spotless. The house smelled so fresh and clean. They are worth every penny and then some. They will definitely be using their services again! I only wish they had a team in Las Vegas, maybe one day? :)

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They dont show up when they are supposed too!! When you call them to see what is going on they dont answer the phone or respond to text. They were also using name Maid by Design!! Dont waste your time!! Also, some of the 5 stars she is getting are from employees or family members. KNOWN FACT!! Go look under the other name she went by Maid by Design . 5 star was given by her husband, David Edwards.

Coming back from my busy day to a spotless, clean home is incredibly refreshing and really reduces my stress. Jerrie and her team are the best. Jerrie alone has amazing communication with you the entire process from giving you an estimate, to scheduling, letting you know when the team will arrive and following up with you after! The team arrived on time and went to work immediately. Our home needed a deep clean and we have two small dogs that shed like crazy. The ladies cleaned and dusted all surfaces, wiped down ceiling fans, vacuumed, mopped, made the beds, scoured our disgusting gas range... Im pretty picky but this company made me so happy! And I am happy to say that we signed up to do monthly cleanings. Thank you Ladies you all are the BEST!

This is my 2nd time using Fairy Dusters cleaning services and I must say they are very good just as their reviews say. I think that in my opinion they are the best cleaning company here in Houston and the ladies that come are super nice, friendly and thorough. Cant wait to have them back in 2 weeks.

Very poor customer Service. Jerrie confirmed TWICE with me to clean and was a no call no show .. I was explicit about when I needed my home cleaned and she confirmed to be here this morning between 8a and 9a. When she didnt show I messaged her and guess what....crickets! No word from her. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend her at all EVER!

She never showed up, tried contacting her for a week with no reply, and when we did get ahold of her, she would reschedule and still wouldnt show. Dont know how she is still in business
