Really a great gym if you hate being gawked at by men and if you want a really positive atmosphere. Ive always felt uncomfortable exercising in front of other people but this place isnt like that. And the staff are pretty cool. Also this place actually has a pool, hot tub, and sauna; which is fantastic after a really hard work out. They dont really have much in the way of weekend hours which is a shame, but their weekdays they stay open until 10 pm which is nice.

I like Pure Fitness but they need to increase the number of work out classes. There should be a daily offering of all workout classes. As well as some classes should be offered in AM and PM. Mondays there is usually a packed house in swimming aerobic classes and probably in most of the gym classes as well. There should be a cut off number in some of these classes as well. Packing in people is not a desirable option. Also, swimming aerobics should be offered on Fridays and Saturdays as well. Additionally, the sauna has been closed down for a long time.It is a nice gym with nice staff but more workout classes please!

I only joined for the Senior Fitness and water aerobics. This is the second Monday I have been turned away because the class is full. The front desk receptionist said the class was filled up 30 minutes before class started. She said there were no more chairs available. There was one empty chair in the back of the classroom, so I was preparing to use it. One of the members in the class locked the door to the classroom I guess so no one else could enter. The receptionist came to the door and and ask me if I was trying to get her fired. She said she told me I couldn’t come to the class because it was already full. So I put the weights back and left the classroom. She never addressed the locked door. I went to the desk and apologized to her and told her I was not trying to get her into any trouble. I looked in and saw an empty chair and there was enough distance space in the room. As a matter of fact one of the other members tried to get me to pull the chair in closer. She didn’t know I was told to leave. I told the other member no. I would follow the rules and left. When I joined, no one told me I was paying for a possibility to get into the group sessions. I really don’t need the classes so instead I’ll just let members who really need them have the spaces. Maybe adding another class on the same day would help. Adding another day of the same class to alleviate the space issue is not a solution. The teachers are great!! That’s why I could give 2 stars. Oh by the way, please get the water aerobics teachers a microphone.I know I have other alternatives as I was politely told.

Honestly, the gym overall is fine. The sauna never works, and I’m always getting picked on by one of trainers there. She thinks she owns the entire place. It makes me not want to continue my workouts.

Its alright. It has load of potential, but since it just reopened after the pandemic, I will cut them some slack.My main issue is that the website and the actual offerings are different. Take down the Yoga photos, there are no yoga classes.There are very limited selection of classes.There is also no one maintaining social media accounts. Folks will post stuff and get no or very limited response back.Also, clean the pool! I was there Wednesday and during the afternoon H2O class the sun hit the water just right so I could see all of the oil and dirt floating on top.Clean the pool. Check the pool everyday before opening so it will be ready when clients arrive. Folks dont want to take time out of their day to wait until a resource that should be ready is made available (this includes the sauna and steam room). The place should be ready to go when the doors open.

Really friendly staff specially front desk ladies, they really make sure everyone is taken good care of . Gym is really clean and nice for the price.

I was excited to start my first gym membership, upon touring the facility this seemed like a nice fit, however I was wrong. I chose this gym because of the sauna….IT IS ALWAYS BROKE!!! I hadn’t worked out in a few weeks and had plans for that sauna as it is easily my favorite thing about my workouts, upon going to the changing rooms I noticed it was locked and down for repairs! The front desk stated it’s been down for a while and don’t know when it’s going to be fixed!!! Really?! I literally almost cried as I am over the constant repairs. I’m on the treadmill now and I’m canceling my membership. I even got over the fact that there isn’t any toilet seat covers and I have to squat each time…we are women and this gym needs to accommodate that. It might seem small, but you guys have no idea what makes people’s day, and then of course all you get is “I’m sorry, we’ll look into it and speak to the manager…blah blah…(continues to insert generic apology and responses)” But I guarantee you the same amount of money is due each month although we don’t have the accommodations we need! Bottom line is I know when enough is enough and I have had enough!!!

We were a group of 5 trying out the facility for the first time in order to let our larger group of more than 25 ladies know how our experience was. The young lady at the reception was very nice and professional however the on duty manager was very rude and curt to us about so called dress attire mind you we called ahead of time and asked for all of the rules and regulations before making the long drive over there. The manager was not concern in the least about negative publicity or even losing clients. As Muslim ladies we were not treated very well at all by this manager.

Poor Quality: customer service was good from the receptionist but horrible from the manager regarding swimming pool attire.Poor communication: I called hours before arriving to make sure that pool attire was appropriate I was told by reception that it was. After getting into the pool 20 minutes later I was told by manager the body suit I was wearing wasnt appropriate. Mind you the swim suit was legging like and had a top which covered my entire body. ALSO, keep in mind that it was a group of us in the same type of attire and once we were all told by the manager that we could not wear that and that we would have to get out the pool, all of us said that we would be leaving and the manger made no apologies or overtures to try to keep us satisfied as potential gym members.I will never go back there again or recommend this place to anyone!

Extra cleaning and sanitizing around the clock. Facilities are all in good shape and well kept. Love it!

The equipment is mediocre. The staff (the front desk girl was nice) does not have any respect. I have not felt more unwelcomed in my whole life. I came in to check it out and they made me feel like I was just a check to them. That’s why I did not sign up and I would tell everyone to RUN! Also as a mom the daycare is closed and that was my main reason for checking the place out. I have 3 kids and need to work out but I need someone to watch them

Pool is so dirty, pool floor’ tiles is so slippery and water is so dirty. Sorry to say last week I went into pool and my skin has rashes and itching start. So I consulted Elergist. Please I request to management please clean pool and change new water .

The dry sauna ALWAYS needs maintenance. It’s never available

Their sole goal is to rip people off and take as much money as they can. they make it almost impossible to cancel your membership and basically charge you for wanting to leave. the customer service has a terrible attitude and I am so happy for finally get rid of this place!

I’m very impressed so far. The staff are professional and super friendly. The gym is clean and extremely organized. They are taking all the proper procedures for COVID19. I would definitely recommend you giving them a try. I’m excited to continue to workout 🏋🏼‍♀️

I gave this gym a 5 star because the gym is super clean and the front desk girls are wonderful! I feel safe coming here during this whole COVID 19! However my only complaint is the manager Emily. I spoke with her and she was very condescending and I felt like she did not want to even talk to me. Instead of nicely reminding people to keep their mask up she yells at people from her office. She’s Rude ! I have been a member for a long time and I would like to feel appreciated by a manager.

I am so happy with my membership at Pure Fitness on Louetta. I’ve been a member for about 10 months. The spin class is awesome! Chandra offers great choreography, changing it up from class to class. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout. The music is perfect too! The new bikes are great. Bathrooms are always clean. The main manager, Emily is super friendly!

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and I recommend all my friends! Every morning I come I am greeted and welcomed. There’s always equipment available. I feel safe and comfortable every time I come here! I’m short and able to use all the machines comfortably because everything in here is for women. There’s TVs everywhere so I can watch my son in the kids club. I don’t see why women would want to go anywhere else? Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic women’s gym and fitness club! The staff are super conscientious about safety and cleanliness. You will be greeted at the door by some of the friendliest and loveliest girls I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! The cost itself is incentive enough to take a look at only $10 per month but the facility would suggest a more costly membership. When the classes are able to continue after Covid they are also pretty great and the instructors and trainers are great. I’m a marathon runner and I have been working out and training here for about 18 months and I’ve never had a single complaint. If you are a woman looking for a good place to workout check them out. It’s worth it.

This was an amazing gym and Im sure it still is. However, when I asked how to cancel my membership I was directed to a website. It was very easy and manageable to cancel. 1 YEAR LATER, I find out that I have been sent to collections for $87.28. Why thank you as I am a single mother going to school full time. This is a wonderful appreciation after the great times and loyalty had at this facility.

I canceled my membership a year ago. Every month I’m having to call my bank and explain this mess. Because pure fitness continues to withdrawal. My hard earned money. We’re in a pandemic!!! I canceled my membership a year ago. I can’t understand why canceling membership is such a hassle. Please fix this issue.

I wish there were another women’s only gym in the area. When this Pure Fitness wants your business, they practically smother you with pretend accommodations; after that, you can’t even get help with the machines.Nor can you get broken items repaired. Currently, the showers have 5 out of 5 either broken or without soap or shampoo. A treadmill is broken without a sign indicating this. A dressing room was broken for approximately one month! The sound on the TV in the lounge has not worked for a long time. I like to watch its only channel after working out, but I have requested sound 9 times! Instead of repairs, clients get the runaround.Although the front desk employees are nice, it practically takes an act of congress to get something fixed. They keep saying they will talk to and email management, but nothing happens. This Pure Fitness does not maintain its facility properly!

I absolutely love this place! The classes are so much fun and really give me a great workout. I met with Emily the General Manager. She was so nice and knowledgeable. She shared her weight loss journey with me and it truly inspired me. Briana also helped me with some of the equipment. She was a pleasure to speak with. The girls at the check in area are super nice and friendly. I am looking forward to being a long time member. Thank you for making a difference in MY journey!

I have always hated going to the gym, but I Absolutely love this gym. The staff is so very nice and very knowledgeable. There are a wide variety of classes to take and my favorite is water aerobics with Johnnie. They provide trainers that care about you and your health and strive to create a program that will help you succeed in your goals.

I love it here. There are lot of machines and the place is real clean. Guy free so you can feel comfortable doing leg workouts. Wet/dry sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and daycare. I really wish it was opened longer. Even if it was just two days. Sometimes I don’t want to go at home at 10pm. I want to keep working out. Please EXTEND HOURS like other gyms. Don’t forget about the people who work late or work night shift.

All my friends are part of this gym. Their staff is usually pretty nice, and their child care is adequate. For the price you really cant find a better gym for women. Just make sure you wait for a promotion!

This gym is a great place to go to feel empowered safe and unbothered. They have a wet and dry sauna and also a pool area with a hot tub.If there are any repairs that need to be made and or issues that need to be addressed these are handled in a very timely fashion.

I should have read and done my due diligence more thoroughly before signing up! For the most part, I think the gym layout is nice and I liked the variety of equipment options. Subsequently, after being a member for such a short period, less than a month, the agony began. If I was to explain all the erroneous account issues this post would be lengthy. In short, I have multiple fees and late charges attached to my account because of account negligence, not on my behalf. To my surprise, I had the same account number as another member, which contributed to the account issues.I thought I was being a good steward by providing my bank account information, following, my debit card information since their system would not accept my bank account numbers, which I still do not understand. Now, unauthorized charges are being withdrawn from my account when I have asked the facility to stop any following fees I will physically walk in and we will go from there. I am mainly frustrated with the facility because of the lack of.. The lack of customer care or concern, attention, professionalism, urgency, customer appreciation, ability to communicate and the lack of empathy. This journey has been so stressful. No one will return your calls. Now I am without a gym membership( I chose to cancel due to the lack of issues listed above). I lost all the money I paid for my initial membership/investment. Setback towards my fitness and health goals. I am so displeased with this facility.

I really love this gym and what it has to offer. The lady we talked with Briana was well knowledgeable and helpful. She really took the time to show us how the machines worked. She was really nice and professional.

First of all its for women only and that makes you freer to do all the moves! Their classes are good and all the ckass trainers work very hard and motivate us to keep going. They do have pretty nice selection of exercise machines that are available for whole day.

Good place to work out but almost impossible to cancel membership nicely. This is the second time my wife try to cancel and it proved very hard to do so,Have to go very hard, extra mile to cancel. This place is by far the most difficult membership to cancel. I follow their instruction all the way but still cross my finger in hope they will actually cancel . Last time they said they did cancel but never did, had to go with the bank to dispute with them.

Ive been coming to this gym for years. It was pretty good, but now its just going down. The classes get cancelled without any notice. Even though there is an app. You would think it would be easy to just quickly type it on there to notify us.The kids club in the mornings is so busy. Yet there are only 2 ladies that are watching all the kids. Especially when there are little babies, plz hire more people in the morning time.

I heard about this place from a friend and I came in as a guest. Everyone here was so kind and helpful. Emily was very welcoming and answered all of my questions patiently. I stayed a while to try the Zumba class and the sauna afterwards and what a workout and sweat!! I will definitely be back to commit to a weekly schedule. I highly recommend!

Best place to work out. Love all the amenities that are included with your membership. I enjoy the benefit of the kids club and my kids love it too.

I love how Pure Fitness has kept me busy and fit since my retirement. The calendar is always full of classes and activities. Everything in the gym is well maintained and clean: from the equipment to the pool and spa. I also love how the locker rooms have individual dressing areas. Its such a great atmosphere here. I enjoy going because of the friendly staff—in particular, Ms. Nesreen is wonderful. She has been so helpful and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, she made it her personal duty to resolve it right away. I cant recommend this place enough!

Ive been a member since 2016. They always greet you and the customer service is overall great. The membership is cheap and they have a daycare. As a mom of 3, that has been convenient. They have plenty of machines and I am a fan of the sauna and steam room. I have had a very positive experience with the classes and have reached my weight loss and fitness goals from the gym Allow me to explain my 4 star review.Ms. Love was General Manager and was the best GM they had. The way Ms Love was fired rubbed me the wrong way. But it looks like the gym took a loss and she gained. They have had quite a few GMs but no one seems to stay. I actually had a very bad experience with the former GM Porsha who was horrible and someone I can tell in a past life, this life, or the next, I would not like. Additionally there is long periods when the pool and steam rooms are out of order. So I took away the star because it seems some higher ups make mistakes in my humble opinion. But you cant beat all you get for the price and there are great ppl running the gym who Im sure need a raise. Overall I still recommend the gym if youre a woman looking for a gym with good classes and an unbeatable price, this is it.

This gym has low ratings and for a good reason. Their classes are always full. Also, the pool is broken all the time and when is not, it cannot be used during peak hours because they have their supposedly-water aerobics. The instructor they have is horrible towards minority women. Her little group will make sure that if the student is a minority, she is kicked out. The instructors little group harassed my family member until she didnt want to attend the gym. The facility is clean, no doubt, but not clean of the nasty and lying members of management they have in charge! Women are not allowed to breast feed their children, yet they are allowed to kiss and do other things... Their atmosphere is quite toxic! Also, they make it difficult to cancel your membership, it is quite tricky. I would not recommend this place at all, worst gym I ever used!

I wish there was a choice for zero star. I have been charge for a team class that they stop offering a year ago. I have called numerous times to get it resolved and no one bother to call me back. The ladies in charge are alway rude. The classes all full and the only reason I stayed this long was because I really enjoy the 6am instructor who is no longer there.

I love this gym. Its women only and all different shapes and sizes. No woman should feel uncomfortable here. We are all accepted. The facility is super clean and has wonderful amenities. There is daycare for kids. And TV screens where you cam watch them while you work out. They definitely made this gym for women. Its awesome

Hi everyone. I like the fact that is all women gym, I feel more comfortable than regular gym. I go in the mornings whenmy kids are at school. I like theres lots of classes, sauna, pool, steam room, spinning all in one price. But the three things I dont like are; when Im using a machine someone with an instructor come and want to use the same machine Im using ugh, the next one is the weight area is sooo small,, I think they should expand it by limiting the office area, the last one is the machines are so rusted and look old.I hope Pure fitness could do something about these, please. Then I would give my 5 star review happily.

Not sure why this gym has such a low google rating! This has been my gym for 3 years. Very clean and many machines to choose from! The classes are always busy and going strong! The bathrooms and locker rooms are pleasant with toiletries available. I get in and out in 45 minutes!

Very disappointing! I’ve been distracted by sales people yelling in their office, the person in charge of trainers is condescending and takes sides with the trainers rather than listening and understanding what clients are saying, and the trainers range from absolutely wonderful to ridiculously antisocial and rude! Some of the trainers are very uninformed regarding older women and joint issues and ask things like, “you still have a hurt knee?” when they’ve been told repeatedly that you have bone on bone arthritis and are awaiting a knee replacement. Corporate office isn’t any better! I was told I would receive a return phone call within 48 hours, and it’s been over a month! I do know however that corporate called the gym regarding my complaint and spoke to the person in charge of training. She was quick to let me know that corporate had called her about my phone call. That’s all fine and good, but the professional response would’ve been a return phone call directly from the corporate office. After reading all of the complaints and reviews about the cancellation process, I’m a little concerned; however, I plan to cancel my membership immediately upon the end of my contract! I will not recommend this company to anyone I know based on the poor customer service that I have received both at the gym and from corporate office.

VERY but VERY Disappointed of this place if want to work out with a buddy or a family member this is not a good place to do so.... these trainers looking like not trainers are just watching what you do so they k cancel your membership if they consider you as a thread for them by exercising with ur buddy or family... for them exercising together is considered training and they want u to pay them to teach u how to use a machine this is so ridiculous!!!! Been here for to many years and this is insane

Overall, I really like this gym. Management is not overly friendly but it is easy in and out and ad long as you follow the rules you will be fine. I havent taken many classes so no input there. Love the ladies in the kids club!

Seems like I’m not the only one having issues with cancelation. Great gym, great environment...ok... HOWEVER, this place doesn’t cancel your membership when you have requested. I canceled my membership to find out a year later that I was sent to collections. If there was indeed an issue with my cancelation, why is it that I never received a call? I never received a bill (they have my address), my card was NOT charged either (otherwise I would have found out that the membership wasn’t canceled). Here I was thinking the cancelation was active. Watch out people! Seems they will send you to collections just to cancel a membership. My next step is to make a complaint with Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous!

Good Luck Canceling your membership. We have attempted to cancel my wifes membership three times to no avail. We were told you have to mail in cancellation and it seems that the post office loses their incoming mail on a regular basis. We were told there are no other termination options to make it inconvenient to cancel. Well see what certified mail and my lawyer can do about recouping our funds. My wife hasnt lived within 50 miles of the gym for a year and they are still taking our money.

I love this women only gym. Lots and lots of machines and weights. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. I have a great personal trainer which is the only thing that gets me to the gym regularly.

Nice pool as it is usually comfortable to get in temperature wise both the air and the water. Like the yoga classes also with Donna. Sometimes parking can be a challenge especially on Friday mornings. I wish they would put their schedule online as it changes but their website is not kept up to date.I went today and the machine that gets water out of your swimsuit was broken. No shampoo, conditioner or soap ( so bring your own). Asked and they said they had ordered new dispenser but it may be a day or two.Have to download their app to know when classes are as they dont have paper schedule anymore

Wish I had taken time to look at reviews before I signed up. I Went in to contest 50 charge and was told it was annual fee that I was told would be waived as part of the sign up promotion outside Target. When asked to speak with individual who was doing the promotion I was informed she no longer worked there. When I asked to cancel I was given a small pre printed slip of paper to go online and cancel. Since these were handy and ready to go it appears I am not the only one who is having this experience. I said that since I signed up in person I wanted to cancel in person. In the process I was told I would still get a bill for next month so asked for a membership card since I had never been in before. Told her since I had been charged 70 already and was going to get another charge on August 1st that I wanted the membership card and the Manager Belle Raynor refused to give me a card! She did give me a customer service number which goes straight to VM so I have time to share my experience. Wish It had taken the time visit facility and to look at reviews before I signed up.

Again I dont understand why this gym has such bad ratings. I absolutely love it! The classes are GREAT and so motivating I go almost everyday and never feel like a class did not give me a great work out. It is always clean and I am so happy to have found this place. I highly recommend it to anyone. By the way I have already been a member for 3 months and will continue to work out here as long as I live in this area. Because I really do love it!!

Great value, exceptional staff, varied group classes and well maintained equipment

I love having a ladies only gym (especially being a Muslim woman who is conscious of modest attire) that is clean and close to me, and extremely affordable when they have their random deals pop up for a low down payment and $10/month. I favor a certain group fitness instructor, but pretty much all the classes are lovely. Been coming here for around 6 years and I plan on sticking around! I wouldve given it 5 stars but I dont necessarily care for the top people- upper upper management. The immediate management is great though. Very kind ladies. 😁

My go to gym! My first year anniversary being here is coming up and am still happy and excited like the day I signed up. All girls, girl power! no pervs looking at you. I adoreeee zumba and cycling! They push you to keep going even when unnmotivated. Staff is very friendly too!

I joined August 2017. I was talked into small group sessions for $89 a month. A month later I sprained my wrist and could not do small group. I was told to send a certified letter with a doctors note which I did. They never acknowledged it. I finally had to stop payment at my bank. I have tried to cancel membership for months but was told it had to be done on line. I tried but did not seem to figure their website out. After numerous calls and letters to them, with no results except that they hung up on me several times, I am resorting to reporting them to the BBB and filing complaints with Texas Secretary of State and th Attorney General. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THEIR DOOR. It is a frustrating and expensive choice.

I have been a member for years and I will continue to be a member. Overall I have been pleased with my experience as a member here.However, today I am only giving 1 star. The online class schedule is incorrect & apparently this has been an ongoing issue that hasnt been resolved for some time now. I was planning on attending an 11:30 yoga class. (According to their online schedule which posted as taking place at 11:30 am)This morning I had called to make sure the class was still being held. I spoke to a front desk person, and was told the yoga class is actually at 11:45. I assumed I looked at the online class schedule incorrectly.I showed up at 11:45. Come to find out, there is no yoga class at 11:45. The yoga class was actually at 10:30 which I would have attended had the online class schedule been correct & if I had been told the correct information regarding the class time when I had called to make sure the class was still going on.To add to the inconvenience, Dawn, the manager didnt apologize or show any sign of customer service. I am not impressed by her lack of management skills. It seemed as though she just didnt care that much about the said issue.This shouldnt be an issue at all. It shouldnt be hard to stay on top of an online class exercise schedule. I have wasted my time and resources. I am not happy, and will be filing a formal complaint to corporate.BEWARE of the class schedule times!!!

Overall good experience. Flo was exceptionally nice. Like all the nutritional aids at your finger tips. Clean! Child care is good. Machines in good working order. And like class selection. So far nothing negative to report.

I love this gym. I just joined because my co-worker belongs to this gym and has said many good things about it. Yes the sales pitch is pushy, but what sales person isnt!!? Come on! These people are just doing their job. I have never had any bad experience with any of the staff. I attend classes as well which are awesome! You arent going to the gym to be best friends with the staff, youre going to work out!!

Do not join this gym. I have NEVER stepped foot in the gym. Never signed paperwork that would put me in a contractural agreement. I paid the initial enrollment fee over the phone. I was told the account would be effective once paperwork was completed. That step was never done, yet they have been drafting money from my account each month. Trying to cancel an account that was never opened has been impossible. No response from them through better business bureau. Management doesnt return phone calls. Meanwhile, Im still being charged. Do not get involved with this company. There are lots of gyms to choose from.

Beware they lie about how you can easily cancel online, then they charge your card large amounts money. I havent been a part of this gym in 2 years! Ive tried canceling 6 times only to be told we didnt get it. Its a scam! The manager will get loud and nasty when you tell them you were lied to about canceling.I just tried looking for website and now they dont have one to be found so you cant even try to cancel online!

I have had MANY gym memberships - this place is by far the best. Ladies only - so we can focus ON OURSELVES! The facilities are awesome - nice changing rooms and locker room and a variety of classes and equipment for everyone. The pool is amazing!

This gym is what it is. A gym for women who want to work out. For 10 bucks a month you get good equipment, training classes, a pool, a place to watch your kids, a clean locker/bathroom and sauna. To me its a great place to work out.

Very clean facility. I really like the fact that it is an all womens gym, but it does have some drama. Otherwise, good place to exercise and equipment is in fair shape. The fitness instructors are amazing!

The pool is often closed without warning. In April it was closed for about a month, then closed another couple is days. It’s May 30th and it’s closed again for another couple or so days. I have some health conditions that limits my exercise to water activities. So when the pool is closed I can’t exercise. I have lost 30 pounds which is being slowed down when I can’t get my 1 1/2 hour of water exercise. Imagine driving all the way to the gym only to see pool closed sign....y’all never heard of email.... it would be nice if you would inform customers when the pool is going to be closed.😡🤯

Please beware of this place. I have read several complaints regarding the cancellation policy. They state you have to cancel via the website 30 days in advance yet they continue billing your account for several months. I understand being billed one last to clear the 30 days but to continue billing is crazy. Maybe someone should look into a class action lawsuits. Why is it so difficult to cancel?

I went in to turn in my notice of cancellation for the personal trainer, which you have 3 days to do so and this was on day 2. The manager on duty Belle R was very rude and would not give me a receipt saying I turned in my hand written note, as the contact states that it is my responsibility to get. I was very polite and patient after asking her several times all I need is something in writing stating I came in but since no trainer was on duty she would not give it to me. I was going out of town and wanted to make sure this was taken care of so I wont be charged and this became a terrible experience. ALL I WANTED IS A RECEIPT!!!. I also asked for her manager or the district manager and she would not give me their number either. This was between 5 45 and 6 PM on 6/14/2019. Consider this my notice of cancellation and receipt since your manager on duty would not.

I am very happy with this gym. Very clean well designed. The ladys in childcare are AWESOME!

It is a women only gym! I felt so at ease working out here!

I love it here, never knew an all women gym is what I was missing in a gym. I go every chance I get.

Pros:If you do not have children and do not plan to attend the classes, this gym is pretty clean and it has all of the equipment you would need. I liked the way the locker rooms had individual rooms you could change in especially if youre not the type that likes walking around naked in front of people.I cancelled my LA Fitness membership to join this gym so that I could save $30 per month. In the end, it probably wasnt a good idea for the following reasons:1. I was charged a $99 sign up fee to join Pure and charged for an extra month after I cancelled.2. I was charged $60 worth of maintenance fees for the 1 year and 4 months I was a member there.3. Childcare service was terrible. Basically just a cage with a TV in it to keep your children in.4. Group fitness room way too small, had to be 10 minutes early to be able to fit in the class.5. Bad acoustics in group fitness room - my ears rang after each class I attended.6. Showers always had hair in the drains.

My wife has been trying to cancel her membership since December 2017 and keeps getting told to go “online” to do it which the website never works nor processes the request. Corporate office is absolutely zero help and keeps telling us that the monthly payments are not their problem and that they will not refund us over $100 in charges. I’m stationed in San Diego and we don’t live in Spring anymore. This is sad they they are this money hungry and will steal from people. There have been over 7 BBB complaints against them for their billing practices since October 2017. I would use 24hr or somewhere else.

I love this gym. Its quiet, well-maintained and Ive had nothing but positive interactions with their staff. You cant beat the price anywhere.

I joined this gym because I didnt want to feel uncomfortable like I did at a regular gym.This is an all womens gym. Its really nice but it ended being the same thing.The people stare here as much as the guys did in the other gym.Fake friendly demeanor (except for an employee named Claudia)I wouldnt recommend.
