I had a laptop that would loop around around and not let you sign in stating there was problems and that the laptop was trying to fix itself. I brought it here and they fixed the same day, the only thing I wished was that they would have given me my hard drive back when it was replaced. There was nothing valuable there but still. Its been a few months since the repair and my laptop has been running perfectly fine. I will definitely bring back my business here.

Dont believe the good reviews here. This place is a joke. Wow who are these people who would buy a laptop from this crowd or praise how good their motherboard was cleaned.. lol. After being here twice my only thought for anyone thinking about going here is just stay away.

This place is the best move you can do for the money. They are completely genuine with tech knowledge and skill. I went there for a laptop repair and they did it by the next day!! Amazing speed and super friendly. Didn’t feel judged at all for my lack of computer knowledge!!! They kept encouraging me to get better in a good way.

Dropped my phone off at 11:00 in morning to get my screen fixed and was told that it would be ready by 3 or 4 and they said they would call when it was ready. I called at 4:30pm because I still had no call from these people and they started coming up with excuses. I then drive up to the place and they still had no one working on my phone. The guy said he can get it to me in an hour and a half but I decided to take my business somewhere else. I do not think this is professional at all

Got my dell upgraded and saved a ton on building a pc. The adapter for my laptop which I bought from them got bad in a week or so but these guys just have me another one free of charge. The computers there are various from old to new and is full of parts and items for sale. I’ve been here a few times before just to browse and then one day I decided to give these guys a try and I wasn’t disappointed.

I went to take my computer to get fixed I got six with the Kobe when I went back to get it they did not give it to me she said that she did not have it anymore when I took it the guy that was working there do not give me a receipt and thats why they do not give me my computer back so what do I do they called the cops saying that I was assaulted him all I wanted was my computer cuz my daughter uses it and internet for her school and now Amara computer all because she did not give me a receipt but he said I did not need a receipt just come back so what should I do

Quality Systems helped my son build his gaming PC. Tim was very helpful and did a great job. Very satisfied with his work and professionalism. Cost was also so reasonable compared to many other places. Thank you for a job well done. Will definitely go to them again for additional work.

This place is an absolute scamI had an issue with my computer (the computer would not detect the hard drive, which caused the BIOS window to open up).The tech said that windows needed to be reinstalled on the computer to work. I explained that the hard drive already had windows installed on it and the computer was unable to detect the hard drive. He continues to say With all due respect, I know more about computers than you and I will install windows correctly and this error will not happen again. Before I agreed to the service, the tech assured me that if the error occurred again he would refund me.The computer worked for a couple hours (as it had done after I installed it myself). I take it back in to ask for my refund and the response I got was I cant give you a refund, I have talked to a lot of people in the last 2 days and I do not remember agreeing to that. Instead he offered to do the same service over again Free of charge or sell me one of their refurbished laptops they have in store with a discount.

So far the worst service Ive ever had for a computer repair. Employees are not helpful and do not follow through on what they say they are going to do. I dropped my laptop off and was told they were busy and would take a few days. That was almost a month ago. I went up there twice and no one knew what was going on. And I have called 4 times and each time Im told the owner will call me that evening. I NEVER got a call. Do not go here!

They are always helpful and courteous .Will give technical advice to enhance performance of computers. I always have bought my laptops and desktops from them at very good prices.
