My Lexus RX350 needed brake replacement for the front and rear. Lexus gave me a quote, which was really high just to resurface the rotors and replace brake pads. So I decided to check the local shops. I decided to go with CB, since their reviews and estimate were excellent.Upon my arrival, the shop is very clean, has coffee & water, comfy seats, a window to view the garage and a place for kids to play. They have a shuttle service, which I used so I wouldnt have to wait for my vehicle.They gave me progress reports on text, which is so appreciated.When the work was completed, they gave me a breakdown of costs and different methods of payment. It was very easy and quick.My overall experience was very similar to Lexus service, except CB has better value. They are very professional, patient and honest. If your looking for the best local automotive shop that wont scam you or try scare tactics then look no further. Thank you again. Customer for life.

Everyone was kind and professional. The diagnostics were thorough, so you can choose what you needed to get repaired right away, or choose some things at a later date. The diagnostics gives you a clear and complete picture of what services your vehicle needs. Very quick service. I had sway bars and bushings done, brakes and rotors and new tires, and they did it all in one day. I love their shuttle up service as well.

As a young girl I grew up with a grandpa who was a mechanical engineer in the Navy and a father who always fixed (or at least attempted) to fix his own cars before bringing them to the shop. So that being said, I have a fairly good working knowledge of how a car engine runs. I also have extremely good experience with mechanics trying to get over on me because Im a girl and wont know an oil pan from an engine block. I have to say how pleased I am to have found the genuinely trustworthy folks over at Christian Brothers Automotive on North Grand Parkway. I usually go into a mechanic shop ready for battle, this is what I want. This is what I DO NOT want kind of attitude. I was met with their super friendly service advisor, Robert, who walked me through their system. I was REALLY surprised to have him sit down with me and go over an itemized list of prices for me to approve line by line before they did any work on my car. Better yet, a few of the things I thought needed changed he said werent really necessary at my mileage and werent worth spending the money on quite yet. How cool not to be taken for a fool just because you are a woman! Now for the girly stuff, they have a super cute & comfortable lobby with computer portals & phone outlets/chargers. So if you chose not to use their shuttle service you can work in a nice quiet environment while you wait. Last but not least, as a mommy I gotta mention full wooden changing table with extra diapers and wipes in the bathroom just in case you are stuck at a mechanic with a screaming baby and just happened to forget the diaper bag...because it happens...trust me.

Glen was very friendly and courteous, even showed me the flush machine that would be used for the direct injection induction and valve cleaning service. I came to this specific location to get that service along with a state inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. I dropped my truck of first thing in the morning, and they actually finished it before the end of the day. Great service, thank you!

I called several times to ask about getting a suspension problem with my car diagnosed, and the phone was answered by an employee named Glenn. Every time I started talking to ask for information, he would immediately hang up on me. No explanation, just kept hanging up on me, wouldnt even let me finish my question. After calling back again after being hung up on several times, I asked if there was a reason he kept hanging up on me. He gave me some excuse saying that they couldnt hear anyone talking the first several times I called, even though they hung up on me after like 2 seconds each time. No one hangs up after not hearing anything after 2 seconds, without even saying Hello? or anything like that, so its clear that this excuse he gave was just a blatant lie. Its sad how rudely they treat a potential customer, especially for a company that purports to be a Christian business.

I am very pleased with the service I received here. They were friendly, quick and I feel confident in the repairs made! After work I made an appointment online to bring my car in the next morning after discovering a leak under my car. My email was responded to within a couple of hours to confirm my drop-off time for the next day. They sent me texts throughout the morning telling me what they were doing, a digital inspection with pictures, an estimate and I got my car back the same day. Thank you, Christian Brothers.😊

Mr. Glen picked up my call and was friendly and professional right of the bat. I told him exactly what I needed done, as another place wanted a ridiculous amount for it. He set me up with an appointment right away to get my repair done. Mr. Rob checked me in when I got there and was super nice, and let me add an oil change. Few hours later my car was ready! All the staff there were professional and friendly!! Great service and very professional. There was an issue after having my break pads changed and rotors resurfaced. They explained it very well and accurately addressed the problem. The problem was unexpected and could have cost me more. However, they fairly and somewhat generously worked with me to get it resolved with no hassle. The shuttle service was also great and very helpful. While waiting I also watched the mechanics working on other vehicles. They impressively kept the shop very clean and you could tell they took pride in their work. All these things add up to having a first class service with great quality. Definitely found a new place for my vehicles when they need maintenance.

Well, as a result of the computer chip shortage, quickly shifting auto sales market, purchasing an overpriced CPO or new vehicle was out of picture. Therefore, I needed to keep my old girl working well, for a little bit longer.After having a colleague at work who highly recommended Christian Brothers Automotive, I decided, on a whim to give them a try, and I was so grateful that I did. I dont often trust service shops, because I have had bad experiences in the past where I have been pushed services that I werent immediate needs, or outside of my target budget.Due to the severity of some of the issues I had on my vehicle, it took several days to get all of the parts in to the shop and get all of the required repairs completed. I live right behind the spring stuebner shop and I walked over to ask for a battery jump so I could bring my truck into the shop and they refused. My truck was literally fifty feet away in the apartment complex right behind the store. Told me they could do it the next day. I’ll never step foot inside that place again the person was very rude and short with me. That jump would have netted you a couple hundred bucks for a starter replacement. Called milstead they sent a wrecker with a jump box . They got my business. Not Christian brothers. Little customer service goes a long way. The short guy with the salt and pepper hair and beard is rude and doesn’t listen. Milstead automotive drove from rayford rd you could t walk fifty feet. No thanks

They went above and beyond to make sure I only needed a wheel alignment and nothing else. They even pulled my car up with the air conditioner going and a complimentary bottle of cold water to go. They charged me a very fair price also. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had my “check engine” light come on and without hesitation took it to Christian Brothers because of the amazing service I’d experienced previously. Glen was the BEST ever! I explained to him it was tough for me to get someone to pick me up as I live a bit away from all my family and friends, he promptly offered to pick up my car! I couldn’t believe it. In an hour max, Christian Brothers was at my house to pick up my car and Glen kept me updated every step of the way. It didn’t matter what I asked of him, the answer was yes!This company even offered to pick me up, take to me a store, take me to get food, or send Uber Eats to me! Glen even asked about my two year old to make sure he was okay while we were without a vehicle.This company not only takes pride in what they do, they genuinely care about their customers. When my Honda Odyssey broke down, I knew to have it towed to the nearest Christian Brothers. Not only did they diagnose the problem right away (power steering rack and pinion), but they noticed that the broken parts looked new enough to be covered by warranty from the (different) mechanic who last worked on them. Long story short, I was able to get the repairs done by the original mechanic for free and Christian Brothers didnt charge me a dime (they even offered to pay to have the Odyssey towed back to them in the event that I needed that). It would have been very easy for Christian Brothers to just recommend and perform the needed repairs at my expense, but they went above and beyond in every way to be honest and forthright. I am profoundly grateful, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough!

They did a comprehensive check on a 17 year old vehicle that we were going to allow a missionary family to use. Unfortunately, the needed repairs were more costly than renting a vehicle for the family to use. We chose to sell the vehicle as is.CBA was very understanding as to our situation. I had my car towed here after breaking down on 99. Everyone was so friendly. They diagnosed the problem instantly, stayed in constant communication with me, and even saw that there was a factory recall for the error. They set up the appointment for me at the dealer and helped make sure everything was done right. While this is not the closest CBA to me, I would return and highly recommend to others.

I was very happy to see CBA opening in my area. I have been going to another location and very pleased with CBA. This new location did not disappoint me. Efficient and knowledgeable. I have an unusual 2008 Smart car and I am very happy to have Mike and CBA in my neighborhood.

Great costumer service can’t lie about that, went in for a car diagnostic on my 2011 was concerned about the car throwing misfires and wanted to see if it was a problem with the high fuel pump or low fuel pump, left my car on Thursday at 3:42 didn’t receive the car till Monday afternoon said there was problems over it. Paid 195.95 for the diagnostic when they told me the fuel tank was leaking, quoted me $3000 to fix the problem, end up going to another mechanic who charged me $45 ended up giving me a full car diagnostic and it wasn’t even the tank, got that replaced and it ended up being the computer that was bad, got my problem fixed with $400.

I am very pleased with the services that I received from Christian Brtohers Automotive. The entire staff from the employees that greeted me when I walked out of my car to the employees in the garage office and throughout were all 1000% professional, courteous, and compassionate. They checked on my car and checked on how I was doing as well. They really truly do care about people here. You’re not just a number here. They went the extra mile to make sure that I drove away in a safe and properly working car. Their service was on time, thorough, honest and the most professional. I was even given a bible for myself and another for my son. You can feel the difference in the atmosphere and how you are treated you can tell when you are there that you are in a Christ centered environment. Bryan and Glenn were the nicest, kindest, and super patient, persons Ive ever met. It was my first time using this CB location. I have been to many other locations and every one is nice and sweet, BUT this Christian Brothers went the whole 9 yards! They were extra kind, extra sweet and extra everything! I have a 1997 Toyota 4/runner, that still looks young, that I love and till death do us part but after 2 years of driving my sons around in this sweltering, muggy, stagnant Houston Heat, and other repair shops couldnt fix it or wouldnt try to fix it because its so old, I feared that I was gonna have to part with my beloved Toyota that has been there for me for 23 years....only this sweltering heat and sitting in bumper to bumper traffic was coming between us....Well not at this CB, not if Bryan could help it, he knew how much I loved my Toyota 4/runner! He was going to make sure my kids and I drove off into the sunset, with the windows rolled up and the only air blasting in our faces, was coming out blasting cold from the air vents in my Toyota. He even put us in a rental for 6 days because we didnt have another means of transportation......I mean wow! They gave us the whole 9 yards, the whole enchilada the whole cake and not just a slice! Took my daughters car in late afternoon after I discovered a spot under her car just as she was about to take a long drive back to college. Mike got it checked out right away and discovered a bad water pump. They quickly got it fixed the next day. They also found her battery was bad and took care of that for me. Mike had the parts store where I previously bought the battery bring him a new battery and installed it for me. Saved me a huge amount of time and headache so I didn’t have to do this myself. Towed my daughter’s car into CBA in pieces from a mobile mechanic who cost me $2,000. I had been told the engine was likely bad. I was going to sell the paid off car with only 124k miles. CBA was determined to get it running! A 20+ yr veteran mechanic pieced the car back together, thankfully! Discovered it was electrical not the engine and repairable! I went in for an oil change and an inspection and the staff was very courteous. The waiting room was very nice and clean as well. The service was top notch and everything was explained very well. Absolutely recommend them!

The mechanic, Mr. Anthony, who is well qualified to work on Toyota Camery Hibryd automobiles, diagnosed and replaced the ABS Hydraulic Unit and performed all related re-intializing procedures including flushing contaminated fluids and replacing with clean fluids. All associates were professional, patient and respectful of my concerns. I highly recommend this company 👌.

I took my vehicle in because the AC was getting a little weak. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional and they were very upfront and transparent about what would be done and what it would cost.They dropped me off at home while they checked the system and performed a courtesey inspection on the vehicle. I even recieved texts telling me when they began work on the vehicle, and a link to a detailed inspection report complete with photos of minor issues discovered during the inspection. All of the things they found on the inspection were issues I was already aware of and had been putting off for financial reasons. They even reminded me that my registration was due soon. After I had a chance to view the report they called me to discuss what to do next. They laid out the cost of every item and were not pushy in any way when I decided to defer some of the items until later. They completed the items I asked for and picked me up when the work was complete. Great service I would reccomend to anyone and will use again in the future. Thanks guys!

I liked the way they sent you an online estimate and how you could choose the repairs/maintenance that you approved. I like how they tell you the additional items that are due for service without being pushy about it. They sent regular texts to update you on the timeline. They gave me a ride back to the house. They offer a 3yr / 36k warranty, whichever benefits you the most (that’s a first). They have a very experienced staff. Even though the store was new, they had pulled experienced technicians from other locations. And so far, the repairs appear to be done correctly. It was the end of the day and I stopped in to get my vehicle inspected, the guys took excellent care of me. I believe the technicians name was Justin he was very knowledgeable and experienced. The gentleman at the counter was extremely polite and made my experience Splendid. I could not have been happier with the service that I got. I would recommend them to anyone.

New in Houston and needed service. Quick. Clean and upfront. The digital services (updates timings and billing). Are fantastic. Seems like a great value but being new to the area I don’t have and comparison. However after my first visit it will not be the last. Great service

UPDATE Jan 10th, my sons car had more repairs and All I can say is that Mike and Glen went above and beyond in helping me to repair the car minimally so I could drive it to be sold- my budget was extremely tight and the two of them rose to the challenge. I completely trust them as a single women, and my son is learning about cars at the same time :)Excellent communication through out them having my car and kept me updated. Explained everything the good the bad and ugly that was going on with my car. I left feeling like I was not taken advantage of, recommend them highly!

So many places you go now days customer service is forgotten or ignored. Mark & Glen both gladly answered any questions or concerns I had. At no point did I feel like they were annoyed or bothered by any of my many questions. A little pricey but in my experience you get what you pay for. I was very pleased with the results.

WOW! Never experienced service like this. First time customer and took my Lexus IS350C in with dashboard lights lit up like a Christmas tree. They diagnosed the issue quickly and presented options for repair that actually saved me over $2,000. God bless!

I came here for an oil change, which weve as free for my birthday, and they were so nice, very professional, and finished in a timely manner. They gave me quotes for a few things I need repairs on and the pricing isnt bad compared to other places and they didnt try to push it like other auto shops woul trying to get more money out of you. I highly recommend this place and I will surely be returning as regularly as needed.

I visited Christian Brothers Automotive for issues with my catalytic converter. They ran a diagnostic and sent me a text with everything that was wrong with my car. They then called me and discussed the inspection with recommendations. One of the things that I liked best was that the report that they sent included the price for repairs. The repairs were completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be returning next month to check off some more of the repairs that are needed. Thanks CBA!

I took my truck in for intermittent problem to be diagnosed. First the quote was more than even the Ford dealership. More importantly, when I picked it up the truck was not drivable at all! I dont know if it was the tests they ran or what they did when they test drove it but they made the problem so much worse. I felt like they were very patronizing to me and told me my truck was like that when it came to their shop. It definitely was not. I had been driving it every day. I will give them credit in that they gave me my money back for the diagnostic testing. I dont trust them and wont take any vehicle back to them.
